I wish I had discovered these guys when I had my bathroom re-grouted a few years back. They are simply amazing. Michael went above and beyond to get my kitchen grout replaced and repaired. The price was totally reasonable but more importantly, the final result was outstanding. Michael took 100% pride in his work so it wasn't just a grout job for him but making sure every part of the process was done with utmost care and craftsman. He didn't come in with a ton of tools messily laid out, but kept everything neat and organized in my kitchen and made sure to clean up the place even better than it was before. We tried Pro Grout using a Living Social deal. Thien was able schedule us 2 days after I had initially contacted Pro Grout. They were able to come early so that I could make it to work at a reasonable hour. Three guys came out to clean the tile and grout in our kitchen, laundry room, guest bath and connecting hallway. They worked efficiently and quickly, taking about an hour to complete the job. My floor looks great, a considerable improvement from what my store bought products could do. My bathroom floor tiling that was done 6 months prior (with a different company) was falling apart/cracks in grout and has some loose tiles mostly in front of the sink. Thien is busy, but he does answer his phone and return messages. Thien set appointment and came by to check situation. Two days later he sent 2 guys to work on the bathroom tiles...replaced about 12 tiles. I was told it would be fine to walk on new tiles in 48 hours. A few days after I noticed cracks in grout and a few tiles moving a little bit. Called Thien and let him know about the loose tiles. He sent in 2 guys that fixed it. Eight months later, I'm happy that I don't have to deal with loose tiles. NOTE: I did not have Thien replace the whole tile flooring. Just the ones that where moving and/or connected to the ones that were loose. I was also informed during the job that whoever did the floor prior to them did a BAD job. The layer that company put below tiles was too thin and looked powdery and to easy to dig into. Hence the loose tiles. I trust in Thien's company, he is about his customer's. read more

I used Pro Grout this past January to regrout and seal a couple of bathrooms. Thien was responsive in getting back to me with an estimate. There were three members of his crew that scraped the old group and regrouted the bathrooms and sealed another one. The crew worked really hard to get the job done. One bathroom had marble and subway tile and looked fantastic after the job. Another bathroom had tile and the grout color did not match the existing grout in the rest of the bathroom. I contacted Thien via text and sent him some pictures. He responded right away and sent one of his crew members to come by that week to correct the color. I would recommend Pro Grout - not only is Thien responsive in getting your job, he makes sure the job is done correctly - ensuring that I will contact him again if I need any grout work done in the future.
