Never again... been going there for about 2 years and never that great but this time was definitely…read morethe worse ever . I won't be going back. Nail polish was old and dry causing bubbles and making everything uneven. I'm not a complainer but decided to mention something for the first time . Older lady didn't speak English but tried to re do both nails again , and know it looks even worse than before . I was very clear how unhappy I was with the service but no one cared. Manager was right there and watched the whole thing without stepping in and try to make it better . Also they made sure who ever was there had water , soda ... I wasn't offer anything but then again not the first time it happened Thanks for nothing

The lady doing my toes kept turning my feet and legs in weird positions so she can paint them. I asked her nicely not to be rough because I was dealing with a herniated disc and turning my legs like that was hurting my back, SHE STATED "JUST LOSE WEIGHT AND YOU'LL BE FINE" Implying that I am fat when the herniated disc was from an accident. Nothing to do with my weight. Perfect example of why people should keep things to themselves. Then, When I sat down for my manicure, I sat there for 3 hours because the nail tech did not know how to shape coffin nails, she did not apply more than two coats so I had streaks in my nails, i asked that she correct my thumb and pinky nail only, she then proceeded to grab the filer and took the polish off all my nails and mind you she did this as if she was inconvenienced. Three people at this point attempt led to fix MY NAILS and they were done ok...However, a few moments later when I left, I saw the nail polish on my left nails peeling off. While the right side was perfectly fine. BECAUSE The nail tech forgot to apply the clear polish for the finish look on the left side. I came back an hour later to get my money refunded because at this point being there 4+ hours was excessive. The nail tech again offered to fix them and with tears in my eyes I refused and again asked they refund me. The nail tech raised her voice and said "SIT, I will cut your nails off if you want your money back" if they wanted to make things right they would have at least refunded me and let me keep the atrocious nails so that I can go somewhere else and get them fixed. Overall i give this place a negative 0 if I could. Terrible

Extremely hospitable and always appreciative of our business. We tried both manicure and pedicure and they were both excellent; we did not know the amount of variety options until we came here. There are also extended foot massage treatments 15min, 20min etc. so if you're like me, a guy who enjoys foot massages you will NOT be disappointed. Ask for Vivian or Melisa. You will not feel out of place because how friendly they are. All staff members are joyful and upbeat. We had Ryan who did her nails, he was excellent and she loved it. LinLin is definitely a good pedicurist and is quite hilarious. Not only did they have excellent attitudes, they also provide drinks! We have been to many different salons across the country but have not seen a more happy nail salon environment than this one. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great and I didn't feel worth $42. I was looking for that great foot and leg massage and taking more time on the polish, which I felt was a little rushed. At best, I received a $25-$30 pedicure. It was very clear that at 7P, they were ready to go. They were not rude at all, just standing by the front door. Lol! Nonetheless, if I'm on this side of town again, I'd give them another try. P.S. this is not your big nail salon with a dozen stations. They do not serve complimentary drinks (or maybe I just wasn't offered) rather I didn't see any. And there are only 5-6 total pedicure tubs with 4-5 mail stations. I just wanted an update to my gel manicure, and to round out one of my nails since it had broken. I wanted to keep the length of the other nails the same, but the tech wanted to cut them so I said okay because I figured they must not have been healthy/strong enough for her to work with if she was making that request. I like to keep my nails rounded but she left them as she cut them, with a square shape, and then didn't really fix the shape of my broken nail. The square shape of the other nails is uneven, and the gel polish is uneven in places as well. I totally acknowledge I should have asked her to fix the shape again, but I was already sad my nails were shorter and I just wanted to be done with this place. I reached the point where I didn't want to ask for anything else because I just wanted to go somewhere else to have it fixed. I'm hoping this was just a one time not so good experience as I did think everyone was very nice here.

I've had a full set applied, sculpted, and painted in under an hour so it's the perfect place to seeing through between errands or before heading out for the evening. Prices are pretty average. I've paid a couple dollars more or less, here and there while testing out other salons but Woodlake's consistency can't be beat. I've rotated between prolly 5 nail techs by now and each one has me leave feeling flawless (versus other establishments where if your tech isn't working, you feel SOL) Pedis, manis, eyebrow waxes, I've done em all and would recommend anybody pay a visit.

Despite multiple nail techs being available, they did not work efficiently--no one doubled up on services, meaning we had to sit through separate manicures and pedicures instead of having them done at the same time. My nails turned out terrible. Instead of properly painting them, the tech used white powder and seemed to avoid doing the job correctly. The result looked nothing like what I requested (see attached photo). To make things worse, when I had to return for a simple fix on a smudged toenail, they made me wait until they finished with five other customers before addressing it. A five-minute polish fix turned into yet another long, unnecessary wait. If you care about the quality of your nails and the service you receive, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I would absolutely not recommend this salon. I will say it's a nice clean salon. If they tried harder they could fix their 2.8 yelp review score.
