We recently purchased a 2021 Porsche Macan S from Pro Motorcars and had a very positive experience. Shawn was helpful throughout the process and, most importantly, followed through on the things we discussed. Before purchasing, they allowed us to have the Macan independently inspected by a Porsche specialist. A couple of service-related messages showed up during the inspection, and Pro Motorcars took care of them before we took possession. They even had the Porsche specialist perform the needed service at no cost to us and made sure the service and tire-related messages were cleared. The vehicle only came with one key, and Shawn also followed through on his promise to provide us with a second OEM Porsche key. Rather than making us bring the car back, they arranged for someone to come directly to our home to program it, which we really appreciated. We also financed the vehicle ourselves through our credit union, and Shawn and the team made that process easy. We never felt pressured to use dealer financing or purchase additional products we didn't want. Buying a used Porsche can obviously make you a little nervous, but by the time everything was completed, we felt very good about both the Macan and the purchase. After me giving him a cash offer on the car, he told me to never call back again, set a bunch of profanity and hung up the phone. This is the sales manager of the sales section of their company. Good coordination until I tried to get title and was delayed due to non appropriate paperwork but finally got it. worst issue was vehicle arrived without a glove box cover. Pro said they would look for one but no success. I had to have my local dealer find one in Ohio and then I had to pay almost $700.00. Pro Motorcars Newport Beach. Beware of dealing with these people. there are 5 entities involved in the sale of this car. Pro Motorcars, CarFax. Caramel, Ally Finance and the afternarket warranty SAFE-GUARD. apparently, I'll be paying $7,200 for the repairs despite all of these safeguards. The Carfax does not show their inspection but they brag about the car being perfect. Seems they would have entered that fact. The car has 6 injectors that need to be replace and high pressure fuel pumps that need to be replaced. DO NOT DRIVE says the repair shop. I purchased the car from them literally over the phone. I had my salesman do a walk around as he was supposedly my advocate seeing I can't look at the car.. When the deal was done, I didn't Get a thank you from either the sales manager who handled the deal or the salesman! didn't even get paperwork in the car when it was delivered to me. What the F? Upon getting the car, I noticed where you put the key fob in It was literally hanging down. It was missing a clip. You basically have to hold it so it doesn't fall out and stick in the key. The manager and the sales per person both drove the car and if it's impossible they didn't notice it and it was bad that they didn't let me know or buy a five dollar clip which I have no idea how to get. Yesterday I was driving down the road and I got stopped by the police for not using my Directional. I said I did I swear, and I got a ticket. Came home and released the little thing from the car And realize there's only one wire going into it as there are two going through it, It's impossible for it to work which means they never did a safety check Which is not legal in California California for a dealership to sell a car without doing one. If I was anybody reading these reviews, don't necessarily believe the good ones. They're usually prompted but really read the bad ones, They matter much more. The car was as advertised, although the clear coat had some sun-damage/peeling that wasn't mentioned in the video call. Nonetheless, I decided it was the car for me and Shawn handled the numbers and financing. It was all quick and painless, I got a good APR, and he kicked in a sweetener to get the deal done same day. The experience was no non-sense and very casual. The finance company Pro Motorcars works with was very quick with approval, and the terms were more favorable than my own credit union of 30 years. We just bought a vehicle from this dealership. At first Ari come off pretty cool. But once the negotiation starts there's not much he helps out with. As soon as we arrived the first thing we asked was the price of the vehicle. That price was a lie since they added a "fee", once we were approved, that he didn't mention. Oh well this is part of negotiations. I was trying to negotiate so we were going back and forth, he said the best he can do was a $1,000 discount. He went ahead and sent an updated invoice but all he did was take away the GAP insurance so technically no discount lol I caught that so then after he went ahead and reduced $1,000. Once we were on our way to pick up the truck, my wife messaged him if we were getting the truck with a full tank which Ari replied "yes sir". Showed up and truck wasn't even a quarter tank full. Another lie. Also had said vehicle would be washed up when we picked up and of course it wasn't. A wipe down isn't a wash... and rims were dirty. I know how negotiations work but once someone isn't a man of their word it makes it easier to end any future business. Only reason we purchased this vehicle from them was because it's exactly how my wife wanted it. If not I would've had no problem going elsewhere. Best luck to them. read more

I can think of less than a handful of times over the past 35 years that I've actually enjoyed my car buying experience. Ari and Ata (I hope that's the correct spelling) were awesome. This is my most sincere and deserving 5-star Yelp review. My last several cars were Mercedes E class sedans. Decided to switch it up. Looked everywhere for a Range Rover Sport. Found it online at Pro Motorcars. Was hesitant at first because it was far for me and shown by appointment only. But they were very flexible and made it easy. Got to check out all their cars, including the one I wanted. It was better than advertised. Beautiful RR Sport Supercharged. They have a lot of luxury cars with mid to higher miles, which is fine and can lead to a great deal. But that means it's super important that the maintenance and care of these types of cars be impeccable and documented. They know this. Ari showed me everything about the car. Gave me the CarFax detailing everything, including every single time it had been serviced and for what reason.
