So I bought a brand new Northstar Ranger yesterday and noticed today it had quite oil leak took it over to pro caliper Vancouver, which is not the dealer I purchased it from and they took care of the bad oil filter and topped me off on oil while still on my trailer. Randall, you are a rockstar and I can't thank you for saving our Father's Day trip in our new machine. Because of Randall, I will now be making the little bit longer drive for all my services

Service department damaged my Yamaha Waverunner. Video footage shows the technician crawling onto the side of the unit without protecting the paint surface. Shop management (Travis Richards) still denied that they damaged the paint after seeing the video footage. $4300 in damage to repair the watercraft the correct way. Dealer claims this was dock damage and prior to the service they performed. I would not recommend Pro-Caliber Motorsports in Vancouver Washington for any service work. I even reached out to John Jabusch, he made promises that he never kept. He stated "we will make this right". My insurance company will be reaching out to Pro-Caliber for reimbursement for the damage. General Manager is also someone I would not recommend to deal with, Travis Richard's. Dick Hannas logo "Believe in Nice" not the case here. My wife and I were treated poorly from Travis making us out to be liars, even though we have proof of the area on the watercraft with no damage prior to the service they performed. I took the watercraft in for a update to the ECU for fuel level issues per Yamaha's service bulletin.

Do not ever buy a machine from pro caliber their customer service is absolutely terrible. I just bought a machine from them two weeks ago that obviously already had a tear in the CV boot because I literally did not take it anywhere And they are trying to charge me $500 to fix it. I will never do business with this janky ass dealership EVER again. Just an update to my original review the owner of this business now has the audacity to call me a liar. When any mechanic worth their salt could look at the machine and tell that it has NEVER been off asphalt. The machine was purchased. Put on a trailer. Offloaded from the trailer into my garage where I proceeded to put accessories on it. Took for a short rip no more than 5 minutes down the street to make sure the lights worked and when I parked it that's what I saw. 100% the vehicle was purchased with the defect. Call me a liar all you want but it is your absolutely atrocious customer service that is getting you this review you had a chance to make it right and you chose not to do so.

Daniel was extremely helpful when my mom and I went looking for a bike. He was able to confidently answer all our questions and was amazing at getting us signed and our the door in a few hours, with a bike that I just love! Thank you Daniel for helping us out even during such a busy weekend. -Emma and Tara Baker

Buyer Beware! Save yourself the trip out to Pro Caliber Powersports. I recently inquired about a PWC trailer that they had on their website for $1334 ($65 more the the seadoo MSRP). When I called about it the sales person informed me that the web price did not include the $500 shipping fee and set up fee that they charge. He went further to admit that because the supply is low they are taking advantage and price gouging because they can and that they are very up front with their pricing and fees on their website. i have attached a screenshot of their website that says nothing about the $500 fee and actual says that they price on their website only leaves out "does not include applicable taxes, dealer added options, license, and doc fee..." I guess the "..." is the mention of the destination and set up fees. The sales person was also very rude and told me if I do not want to pay the "fees" then I can get a trailer somewhere else, which I will. Seems very deceptive to me and dishonest If they are this deceptive in the sales department I cant imagine that their service department is much different. To me this would be the equivalent of buying a shirt and then the store adding the shipping and hanging fee on top of what the tagged price says. I do not know why this industry feels okay with doing business this way. Anyways, I have found a better trailer for way less money. I hope this helps prepare you before doing business with Pro Caliber that the price you see will not include the fees required to have the pleasure of doing business with them.

As a new rider I had lots of questions and Todd and Kevin had lots of answers and patience. The first couple visits there there were several bikes that I was interested in but none seemed to really grab me and fit me as a rider and the riding I plan on doing. I appreciated the time they took to get to know me and the bikes and types of riding I wanted to do. They explained why they steered me away from certain bikes that they didn't think were good fits at the time and why other bikes might be better fits for me and when that time might be. When I did decide on the bike I really wanted (a sport classic GT1000) they coincidentally had one on consignment and rest is history... The purchasing process was smooth and painless and as a dealer experience (MotoCorsa) it is by far the more enjoyable of my motor vehicle dealer experiences. I'm looking forward to my next purchase there.

I initially thought I would pick up a Yamaha R6 they were asking $4k for, but once I actually went to the shop and started sitting on bikes, I realized the stance was WAY to aggressive for me. That's when I saw the Triumph Street Triple 675, it was way more comfortable, looked immaculate, and only had one owner. I put a deposit down($200 for 2 weeks) THAT DAY. Exactly two weeks later I came back and paid in full for the bike. They were asking $5500, and that's what I paid. I'm 100% certain Harris would have happily taken $5000, hell, I'm pretty sure he would have taken $4800. But I was FEVERISH to make the bike mine. Anyways .... The day I went to pick up the bike, I decided to ride the bike around the neighborhood just to familiarize myself because this is my first REAL street bike. Well after riding around the block a few times, the bike just DIED. Now I thought for certain this was my fault because I was a new rider, but I called Harris (the owner) anyways and he rode over to assist. As it turns out it WAS an issue with the bike and he essentially pulled lightly on a wire running to the tachometer, and the bike started like normal. I ended up riding back to the shop and they worked on it for about an hour, and then called me to pick it up. Harris was super professional and nice about it. SO FAR, the issue has not come up again. If it comes up again , I would probably give Harris a call...... So.... The bikes amazing. Motorcycle Warehouse has great bikes at very fair prices (don't be afraid to negotiate, the worst you'll get is a no). Check out the pictures and pay the shop a visit !

I checked their work at home and the tire had a "true balance" so I can say this shop will do it the right way. The backfiring continued until one day it just wouldn't start at all. I also drained the tank myself and refilled it with a new tank of high octane fuel but to no avail. Because Hillsboro is pretty distant and I wasn't very impressed by their service department's failure to fix the problem that had been plaguing the machine since purchase, I decided to take it to Bob Lanphere's Beaverton Motorcycles for service. Dalton, the service representative I initially contacted and worked with throughout the service visit was very personable and great to deal with. He was honest about the delays in service due to the high demand season and large number of recreational vehicles needing repair. After drop-off, Dalton kept in contact with updates on the service schedule and called promptly when the repair was finished. Because the repair took less time than the normal 2 hour mechanic's assessment period I was actually charged less than the normal minimum fee I was quoted at the onset. The ATV was clean and had been washed prior to my arrival. I was urged to give it a good test drive to insure there were no residual issues before loading it up to bring home. The ATV started right up, ran smoothly and I was able to drive it right up into the bed of my pickup truck using their convenient loading ramp/platform in the parking lot. Overall, I was very satisfied by the service and professionalism demonstrated by the staff at Beaverton Motorcycles and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for ATV repairs.
