When I first pulled in to Pro Image, I saw 2 cars worth over $100K and I thought: "These guys will never fix my Honda." Someone said "Everyone gets the same attention." Khoa explained the insurance process to me and helped me understand my options and the approximate cost. Went to this place this morning to get an estimate. Gave me a verbal but when I requested for a written estimate, he replied that there's a $60 fee. WTH, but por qué?? So California is in a drought. Thankfully, we had a huge storm winter of 2017 that gave us needed water. Everyone except for our 2005 rsx, that is.. We noticed we had a lot of condensation inside the car. Had no idea why. I tried bringing it to an auto body shop on the mission. They said they only do Collison repairs. They referred me to an upholstery place. They were booked for a week. At this point I was frustrated and needed to go to work. So much for those places 5 star locations. Found online it might be faulty tail light gaskets. We also found the spare tire area was basically a pool. Brought our car here and Quoc (?) helped us out. Turns out they were the gaskets. He also sealed up the spare tire area and dried it some too. Topped it off with replacing our tail lights (they got wet due to the gaskets). Friendly service and close by. My boyfriend and I were sitting in traffic in our recently purchased 2011 Ford Fusion in the Marina when an elderly woman in an Audi slammed into the back of the Jeep Wrangler behind us pushing it into our back bumper destroying our bumper and trunk! She admitted fully at fault because she was distracted by her phone flashing a light. Thankfully she was well-to-do as it seems since her full coverage got us a rental and paid the damages $5000+!!! When we looked for estimates for the repair we inquired at Selecta Auto Repair first but since they were straight about letting us know they planned to take all the claim money and then some we looked elsewhere for a better deal. A motorcycle turned over as I was parked in a parking lot and the handlebars went through my car door. As I helped the cyclist up they went into the bathroom to clean up and never came back leaving me a hole in the door. Bo and company are amazing. The Pro Image guys are awesome. It is rare to find a shop these days where you get great, personal service from people who truly seem to want to take care of their customers. I brought my Lexus IS300 Sportcross to Bo and his team at least three different times over the 10 years that I owned it. My bumper was hit in a parking lot and it looks really bad, the Pro Image guys did excellent job, after the repair the bumper looks brand new, the hole was welded and the whole bumper was repainted. Repair like this would cost $800 at least at other places, but I was offered discount. Would definitely recommend this shop to my friends! read more

Shop manager gave me a quote that beat the other quotes I had heard by 25% for pushing out a tiny dent on my bumper of my g35. Did the work extremely fast and well. My bumper on my lexus gs350 was scratched up so I took it to Pro Image. The insurance covered the replacement of the bumper. The front hood of my car was also scratched up along with couple dings and dents which Quoc helped me get it fixed. Result was flawless, they smoothed out the dents and rebuffed the car to perfection. They also removed grim and grit from other parts of my car that wasn't part of the service and also rainx my windshield. They went above and beyond. I'm more than satisfied. If you ever, ever, ever have a fender bender, or worse, you MUST go to Pro Image Auto. I was going to go to another shop that had the same high rating, but had more reviews. The other shop couldn't take me for another week, so I went with Pro Image. I'm so glad that I did! Everyone in the whole place was so professional and kind. That's a nice mix! They bent over backwards to make me happy. They waxed my car for free and gave me a really good price on an additional dent that wasn't part of the insurance settlement. My car looked beautiful. Even friends commented on how new my car looked. When I took my car home, my door wouldn't open because of something unrelated to the accident. I wasn't sure if it was related, so I asked Pro Image and they fixed it anyway! They had to take the door apart and put it back together. They only charged me for the $32 part that needed replacing. Their shop looks like you could eat off of the floor. If it wasn't for the stinky cigarette smoke from another customer, I would have thought I was in a car boutique instead of a repair shop!
