Mark tait did two screen rooms first one was ok but he stopped fixing a problem with the side windows. Do not go with this company! We had many of the bad experiences that the other unhappy customers. Leaks, poor fitting windows and sloppy work. The job was supposed to be finished in July and it was done in December. We were pressured for payment when we were out of town. I made many calls and with no responses. They literally ghosted us. I am a customer who had a 3-season room built in the 1st half of 2018. I say "1st half" because after signing the contract and making a hefty deposit in early January the room was not complete until sometime in May. 12 weeks was the promised timeline. However, this is not my complaint. The workers were very good and they ran into a few problems but for the most part they weren't the problem. Once the project was done - THEN the problems began. The lifetime warranty appears to be the joke. I have had leaks and issues with the windows and each time it took MULTIPLE calls and eventually threats to even get someone to call me back. And each time there is always new employees. Now I have carpenter ants under the flooring and they won't even call me back. If I was advising ANYONE I would NOT use this company! This level of NON customer service is appalling and the "lifetime warranty" is a total joke and they do not stand behind the work once the check has cleared. p.s. This review concerns a $40,000 sunroom that Pro Home & Sunroom was hired to do at my poor Mother's house in 2018. This was a simple sunroom on the back of a simple 1960's ranch home. This type of project should have been right in Pro Sunroom's wheelhouse. Alas...these guys wildly overbooked themselves and started the project over 2 MONTHS behind schedule. This should have taken a few weeks to complete as it was not that big. However, the crew would show up around 10am and work a few hours, then leave with debris and nails all over the yard, then return at a different time the next day. Sometimes no one would show up for 2-3 days at a time. No call from Pro Home & Sunroom saying "hey we've got an issue, this is when you can expect the team back.." This circus of half-assedness went on for over two months. When it was almost "done" we began noticing mistakes and BAD oversights...........EVERYWHERE. That's when the true horror set in. Windows and doors that wouldn't open and close properly, much less lock and seal effectively (it's a year later and we still have some of those). The trim and miter cuts on the decking were shockingly bad. In retrospect I'd have preferred a team of 6th grade shop class students to have tackled the job, they certainly couldn't have done ANY WORSE. Like, even the caulking seams were smeared everywhere?? Seriously? Worse, trim pieces were miss-cut everywhere. It was at this point that Rick must have started feeling like he might not get paid the last 1/3 of the job, so he went against his contract and pressured my poor 78 year old mother pay him the balance before the work was even close to completed ---when neither myself nor my brother was around to intervene. Let that one soak in for a minute. Also, read his other reviews closely, several of them read to me like they were written by himself or someone that was employed by Sunroom. So we called Rick and he came out. To his credit he didn't shirk any of the faults. Good we thought, he's taking ownership and somehow this project is going to get fixed. He even brought out a nice guy with him who attempted to get the windows and doors working --- but couldn't because the crew who'd installed them had screwed them up so bad. He sent his roofer out one or two more times, also a nice enough guy, but he couldn't figure out the roof leak that kept saturating the floor. Rick's story, if I remember it right, was that he had several crews working, some of them on some "really big jobs," and that my Mother had more or less gotten the "C or D team." But instead of pulling the A team off it's job to salvage the disaster his 4th stringers had created, Rick sent one guy for one day, who didn't fix much, and then promised other people would come out to fix things who NEVER showed. We finally told Rick not to even worry about coming back and that we'd find a real carpenter, and a real roofer, a real flooring guy, and a real sunroom door and window expert to fix our "Pro Home and Sunroom" sunroom. Think HOW BAD a contracting job has to go for you to kick the contractor off the job, after he's already been paid in full, so that you can pay thousands of additional dollars out of pocket, to have actual professionals come out and repair the work. We still have several doors and windows that won't work properly because the framing is so out of whack that they just won't ever work right. BE WARNED. The only thing that Rick is a "Pro" at is sales and customer management. In terms of execution, I don't have words to describe the incompetence I witnessed. I suggest you do yourself a MASSIVE favor and hire someone else. We're now in the middle of a lawsuit with "Pro Home and Sunroom" to recoup the extra thousands we had to spend out of pocket to get the sham of a job "Pro Home and Sunroom" did for us properly finished. Rick installed a sunroom on My home 20 years ago, To this day, No problems NO LEAKS since day 1. Because of a great product and great customer service, I called Him for a quote on a large 14ft x 40ft insulated patio roof. His price was higher, But He matched a lower competitor price. He also gives You the lifetime warranty. He started the project a week late because of weather issues. When They did start. They were on the job until finished. Great sales experience and high quality drawings of the work they promise. What they install and the work that is done is a completely different story. We had numerous water leaks, some damaging to our interior walls and floors. No one answers phone calls or emails from the corporate office. They did not install the windows correctly so they stick out of the structure like they are falling out. 7 months after the install we still have water leaking, windows that are installed incorrectly and our electric had to be completely redone at a substantial cost. Pro Home and Sunroom installed an all seasons room onto my home which was completed in December 2019. During the construction of the room, there were multiple delays in construction and the quality of workmanship was extremely poor. Immediately following completion of the room, multiple major defects were discovered in the structural integrity and craftsmanship of the room. Although the company promises you the world and they have a "Lifetime Forever Warranty," they do not respond to phone calls, messages, or certified letters to address the problems and they have yet to fix a single thing! We have had our sunroom for 2 1/2 years and now have developed problems with our room leaking in which the leak developed shortly after the room was completed and we were told there was nothing to fix and now we have water running into the room and have made several calls to try to get this fixed and get no return phone calls. Also, we bought a Samsung unit to heat the room and notified Rick 10 months ago that the heat stopped and he kept stating he was going to get someone out hear to fix it and someone came and we paid them $350.00 to be reimbursed but never were and the unit now does not provide AC or heat. Went all winter without heat in the room. We have made several phone calls and nobody has the decency to return our phone calls. We even gave them referrals to have other rooms built. What a shame we thought they were a really reliable company and have found out the hard way. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We are so disappointed. read more

In August of 2018 we contracted with Pro Home and Sunroom. The 12 x 20 room was not completed until May of 2019. We were originally told that the room would take a few weeks at the most, yet we were forced to endure nine months of delays. During this time, there was a long list of excuses for a lack of progress. Rich, the owner, showed up to speak with us when the contract was initially signed and then again he showed up to collect final payment when the job was finally completed. These are the only two times that Rich came to speak to us. Throughout the nine months of slow progress, we could not get straight answers from Rich. When his workers showed up, they were mostly skillful and friendly. However, there were many days when no one came, and no one contacted us to explain. Shortly after completion, we noticed a leak as well as a few areas where the trim was falling off. After placing calls to Pro Sunroom, we were promised that someone would "call us back." No one ever called back. My husband called Rich's cell phone and left MANY messages to ask for someone to come out and assess our issues, but no one called us back. Eventually we were forced to have a roofer come out and repair the roof. This cost us $500.00. In addition, many of our windows will not slide open, and we have had to repair portions of both the interior and exterior trim. If you are considering having this company build a room for you, please pause and ask yourself if you have endless time and patience to wait for workers to show up, if you are willing to pay for serious repairs to your room because no one from Pro Sunroom will come out to assess your concerns, if you want to be able to open the windows of your sunroom, or if you want to place calls to the owner who will never return your calls. If you do sign a contract with this company, remember that there will be NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ONCE THE JOB IS COMPLETE. read more

We have had our sunroom for almost two years and we still are in love with. In fact, we don't like to even call it a sunroom as it really is a year round addition to our house. The quality of materials is excellent, craftsmanship of build is superb, and the engineering design was spot on to match existing roof line and space limitations. Of course, the price was reasonable; extremely reasonable. We are kicking around the idea in the years to come adding another as an extension onto the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and full bath. I highly suggest NOT using this company for your patio or any project. They are very quick to respond during the planning process but once they have 1/3 of your money good luck hearing back. We signed the contract in October of 2017 and did not hear anything for months. I blamed it on the weather but I believe any good business would reach out to their customers to keep them informed. After calling for months and threatening to void the contract, someone actually responded to me. The project was completed in April but the siding was not put back correctly and the windows always fall down. It is now August and after several phone calls and emails I have not heard back! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and they do not care about their customers once they receive your money. The lifetime guarantee doesn't mean anything when no ones responds. read more
