I do not Recommend this Place or at least this particular address 3407 US 98 , Lakeland,Fl, My Son went to get a Estimate done on his auto, and the Person in this Photo below is the worst ,Using his racial slurs, and foul language toward Us, Just because of skin color ? #1- Customer(Son) asked first if they did Estimate and he was told from this Person NO. #2- goes to the other side of this business and another Gentleman said Yes to go back to the Customer service desk, #3- Customer goes back in and was asking someone else and out of nowhere this Man in PHOTO starts yelling so my son calls me and tells what's going on ,So very respectfully I speak and tell the Man that my son needs a estimate of body and motor and he tells me he doesn't have anyone to go under the car, and just changes his mind and just burst out at me and my son for no reason other than he is a racist saying and yelling racial slurs, so I asked to speak to the Manager and he tells me hold on a minute and laughing say I'm the F`ING manager and for my Son to get the F-ing Out in a Threatening position with gun in plain sight touching his waist ,so I tell my Son to get out and going to the car man comes out with more racial Slurs he follows son to car still yelling and pointing finger. its 2025 and Still in the USA especially this Place are People that think they can silence Us Treat Us this way and get away with it NO I don't think so .I'm just as much American as he is born and raised in USA from Puerto Rican descendant, Please do your self a favor and don't step in this Business they have O in Customer Service ,has No Respect for Other, and thinks he is above the Law. these pictures speak for them self. read more

PRO-CARE AUTO, barrow hwy. Are the worst. Liars and thieves. Not only did they seal my car battery but they charged me 175.00 for a new one, the fact is my old battery was still under warranty and it could have been replaced by Napa auto parts for FREE!! They refused to take that into consideration. Also I requested for a tire be changed because of the nail in it. I went to three other shops (tire shops) all with the same advice. Because of the nail and distance from the rim it was not safe to plug. So I came in with my spare tire on, they ACTUALLY TOOK MY SPARE REPLACED IT WITH A DIFFERENT SPARE BACK IN MY CAR. Took my busted tire and PLUGGED THE HOLE. Instead of completely changing the tire out for a new one. Which I had requested so it's not a money issue but it's about safety. They stole and lied. I wish I could give them less than 1 star. The lady at the front desk is very snooty and condescending, as is the gentleman that was standing beside her. My car was having a problem starting, and after about ten minutes of turning over it finally cranked. I drove my car straight to ProCare for them to take a look and see why my car would be having an issue since it has always run smoothly. As soon as I walked in I informed them that my husband had called them and said I was bringing my car in to get looked at. The receptionist said,"did you jump it to get it here?" I told her no. The gentleman standing next to her says,"well it sounds like it doesn't have a problem." I was baffled. At that point I knew it was going to go down hill from there. I replied,"yes sir it definitely has an issue. My brother got a piece of sandpaper stuck in the belt and the check engine light has been on ever since. Could you please take a look at it?" He responds laughingly,"it's gunna have to not start again." He silently walks away and the receptionist asks for my keys. I wait less then five minutes and the receptions walks me out to my car, she gets in the front seat and starts the car. After seeing that it started with ease she makes the most condescending face and says,"it starts fine. I don't think there's anything wrong with it." At this point I loose my patience and ask her," so you're telling me that in order to get you guys to look at my vehicle I'm going to have to drive away, possibly break down, and get towed back here." She gives a half shrug and responds,"Unfortunately yes. Unless it doesn't start again that won't know what's wrong with it." So in conclusion. I was there for less than five minutes and I will never be returning. From the moment I walked in the door they were unwelcoming, condescending, and unhelpful. I drove my car less then half a mile down the street to the Advanced Discount Auto Parts and the gentleman (Orlando) was happy to run a diagnostic and check my oil and belts for me. The owner has an awful attitude. This man makes rude comments to his customers and is very condescending. I wouldn't use this place just for that reason alone. He is unrealistic when it comes to appointment times and basically tells you off if you can't make the appointment. After dropping off a car three times (once at 8am, then 1pm, then overnight) he claims it's our fault they haven't fixed the car because we had to reschedule an appointment for later in the day than he wanted. When he called and said they had to keep the car late, we asked why. He stated the car was "torn apart looking for the problem". Drove to the shop and a different guy is looking under the hood, he says he just started looking at it. The car was never "torn apart" He needs a simple part and he can fix it. We ask the shop owner what was happening and he says "well, if it's put together just take it and go. I don't have patience to deal with people anymore." When I politely approached him to elaborate on the problem and what could be done to fix it he states "I don't have time to deal with you". I not only left offended, but a broken car too. read more
