I have had a thorough and overall good experience in 3 different departments; sales, parts, and service. Sales: Chris helped me find the exact bike I wanted and I'm very happy with it. He made it simple and narrowed down my options to what I wanted exactly and gave space/time to choose. He's a friendly guy with a good spirit & exciting attitude during the whole buying process and every time I see him. Parts: Miles has helped me not only figure out what parts/tools I ever needed, he has gone above and beyond by giving me advice and knowledge and answers any question I have about motorcycles, even though he is very busy. He is a hardcore motorcycle enthusiast with lots of experience. I really appreciate having that resource. Searching up answers on the internet can be confusing/unclear and he has helped me solve a few tough questions I've had. Service: Matt helped me take care of a recall service extremely quickly and made it easy as possible by allowing me to text him pictures of parts, confirming I needed the recall. This helped me save time. I called their service department literally first thing in the morning at 09:01 am and Matt answered with a great attitude and 2 days later my bike had gotten serviced, (much quicker than expected.) I called about a 2026 crf110 and spoke with Jeff. We agreed on msrp plus title fees over the conversation on the phone. I asked for price quote email, he said "a gentleman handshake over the phone is more than enough" He then called back later saying, now I can only finance with the title so the new price went up. Then I asked what the cash price plus mso, which should have been msrp +around $50. He then called back way above the number, saying now there's a dock fee included. I asked for a sales manager at that point and he started getting pissy with me stated that " you have been bugging me and it's close to closing time" He then put me on hold for the minutes until closing. The call transferred to voicemail. In the beginning of our interaction He says he's been there 14 years. I hope this is not how customers are regularly treated. They lost a sale. I recently bought a Yamaha R3 from you guys and I did not have a great experience at the least. Got my credit app filled out one evening and was told all the paperwork should be ready to go the next day after I get off work (at 5). Which I did indeed get a call that it was approved and that they would have a paperwork ready by the time I get there. I get there about 5:30 and then proceeded to wait about an hour until they bring me back to finish paperwork to let me know that we can't complete the purchase until the next day because they needed my pay stub. Which then they proceeded, after I provided my pay stub mind you, to say we could not complete the purchase that evening because I needed to be reapproved? It sounded like I wasn't originally approved since they wouldn't let me finish the paperwork to bring the bike home that night. I just haven't ever had an experience buying something and it taking as long as it did. If I would have known I would have just gotten approved through my own bank. When you finance through them it's supposed to be "easier" and "faster" isn't it ? I bought my car from a Honda dealership at 7 o clock at night and they had me in and out within an hour. I was only pre-approved for that loan. Come to find out my credit was ran 3 different times by 3 different people. (See screenshot) Why was that? And on top of that the financial advisor was trying to talk down on my credit because of a credit card that isn't even mine is almost maxed out. I'm young my parents put me under their credit card previously to get me some sort of credit score. But it's not ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS. Also thought I would mention that once I provided my paystub they tried to hint at it not being my pay stub since it didn't directly have YTD on it. My job uses Inuit for our pay stubs btw. I've bought two new motorcycles from these guys and thousands of dollars of maintenance and parts. I've never felt very appreciated by them. I recently bought a motorcycle somewhere else, because of how I've been treated. I called to make an appointment to have a tire mounted on its rim for my new bike. Their response? Not a good experience. Stopped in on a Wed and greeted by an employee who was pushing a Yamaha bike by me and asked if I wanted to buy a Yamaha. I replied with I was actually wanting to buy a Honda. I was in the Honda motorcycle section for about 30 minutes and finally left as that was the only interaction I had with any employees. Stopped in again the following Thursday with my girlfriend and was greeted by a sales manager eating a sandwich. He handed me off to an employee decked out in Honda gear so I assumed he knew about hondas. He was kind of blowing me off when I was asking about mini motors for my girl. The 2026 Honda nc750 that I was look for for myself he said they did not exist. We went to Columbia river motorspors the following week and walked out the door with a 2026 Honda nc759 ( the bike he said did not exist). Going back to Columbia River motor sports this week to get the mini moto for my girl. Also buying $4k worth of accessories for my bike and installation from Columbia River motor sports. Drove 3.5 hrs and bought a new can am maverick r, also bought a new roof scoop and front windshield, hauled the maverick r home and waited on the windshield to be delivered and instead of shipping it from brp in Canada to me they shipped it to pro caliber in Vancouver Washington then tried too charge me $400 ,to send it to me in oregon and I refused to pay that...so when the windshield was finally shipped to me I took it to the powersports shop to have the windshield and roof scoop installed the powersports shop called me to come take a look at the windshield...it looked like the windshield had be setting out in the opening with nothing covered and it had a ton of dust and dirt all over it and the windshield rubbers where turning colors...so the powersports shop cleaned up the rubbers and installed the windshield and after they installed it they cleaned the glass real good....The window had alot of scratches under the dirt...now Pro caliber doesn't want to cover shop cost to remove the damaged windshield and replace it with a new windshield..This was all there doing...so I will pass the word on about this place to everyone to not do business with them...All they have to do is make it right because I will not come out of pocket because of there negligence...This isn't over with... Still no call back from pro caliber... Hell of a way to do buisness.... read more

Service department damaged my Yamaha Waverunner. Video footage shows the technician crawling onto the side of the unit without protecting the paint surface. Shop management (Travis Richards) still denied that they damaged the paint after seeing the video footage. $4300 in damage to repair the watercraft the correct way. Dealer claims this was dock damage and prior to the service they performed. I would not recommend Pro-Caliber Motorsports in Vancouver Washington for any service work. I even reached out to John Jabusch, he made promises that he never kept. He stated "we will make this right". My insurance company will be reaching out to Pro-Caliber for reimbursement for the damage. General Manager is also someone I would not recommend to deal with, Travis Richard's. Dick Hannas logo "Believe in Nice" not the case here. My wife and I were treated poorly from Travis making us out to be liars, even though we have proof of the area on the watercraft with no damage prior to the service they performed. Buyer Beware! Save yourself the trip out to Pro Caliber Powersports. I recently inquired about a PWC trailer that they had on their website for $1334 ($65 more the the seadoo MSRP). When I called about it the sales person informed me that the web price did not include the $500 shipping fee and set up fee that they charge. He went further to admit that because the supply is low they are taking advantage and price gouging because they can and that they are very up front with their pricing and fees on their website. i have attached a screenshot of their website that says nothing about the $500 fee and actual says that they price on their website only leaves out "does not include applicable taxes, dealer added options, license, and doc fee..." I guess the "..." is the mention of the destination and set up fees. The sales person was also very rude and told me if I do not want to pay the "fees" then I can get a trailer somewhere else, which I will. Seems very deceptive to me and dishonest If they are this deceptive in the sales department I cant imagine that their service department is much different. To me this would be the equivalent of buying a shirt and then the store adding the shipping and hanging fee on top of what the tagged price says. I do not know why this industry feels okay with doing business this way. Anyways, I have found a better trailer for way less money. Riding from Monterey, CA to home in Seattle, WA, I had to make an emergency stop in Vancouver because my chain was giving up the ghost. Stayed overnight a few miles from the dealership and called them at opening the next morning- the service person got me right in and they got me fixed up and back on the road in no time, and at no charge. Nice showroom and selection, too. I might be back to buy something to thank them again for saving my trip and getting me home on time more or less. read more

They employ at least one incompetent tech and 2 service writers and a service director who have no compunction about bald face lying. I took a fork in for a new seal and was informed that the tech couldn't disassemble it due to a broken damper rod. The bolt that holds everything together couldn't be removed. The bike is 20 years old and some parts are hard to find, like the fork which the service writers and director told me I had to replace. I spent hours looking for new or used and finally found an eBay from Cyprus (!) and thankfully, I wasn't forced to send my money there. I have a dislocated thumb, but I took a shot at disassembling and replacing myself. Bolt came right out when I used a technique I read on a Yamaha web forum. If PC had used the right tool, they would had no problems. I asked 2 service writers and the director, did the tech use a damper rod holder? Yes. Are you sure he used a damper rod holder? Yes. Well, when we put the holder on the rod, it just spins. It's a broken weld. When I got the fork apart, there was no evidence that a holder was used. All the parts which block access to the nut for the holder were where Yamaha installed them. The part that attaches to the bolt is not welded on, it screws into the rod. I know dealer service departments are programmed to lie to get upsells, but in this case, they couldn't sell me a fork for $1,000. They did have me contacting my riding buddies and other shops looking for new or used. And they charged me for one shop labor hour. Based on the gouges on the fork and top cap done during the partial disassembly, I'd estimate the tech rushed this spent 5 minutes on the job before declaring the damper rod broken. So right now it's hard to hire competent techs. Every industry is struggling finding good help. But there are trustworthy service departments in town. read more

I bought a brand new Indian Scout Sixty from Pro Caliber on Saturday, July 15th, 2023. It's all black and drop dead gorgeous. After calling dealers in Idaho, Utah, Nevada, California, Oregon and Washington, I figured out that Pro Caliber had the best prices by far. In fact, at first, I was pretty skeptical ... because the deal just seemed too good to be true. The general manager, Travis, got involved and confirmed everything for me. The finance guy, Justin, put the deal together and worked every angle to save me as much money as possible. The sales guy, Jeff, made sure that everything was perfect and even helped me prep the bike for the 425 mile trip back home. The cashier, Sam, helped me find some hidden parts and made sure that all discounts were applied to get the lowest prices. The parts guy, Miles, special ordered an Indian riding jacket for me and made sure that I had some other essential goodies. After I left the dealership, I went over to the Hilton Hotel by the river, checked in, had a nice dinner downstairs and then walked over to the Six Shooter for a few cold pints of Guinness. The next day, I did some shopping at a few of the local stores, then hit the 84 East for the long trip back to the Boise area. Vancouver is a very cool city and I'm really glad that I decided to make the trek. So here's the best part ... by going all the way out there, I saved about $6,000 - $7,000 compared to what I would have paid for an identical bike at other dealerships! Yeah ... Worst Customer Service Ever!!! My husband wanted a set of Indian luggage liners and we found that Pro Caliber Motorsports has them in stock. Drove 4 hours to pick up these liners. They charge my husband $200. I find a price tag on the side of the original box, the next day, that is $154.99 (I was not with him at the time of purchase). I call and talk to the Service Manager and explain to him the price discrepancy, he proceeds to tell me that he had the item and I was lucky to get this item. I again ask why the price difference. He gives me the inflation story and then the inventory logistics story and does not address the price difference that we were charged. Considering I live on the Canadian border, I called to check on its availability - the day prior to my trek, and towards the end of my six hour drive. I was told multiple times that it was for sale and ready for a test ride. Upon my arrival, and to my chagrin, I discovered that the motorcycle had a big "sold" sign on it. No words, or amount of reviews, can convey the complete ineptitude of this business. It was even gloated to me prior to my arrival that "we're the biggest motorcycle dealership in the Northwest." - indeed, the biggest waste of time. Appalled doesn't even begin to define it. Went in to the service department to get some recalls done on my BMW scooter. I expected the parts to be on backorder, no biggie. My beef is when I was walking out, I stopped to look at a Honda Rebel 1100 DCT they have on the floor. Spoke with a salesperson really quick about it and requested a card so I could think about it. He even took my info down. I texted the salesperson the next day and wanted to try to get financing, no response. No call back. Next day, I called the dealership during open hours and no one answered, left a message on the voicemail. I really want to try and purchase this bike, as I have owned a Honda NC750 DCT and an Africa Twin DCT, both from Hillsboro Motorsports. I texted my sales guy over there and he responded back that he was going to a wedding but would help me out when he got back! Unfortunately they don't have the Rebel 1100 DCT in stock, so I guess I'm stuck trying to buy from these guys, if they would ever respond. Not even sure I would try at this point. Edit: Dropped by yesterday in-person, turns out they sold the bike two days after I tried to get ahold of them. Asked the sales guy there if they are getting anymore of them. He just handed me a card and said to call back. lol. I'm not going to call every week, they should have taken my info. I ended up calling another dealer 75 miles away and even though they didn't have one, the salesperson took all my info down, and even is trying to do a dealer trade to get the same bike for me. I even got transferred to a manager who is setting up the deal already in case they get the bike in. Been in the car business for 10 years, THAT'S service right there. Wow, what a poorly ran operation! They could do the best work from a service department perspective but I'm not sure what else could go wrong. They had me show up with my motorcycle to conduct factory recalls an hour before the mechanic shows up, after knowing I will be waiting since my commute was over an hour is not ideal from a customer point of view. They had forgotten to order the parts, admitted this was their error and then had them air freighted was a nice gesture. When I checked in at 9:30 AM, the customer service person said the recall letter of an hour to repair the problem would be a perfect world, yet he didn't even know what they were doing to the bike, plus he was short with me and simply said it could take a bit longer. I sat in the waiting area 2 1/2 hours and decided to check in to see the status, he said I will check but have no idea, then walked out the front door with a helmet?? I happened to look out the back door and saw my bike with a tag on it and realized the work had not even began. Trying to be patient and understanding, knowing staffing is difficult these days. I decided to walk up the road and grab lunch while waiting, then received a call from the original service person (Sky) I dealt with to give me an update. I was on another call and decided to walk back to get the update. She informed me that it was going to take longer than anticipated because everyone was so new with working on BMW and that they have only been a service agent for BMW since 2017. Okay, so you have 4 years experience but new to working on them??? Trust me when I say I'm leaving a ton of details off to keep this short. I asked her if I could be advised to the G.M. to have a conversation, I was told he was on vacation until tomorrow. I asked who was in charge, she said they have a service manager. I said I will be in the waiting area and would like to speak with him. Obviously this is a training (Sky said she was new) opportunity but also a general customer service opportunity as well since I've dealt with multiple people. Sky brought the Service Manager "Chris" over to me, I asked if we could have a one on one discussion not wanting to totally degrade the service people in front of them, he said no, if the issue is with Sky then having this conversation in front of her works best for him. I've been in the Sales/Service industry over 35 years and this just isn't a good thing for someones moral. They really need to step things up, based on the review ranking I would be surprised if they are in business much longer. Chris was not a service friendly guy and he is leading the team... enough said. When I was ready to hit the send button on this review, Chris came back and apologized. I'm not sure what made him do a complete 180 degree change, but he really did. He was very kind his next trip over and said the bike would be completed and I would be ready to go in no more than 10 minutes as they wrapped things up. I was able to get my bike and leave 45 minutes later because nobody was at the service counter to check me out. All in all, not a fan. read more

This review is solely for the parts department. I HAVE called and visited the showroom in the past first to buy a blue Honda monkey and recently looking for info on the new Honda trail cub. Honda makes and ships very few of these bikes and I know the demand is high so I can't fault Pro Caliber. Anyway, the parts counter is pretty awesome and very efficient! Had a bit of a problem yesterday and seemed like this shop was the only place willing to help, had a major road hazard and needed a new tire for a daily rider asap, confirming with their parts department that they have my EXACT tire and SIZE, Great. Next question I always ask is "CAN YOU WORK ON BUELL?" as these are a niche bike and have a hard time find competent techs willing to do SIMPLE service. "Yes we can work on your XB12r" I set an appointment for 11am, load the bike up, bring it to them (2 hours away) ,unload it sign paper work and boom. Very nice selection of bikes. I've visited the parts department so many times here. I've often wondered how much I could get to trade in and payments on a new bike.
