I had the worst experience with a previous plumber who came by 3 times and couldn't figure out the issue with my toilet. They didn't even want to come back the 4th time, so thats where I found Pro Integrity. At first I was worry I am going to get the same run around and the reviews were horrible. So I had very low expectation. However, I was shocked that so far it's been a week and no issues with running water with my toilet. All he had to do was just to adjust some parts inside the toilet and chain and so far my toilet is fixed!! I am so happy they finally figured out what the issue was and fixed my running toilet. After reading the reviews, I was honestly pretty worried. That said, my first experience with this plumbing company was solid. Jeremy was great--professional, clear, and easy to work with. He didn't have a camera on his truck that day, so he had to come back another time, which was completely understandable. When he did return, he fixed the issue, and I didn't have any out-of-pocket cost beyond the $75 service fee. From what I can tell, many of the negative reviews seem more related to frustrations with the warranty company, not the plumbers themselves. !!!WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY!!! GET 2nd OPINIONS! THEY ARE BAD AND WILL SCAM YOU! We called our home warranty company about a puddle of clean water on the ground near our septic tank. No odor, no flies, no backing up of our sinks or toilets. We were convinced it was something simple but a technician from this company came out and "used a camera" (no camera evidence provided as legitimate companies do) and they sent us the invoice that I put in photos for $6500!!! As a law enforcement family of 6, on one income, struggling to make ends meet, Christmas and birthdays around the corner, this quote caused us a great deal of stress. Worst of all, our home warranty didn't cover septic damage (only plumbing) so we would have to pay everything out of pocket. I got suspicious after talking to a successful licensed plumber I knew, very well. He said not to approve the quote that they were absolutely scamming us. I then asked chat gbt. It also verified to me that the quote they gave us was astronomically inflated (3x higher than it should be) even if their initial findings were true.... Which was unlikely because there was no smell or plumbing issues in the home. GBT also mentioned the terms they used in the quote were very "scammy" and exaggerated in attempts to compensate for their outrageously inflated quote. So I decided to call my dad. My dad is ALSO a plumber. Lifelong honest plumber and retired business owner. He said nothing about their findings made sense to him based on symptoms. He is disabled and 73 years old, so I didn't want to bother him for help with this unless needed. He drove two hours to our home and dug the hole himself. Within 20 minutes, he found clean water spraying 2 feet down, from a pvc pipe that's for our sprinkler. This leak was directly under the puddle. Made perfect sense because we noticed our grass was slowly dying and sprinklers hadn't been working properly. Cost of repair was $35 . Took my elderly disabled father 1 hour to fix on his own from start to finish. The company also kept messaging us, lowering the price by almost several thousand, after we never responded to the quote. HUGE RED FLAG! My dad snaked the clean out for us on his way out, to further disprove them. He said if it was broken we'd know as it would have issues passing and surprise! It passed through the pipes effortlessly...again showing there was no damage to our septic pipes. The area is now dry and sprinklers working again. Problem solved. If there was a chance they were just wrong and incompetent, I wouldn't have been so eager to review but they absolutely, without a doubt, intentionally tried to scam us. This company is really BAD NEWS and a disgrace to the word integrity. I will be reporting them in every way possible and reviewing them on all platforms. After dealing with the plumber Luis, the reviews check out. Poor attitude tried to up charge me for things that aren't needed. $200 for them to shut off the water? I would of assumed thats part of their scope since they cant really do much with the water on. Had to shut the water off myself to save myself the $200. Luis who is the tech even asked if I wanted to go into a crawl space because he didn't want to do it. They came back the next day and wanted to charge me $700.00 to install a clean out. I called a plumber on my own and they came the same day and snaked out the main drain and put a draining solution in it and it clear it. No towel just a ball of hair. So be careful. They told me my home warranty did not cover them installing a clean out drain I had to pay for it and I could finance it. Yes, in my opinion they are a scam. They get recommended by the home warranty companies and then rip you off. In our experience with them they were set to install a garbage disposal through home warranty. We wanted to upgrade the disposal so we went and purchased one but they wanted to charge us for the parts of labor plus the disposal and wouldn't adjust the price to just labor so they could charge the home warranty for a part they weren't supplying which is fraud. They also wanted to charge us for replacing the seal on top of the installation AND the parts even though that is a necessary part of installing a new one and included by every single other plumbing company. They argued around it by saying its just a "package pricing" so that they can charge the warranty company as well as the customer and get paid twice. Reported it to the home warranty company and dumped both of them. Don't be duped. read more

The technician, Miguel, came out and claimed that my brand-new piping needed "modifications," which was completely false. He also added several unnecessary extra charges -- all of which were items the home warranty does not cover -- clearly an attempt to make me pay out of pocket. It was obvious he was trying to inflate the invoice instead of doing an honest evaluation. I had a claim under my home warranty for running water in my system. Devin came out and cut through drywall and said it was in the manifold and a new line had to be run. He submitted it and of a $3000 allowance, insurance only approved $500. I had to agree to pay $2150 out of pocket. When Devin came back he fixed the leak and installed a hot water recirculating pump for which I paid $575 and he was supposed to fix a Leak at the hot water valve in my bathtub upstairs. When he left, we heard the pump circulating water all afternoon. When my wife went upstairs 6 hours later, the water in the tub was running full blast. When we turned it off, water was leaking from the other valve (cold) and it was on the floor and dripped down into the kitchen light fixture above our sink. When I called Devin to fix it, he said he wasn't responsible for the and refused to come back to fix it. This company overcharged me and was not customer oriented. Very poor response. Original request to warranty company for leak, who then called Pro Integrity. The technican arrived, evaluated the leak in my tubung behind the washing machine. The water to the whole house had to turned off to repair it. He took pictures , snt them to his company for approval to proceed. He then claimed they wanted more picture, and he suggested that the hose bib housing behind the waher also needed to be changed and, submitted that to be done. Meanwhile , he did not repair the initial leak I called about. Six days later, it is still not repaired. I had a bath tub leak in an upstairs bathroom. The leak had stained the kitchen ceiling below the bathroom. The leak appeared to be at one of the drain pipe joints. The kitchen ceiling was wet and stained so I decided to cut out some of the drywall and dry out the damp area. when the plumber arrive he didn't have a ladder so I lent him mine. After he examined the drain he said somebody had done something to the drain, he told the warranty company and they denied the repair. The reason I wrote this review is it shows the incompetence of the plumber. had he more skill and knowledge he would have found the cause of the leak. My son and I stuck our heads together (into the space) and found that the leak was coming from putty that you pack around the drain pipeHad dried up and wasn't sealing the drain pipe. They get a two star for solving 1/2 of the problem but they really fell short on Customer Service and overall integrity of taking care of customers. They ordered the wrong part 2 times for my toilet. Casey suggested I buy a new toilet from them instead of trying to order the correct part. I went out of town and they called twice when I was gone to schedule an appt. I texted them when I was returning to schedule in a new time but never heard back (lost reception while we were on the phone). They called me today to schedule an appt for the next day and I couldn't take work off. When I asked for a future date, they said they didn't have anything scheduled in my area. I said that wasn't a big deal and to just cal me when they were in town again. That is when they got upset and told me to call when I was ready, because I clearly wasn't. The rest of the conversation was trying to talk over an angry individual explaining to them again and again, I'm literally ready, in town and asking you to call me. You said you weren't ready. Then he hung up. When I called back he said he didn't care if I left a bad review. I guess customers are not important to certain companies when they can guarantee business from an insurance company.
