Frankly I'm amazed to not see a ton of awesome reviews here for Rich - or any reviews, for that…read morematter! Rich has been around for a while and DEFINITELY knows his business hands-down. My club worked with Mr. Soergel on the creation and embroidery of a large back patch, and through the whole (sometimes painstaking) process, Rich was superb. Through several iterations on artwork (that was the hard part - since we had a committee of reviewers and a bunch of small tweaks to work through as a result) Rich was great to work with, and maintained good communication and professionalism. Once we got together to pick the actual thread colors based on our artwork, it was clear that he has years of experience and knew exactly how to recommend the solutions that would result in the kind of outcome we were hoping for. Once we got the physical "proof" version in actual thread that we could touch and see in different light/angles, we were all thrilled - even the subtle shading elements were exceptionally well-captured and represented, and we're now eagerly awaiting our final products. Again, Rich was super professional, made great recommendations after getting to know our style, what we were looking for in a patch, what kind of use-cases we had, and made the whole process much easier than I anticipated it was going to be. When the system started playing "Africa" by Toto, and I had my new sandals in hand, I knew it was more than serendipity, 'I was meant to be here'. I read some pretty awful reviews about the customer service here, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I hustled in with my normal jovial jive. Mike kindly greeted me and led me to exactly what I thought I was looking for, Cobian sandals. While Cobian's weren't at all it for me (too tight in the middle of the foot), as I browsed Mike perfectly balanced providing support/giving me product knowledge with allowing me time to try things on slash check things out. In other words, anytime I had questions, which I had quite a few, he was there, but not in a hovery way. He informed me of other products, but really only when it was appropriate. As soon I tried my first pair on, Mike let me know where to find the nearest mirror. I knew I was leaving the store with sandals today, and Mike made that experience a breeze-no hiccups, no funny business, just excellent customer service. Macy's is closing, but you'd never know it with how dedicated she's and hard she's working. The dressing room is packed and people just leaving piles of clothes everywhere. She's running everything here. I thought she was a manger because of how on top of everything she is and how everyone else that is working was checking in with her for direction. To my surprise she's not a manager, SHE SHOULD BE. What a gem, seriously. She'd be a huge asset to ANY place she goes to after this. The sale is killer, I got a designer dress for $15! All of the Christmas stuff is out - gifts, clothing, onesies, blankets, pillows, slippers, cups, dog supplies, luggage, hair products, shoes...they even have a Grinch plate set!!!
