Today, I purchased a wagon and the young lady who helped me was amazing. She brought the item down, answered my questions, and even offered to carry it for me. She was incredibly kind and deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service. One thing I noticed was that while I was carrying the wagon through the store, the only employees who offered help were female team members. I passed two younger male employees who didn't check in, even though I was clearly struggling a bit. I wasn't expecting anyone to carry it for me, but a simple offer to help would have been appreciated. I also want to recognize the older gentleman outside who checked on me while I was loading my car and made sure I was okay. Overall, this is still a great store. My only suggestion is to encourage all employees to check on customers carrying heavy items. Maybe because I wasn't older or looked like I struggled but it was heavy and seeing me struggle a bit - A small gesture can make a big difference.

He was very patient with all of my questions and went to the back to retrieve various sizes of different styles and brands. He took the time to understand what I exactly needed and did not rush me at all. He was also happy to keep two pairs of shoes on hold in the back while I went to Nordstrom rack. I came back and bought the two pairs of shoes. The Brooks were $170 and the Hokas were on sale for $124 instead of $155. I was a bit disappointed that both pairs weren't less expensive due to the holiday, but it's so important to take care of your feet and I am very happy with my purchases. ITEM I needed/wanted all black enclosed water shoes. WELL For me it's all about service and or quality depending on the venue/food/situation. On July 20 around 3:55 p.m., I waited about 7-9 minutes to be helped. While I was waiting, a family came in after me. Once the employee "ELLEY" finished at the register, she helped the family first without checking who had been waiting longer. When I was finally assisted, no one came back to see how the shoes fit or if I needed anything else. I came in ready to spend nearly $400, but the lack of customer service made me decide not to make a purchase. I'll continue driving to the Newbury Park location, where I've always received excellent service. I hope the Oxnard team receives additional customer service training, especially when it comes to acknowledging waiting customers and following up after bringing out shoes.

They were both disagreeing on how much toe space we needed. One telling my wife she needed more and mine telling me I needed less. So against my better judgment I listened to my fit expert and got the 9.5 After I got home and started wearing the around and with a tiny bit of feet swelling and warmth my toes were jamming at the end of the shoe. I returned my pair and bought them at REI. This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. What I like about this establishment is that they immediately serve you as soon as you walk in, in comparison to the Lululemon outlets where the educators kind of ignore you. I was helped by Ryley F., who promptly was able to take me in with a smile to hem my 5 pocket, ABC, warpstreme pants. He was able to serve me efficiently by leading me to the fitting room. He awaited for me to emerge so he could promptly measure my pants, pin it, then send it on its way to get hemmed. It took exactly 7 days until I got my pants hemmed back. It was such a smooth and efficient process, all Lululemons should operate this way. When I returned to the store today to pick up my pants, it took no less than 1 minute where I was in and out.
