Pro Nails is by far my favorite nail salon in OC!!! I've lived in quite a few different areas meaning I've been to many salons. Since moving to Costa Mesa, my boyfriend actually found this place for us both to go for a mani/pedi! I've been back myself multiple times because their staff is amazing, and the quality of their services is unmatched. Today- Henry did the BEST set I have EVER had! I was nervous at first because the set I picked was pretty complicated, but he didn't even hesitate to tell me he could do it and helped me pick out all the colors. He worked so quickly and seamlessly. I'm still in shock at how much I love them and how AMAZING his skill set is!!! I'm going to Coachella this weekend and Henry gave me the set of my DREAMS! Highly highly recommend this salon over others in the area! Henry- I will be back and THANK YOU so much! You are so talented

I came here to get my nails done for my wedding, and my nail technician was Henry. I showed him an inspiration photo of pink ombré nails with white 3D flowers, and he copied it so well. After seeing one of the 3D flowers I asked if I could have all my nails like that but he said it would be too much so he did partial flowers. His expertise in nail design resulted in beautiful nails perfect for my wedding. It took about 1.5 hours, and the price was very reasonable at $89.

I got color BlackBerry Stiletto nails but one of the nails still has dust which is bothering me ... I give this spot a 7/10 ... No cuticle cleaning is included which I wish would've been included, Kelly did my nails & honestly would've tipped more if the work would've been cleaner. read more

I went to Pro Nails this morning for a gel mani/pedi. Hannah and Mimi (I hope I have her name correct) were my nail techs. They were both kind, gentle, and attentive. Unfortunately, the polish on one of my finger nails is already starting to chip - I've never had gel polish chip on the first day before. It was too much of a hassle to go back today to have them fix it though. Overall my nails still look nice & I really like the color (I just hope the paint doesn't continue to chip on that one finger). Hannah and Mimi were sweet and I also got 20% off for their promotion. Read some good reviews before landing in SNA and decided to Uber straight over and was NOT disappointed! Tommy was my nail technician and he did an amazing job with my Pedicure! I probably got one of the best pedis. Called in around 5ish and was able to get in. I waited about 15-20 min for a pedi and Tommy worked on my feet. The guy knows what he was doing with ingrown toe nails and got the smoothest cut without cutting me. I always got cut and bleeding bad whenever other people removed my ingrown but not the case with Tommy. He also used the buffer machine to remove my calluses leaving my feet super smooth. Decent pricing and good service. Will definitely be back for pedi with Tommy. read more

I went here to get my nails done with Amy. She was such a sweetheart and answered all my questions related to chrome nails. I don't get my nails done often and decided to get them done for the new year. She was gentle, quick, and was very helpful. I got the gel chrome nails and they came out fabulous! I am such a fan. It's been two weeks since I got them done and they have not chipped or anything! The inside is really cute also! It looks like they have a bunch of regulars here that visit often. I'm so glad I found this place! It'll be my new go-to nail salon now. Everyone here is so nice and welcomes you with a nice warm smile. I came in while they are having their 20% off special for their grand opening. I got both a Deluxe pedicure and I tried Gel X for the first time with Holly. I love it! I did a simple French tip ombre with a marble design on my middle finger. Tommy did my pedicure, and Cindy did the French tip design. Everything came out perfect! The salon is very clean and chic! this place is ok. they were really friendly but i paid $100 for a deluxe pedicure and basic manicure. the pedicure came with callus removal and my calluses were not removed. They also forgot to massage my friends hands then after she said something about it brushed it off. Not planning on going back. read more

I've been a regular ProNails customer for a few years now. I used to go to the location off the 73 but now go to this new one. This location is larger and more spacious. There is plenty of parking both in the front lot and the adjacent one. My gel pedicures are always great regardless of which technician I get but there is only one person I go to for my GelX sets and that's PIPER! Also, their pricing can't be beat! read more

I had one of the best mail experiences here. It was a very busy place and I know why--quality of work and service. Hannah did my gel mani with a really cute and simple design. My pedicure was relaxing and my feet are so soft. I can only recommend it for basic services but there were other folks there doing some more complex designs that were looking really good. 10/10 nail salon!! This location has been remodeled and it's been Amazing ever since their reopening. Before it was just a small average nail / hair salon but now it's got a whole new luxurious vibe. It's typically busy but never too long of a walk in wait time! Plus there's snacks or drinks available for guests and they're offering a generous discount of 10 % off for their grand opening so it's definitely worth a visit. I've been to their location on Bristol before. I'm glad they've opened this location. This location is clean, its bigger and brighter than their other location. The best part is that I can walk there from my house! I got a gel pedicure and a regular manicure. I'd post a pic, but I just had my nails buffed. I had such a great experience at Pandora Nail Bar!…read more I came in last minute just before 6pm, knowing they closed at 7 and honestly thought I'd only have time to get my acrylics removed. When I called, they told me to come in anyway, which I really appreciated. Once I got there, everyone was so kind and accommodating. I asked about getting a fill and changing my nail shape from coffin to something new and they immediately said they could do it. They were so patient with me and even didn't charge extra for the shape change since it was my first time there, which meant a lot. They stayed open past closing to finish my nails and I didn't feel rushed at all. Via did an amazing job and I absolutely love how my nails turned out! Overall, such a great experience. I'm really grateful for their kindness, flexibility and attention to detail. I'll definitely be coming back!

I'm not sure I paid an additional $30 for a really poorly executed design. I'm overall just super unhappy with the look and my experience. I was pressured into up charges for colors and designs which I finally spoke up for myself and changed but I'm super unhappy with what was to be celebration nails.. they just do not look good- and now I'm fixing my own feet which was the whole reason I went for a pedicure.

The shape wasn't done the way I expected, and she didn't file underneath the nails to hide my natural nail, which made the acrylics look unfinished.

I was late to my appointment, which I called prior to coming in to make sure it was still okay for me to come. They assured me that it was okay and that they are ready for me. When I came in, I immediately knew the energy was off. Since I sat down, they were saying things like "oh yeah, she was late so she can wait for us". One of the other nail techs even say "oh feel free to charge her whatever you want" to what my nail tech said "yeah I'm gonna charge her $7 extra". They didn't know I was fluent in Vietnamese. I didn't say anything because I wanted to continue to hear what they had to say about me. They also asked me where I was from and if I lived in the area. I am assuming that they're asking this to gauge what my ethnicity is. Also, they kept bringing up the fact that I was late. If me being late was such an issue, why say that it was okay for me to come and that they are ready for me? At the end of the conversation, I asked what the charges for and they said the $7 was for callous remover. I just took it as that and didn't call them out on it. Right before I left, I told them in Vietnamese that if they were going to talk shit, make sure I wasn't Vietnamese and that people don't understand them. Their shocked faces made the whole experience worth it tbh. In short, these people are probably going to talk shit about you the whole time.
