For the ones he could get access to he got them right out, 3 of them were inaccessible and is likely why the previous owner didn't get them fixed. They were so impressive. Fast to respond and easy to communicate with. They were priced extremely reasonable and tried not to take advantage like other places I contacted. Other places quoted $2,000-$4,000 and said it would be around 70% and a visible repair. The other companies recommended to replace the whole tailgate which is over $5,000. One company said I needed to get the insurance company involved. I was surprised because you see the photos these places post and I thought they were worse then mine but I guess not. Felt like either they did't do the work advertised and or wanted to involve the insurance to charge a lot more money. Rony was quick to respond and easy to communicate over text and phone. After I made an appointment I was apprehensive since the price was so good and the others were extremely high. So we talked again and he said exactly what happened with the other companies. New tailgate, insurance, or repair that doesn't look good. He reassured me that his work will be great and stated he could do better than 90% repair. Other workers AJ were kind and took me to bart so I can go home. It took 2 days to complete the repair. They washed my vehicle and I couldn't be happier with the repair. Looks like nothing happened. I had some lengthy texts back and forth but we finally secured a date for Rony to stop and address the noted areas on my car. Rony did a great job either filling and buffing our scratches, the two here attached, are now not noticeable. I also had a deep scrape on the passenger side that Rony was able to paint match and erase the issue. I will add post work photos as a follow up, but he did great work. My car got a big door ding from someone in a parking lot, so I reached out to Rony about a paint-less dent repair. He was really upfront about the different methods that were possible to try and pop the ding out. And I appreciated that he said if he wasn't able to get it out, I wouldn't have to pay. Well, unfortunately after trying for 45 mins it wasn't possible due to how the door is designed. There just wasn't a way to access the door without drilling a hole or completely removing everything.
