I have never left a review for anything...until now. This place ruined a very expensive sport coat. I don't have a lot of expensive clothes but I had invested in a nice Italian sport coat for special occasions. I had only worn it a few times and I took it in for dry cleaning before my daughters graduation. They WASHED it! It's wool and they WASHED it! Breast pocket is torn now (it was sewn shut) holes in the fabric, the edges of the tailoring are thread-bare, all the sheen is gone and the lapels are turned under from shrinkage. Do not let this place even clean your gym clothes. You will regret it. I refused to pay and the owner didn't object. A couple hundred dollars of fine Italian clothing down the drain! read more

I am trying still to get the cleaners to return my sweater to me or pay for it. I have visited them three times, ample time for them to correct their mistake in not properly cleaning the sweater, but no luck as of today. They can't find the sweater snd said that the system (tagging clothes, etc) is messed up. It is sad that I, the customer, have been greatly inconvenienced and expected to keep returning to the cleaners, hoping they will find the sweater. I had some needlepoint pillows that needed cleaning and someone recommended dry cleaning. A small ru whose tag said dry clean only. I greeted the lady behind the counter. She did not speak or smile. I asked is my items could be dry cleaned. No answer . She scooped up my pillows and took them back. Returned a few seconds later, threw them down and said "he say no". She then looked away. This dry cleaner will not clean your clothes and even damage your clothes. I received clothes back that had been worn, unclean and damaged. Extremely unprofessional and have little knowledge of dry cleaning. Do not take your valuables there. read more

After having been a customer for just under a year today I attempted to have a suit cleaned that's some solid waste it on cream-based sauce I was turned away and told that they would not be able to dry clean it with no explanation and then I was also told to go somewhere else this is not the customer service that I've come to expect from a place called Pro Cleaners I was very disappointed with my experience and I will not be returning initially my first couple of experiences work okay but the last couple times I've been here there's not been any help nor have they offered any explanation or Reason as to why they could not help and from my perspective as a business that is heavily based and customer service this was not what I have come to expect I'm slightly disappointed and my intent today is to inform people about what kind of business practices that they have at this location read more

Ok so I totally goofed and accused this place of losing some of my work dress pants. The owner said she was certain that she did not have them, but checked her records and receipts (it wasn't on those) and the conveyor for several minutes while I was there and I had some pretty frustrated words for her. Still angry, I went home while she continued to search. Then I found my pants in my dirty clothes pile. Whoops! I went back to apologize early the next day. Her response? Took a prom/bridesmaid dress here to be altered and cleaned as it was recently purchased. Initially I was told to take it to another alteration place but it was not a dry cleaner. I then asked how much to clean the dress and was told $8.50. (If I didn't have someone with me who heard the same thing I might believe I was mistaking as that was low considering) thinking I found my new neighborhood cleaner I went back to the car & brought in the two other dresses I needed cleaned and a suit. We agreed upon a day for pickup and after some light banter (which I now think was to distract me from looking at the receipt to check the price) we left. Today I pick up the items and my grand total is $79.00!!! When I asked her to explain she pulled out the calculator and couldn't even explain to me why 3 different dresses of different styles, lengths and layers added up to $63.50. I can understand the big dress costing more but when you can't explain your prices and lump them all together it makes people feel they're being swindled. Also that was not the agreed upon price. Warning to the general public the worst dry cleaner ever don't go there. Reason 1. I tried their services in 2012 I wasn't happy after I pick up items white shirts became yellow really bad smell,chemicals used were dangerous for your skin once in contact.so I went back to correct some of my items after so much denial they decided to fix theirs mistake's will damage your items and state it was that conditions.I stopped using them,change cleaners couldn't be much happier.the owner is rude unapologetic for her mistakes to offer any type of solutions bad business bad place to use,bad people. read more

I was in a bit of a jam on my way through Lawrenceville. My suit for my friend's wedding got totally wrinkled and a little stretched in my checked luggage, and it was too much for an iron to handle. The lady here was totally nice and really helped me out of a jam by getting me back my suit looking good in time for the wedding. This was the second place that I tried near my hotel; the first place did not really try to help me out at all. I told the lady that I would give her a good Yelp review in exchange for her kindness.
