One employee, Lora, said, "I hope one of them falls," not realizing I was their mother and could hear her. That was extremely inappropriate and upsetting. If my children were being too loud or running too much, she could have simply asked me to have them stop. But wishing for a child to fall and possibly hurt themselves simply because they are laughing and having fun is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing behavior from someone representing Nike. I hope management addresses this.

Smaller store because it is an outlet, but worth stopping in. Definitely noticed the inventory here had more women's sizes in the 0-2 range. The staff are all very nice and helpful. I lost one of my precious earrings in the changing room and when I went back two days later to inquire about it, they had it in their lost and found! They even have a jar of Milkbones for the fur babies! My dog certainly appreciated the treats.

Today, I purchased a wagon and the young lady who helped me was amazing. She brought the item down, answered my questions, and even offered to carry it for me. She was incredibly kind and deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service. One thing I noticed was that while I was carrying the wagon through the store, the only employees who offered help were female team members. I passed two younger male employees who didn't check in, even though I was clearly struggling a bit. I wasn't expecting anyone to carry it for me, but a simple offer to help would have been appreciated. I also want to recognize the older gentleman outside who checked on me while I was loading my car and made sure I was okay. Overall, this is still a great store. My only suggestion is to encourage all employees to check on customers carrying heavy items. Maybe because I wasn't older or looked like I struggled but it was heavy and seeing me struggle a bit - A small gesture can make a big difference.

He was very patient with all of my questions and went to the back to retrieve various sizes of different styles and brands. He took the time to understand what I exactly needed and did not rush me at all. He was also happy to keep two pairs of shoes on hold in the back while I went to Nordstrom rack. I came back and bought the two pairs of shoes. The Brooks were $170 and the Hokas were on sale for $124 instead of $155. I was a bit disappointed that both pairs weren't less expensive due to the holiday, but it's so important to take care of your feet and I am very happy with my purchases. Jiselle was my cashier and was super friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend.

I'm a huge Dodgers fan, and everything I've bought here is a favorite. I bought this jacket with a California-style palm tree design here, and it's my absolute favorite. Lots of people complimented me on it. Also, I always wear this hat with "Dodgers" written in Japanese katakana when I go to Dodger Stadium. I often buy merchandise from the MLB online store, but I'm happy that I can see the products in person before purchasing here. They also offer an embroidery service, which, of course, costs money, but allows you to customize your items with your favorite pictures or letters. I've had my name embroidered on a cap and even on my dog's uniform. If you have children, there's a chance they might get mixed up and lose their hat at school if there are similar ones, so an embroidery service is a good way to prevent that.

Decent selection of shoes but be very careful if you ever need to do a shoe return.
