Our garage fell off the track and was basically standing up crooked. He came and told us what we could and should do to get it going. He did it within a few hours notice. There was also an issue with the concrete being uneven so the bottom of the garage could not properly line up with the ground causing a space between the two. He was going to try and find us a new rubber flap that may cover the gap better. He said it may take a few days depending on what was in stock. Great service! we have two large 16x8 lift style garage doors that needed repair/replacement. a few years back one of them failed and the garage person back then told us our style doors are old and needed to be replaced with the new sectional style doors. we decided not to do it. fast forward another 8 years and the second one failed, so we called up proline to check it out and give us an estimate. david from PGD was super helpful and recommended to us a full rebuild since our doors were still in good condition. no need to replace it all! the full rebuild involved replacing all the door hardware, springs, and we got new motors. he focused heavily on making sure our doors were even and opened/closed without issue. before we had large gaps and the door wouldnt close all the way. now they look GREAT!
