The tenants also had the carpets professionally cleaned, but accidentally tracked some mud back afterwards on one very small spot near the entry. Again, a very small job requiring very little effort to remedy. They charged over $168 for that. What a scam. Most over-inflated invoice I've ever seen in my life. A total scam.

My carpet cleaner I purchased for $100 works 100 times better. This was a move out clean. They came a week before my move out for 7 hours and basically cleaned the oven, bathrooms and scrubbed the varnish off my kitchen cabinets broke a light fixture in the bathroom and another in my bathroom and broke the kitchen faucet( all of this we had to replace)swept and vacuumed there were 3 lady's working. They came back to finish up after the movers had left. They arrived at 9 am I came by the house at 1pm and 2 women where there and they had cleaned the fridge and were doing something in my bedroom. I returned at 5 pm and the blinds had been cleaned but that was all I could see that they had done in 8 hrs. The windows, doors, baseboards, door jams, laundry rm none of it done in 8 hrs. Spoke with the owner told them not to clean carpets with that buffer. Got them to deduct the cost of items they broke and cost of carpet cleaning. Still came up to $400 they charged me. All the above items that she had not finished she was suppose to finish and lock up. I stayed and cleaned the slider door jams and the fireplace then left around 6. The cleaner was still at the house when I left. Received my deposit back with with $200 taken out for cleaning because the windows, doors and light fixtures were not cleaned. Do not use this company!!! They are not given decent supplies to work with basically water and rags to clean with. I have done property management for 20 years and have never seen a cleaning crew like this.... unbelievable!!! Only redeeming factor is they seem to be pleasant people just not very effective or efficient or timely. I will be contacting the owner for reimbursement of the $200 deposit deduction.

I'm sure they'll get the job done. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I honestly don't know what they actually cleaned, because the place still looked dirty afterward. I had to go back and clean it myself. Dust and debris were still along the edges, nothing was dusted, the kitchen cabinets still had stains, and the floors didn't feel clean at all. I even took photos to prove it. When I reached out to share my concerns, their response was, "We mopped twice and there were pets in the house." What does that have to do with anything? Pets don't excuse poor service. The fact is, they did not do their job, period. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Always showed up on time and was responsive to any questions I had. Him and his crew were awesome during the demo portion. Put floor and wall protection down and cleaned up after the job was done. Highly recommend Chris and his team to help you out. Very professional and glad It was a good and smooth process coming from horrible situation with water damage. We had a challenging situation with an uneven concrete subfloor from a prior pipe replacement. Surprisingly, a couple of other companies refused to grind concrete, but it is just standard work with Valley Tile Pros. During the initial walkthrough, Curtis took detailed measurements in his sketchbook, provided competitive pricing, and gave excellent recommendations. He set clear expectations regarding the gaps required for our chosen hex tiles, so there were no surprises. He even offered us a supplier discount, and though we bought tiles elsewhere, we greatly appreciated the option. Based on his website, his knowledge and attention to detail, competitive pricing, and his demeanor, we decided to go with him. His timeline estimation was spot on. Curtis completed the demolition, concrete grinding, waterproof barrier (Laticrete) installation, tiling, grouting, and baseboard reinstallation in just 1.5 days. He walled off the bathroom efficiently to contain the dust from the grinding. His layout skills and careful handling resulted in minimal material waste, and I was even able to return a full box of leftover tile. Highly recommend this master tiler. The…read moreother contractor used photographs that I sent and then generated a quote based on inaccurate information that they thought they saw in the photo (they quoted based on a marble shower, and nope, it's not marble). The other one never called me back. I appreciated the consistent communication from GroutPro and they also did a great job! We had a small shower with mold on the caulking and it really needed to be removed and re-caulked. Kirk was thorough in explaining what he would be doing and why he used the materials he did. He was also helpful in explaining how we can help avoid having so much mold in the first place. He spent several hours making sure the job was just right. I wouldn't hesitate to call GroutPro again for any future jobs. Recommended!

The grout was dark and no matter how much I cleaned, I could never get it to look better. Decided to check Yelp for companies around here with good ratings. Was able to make an appt easily with Evin to get a price quote. Our project took two full days. I was impressed at how diligently Derek and Kirk worked; it looked exhausting! Not inexpensive but you definitely get what you pay for. (Check out our before/after photos) Derek and Kirk worked tirelessly on our kitchen floors and on the second day, Derek spent all day on our two upstairs showers. The process for making the grout look brand new is very laborious and time-consuming but the finished product looks awesome! These guys were lying on the floor, pretty much with a fine-toothed comb, scrubbing the grout and applying sealant, etc. Topnotch work! Kirk was very knowledgeable and helpful. I learned the wet Swiffer is about the worst thing you can use on your tile! Derek was also very skilled and friendly. My only issues with GroutPro are these: * Prepare to wait. Peter's communication very prompt…read more Peter arrived onsite and inspected thoroughly for signs of water damage behind the walls and under the flooring. He reported back that the water damage was superficial due to caulking around the bathtub being insufficient and letting water splash from the shower/tub get under the floor transition. Since I was away, this inspection required a lot of trust that the diagnosis wouldn't result in uneccessary work. Peter reported honestly what he saw and recommended a handyman. It was great that Peter was not out to find problems that weren't there. I would hire him again if the need arose. Thanks again, Peter!
