Their work is consistently excellent, which is why I've often recommended them to friends and family. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the salon's management and front desk staff. Their scheduling and customer service are extremely disorganized, and they seem to have little regard for the customer experience. The salon routinely overbooks technicians and assigns walk-in clients to technicians who already have upcoming appointments. Despite making appointments every time I've visited, I've regularly been forced to wait 15-30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, even though I make a point of arriving early as a courtesy. My most recent experience was the final straw. I scheduled both a lash lift and an acrylic fill. When I called, the receptionist told me my lash appointment would be at 5:00 PM and my nail appointment at 6:00 PM. However, the text confirmation I received only listed a 6:00 PM appointment. On previous visits, I had been told by the front desk that appointments are not considered booked without a text confirmation, so I reasonably assumed the salon had adjusted my schedule and moved the lash appointment. When I arrived at 6:00 PM, the receptionist informed me that the text confirmation was incorrect, my lash appointment had actually been at 5:00 PM, and I had missed it. No apology was offered, nor did anyone attempt to rebook the service. I then asked if I could still proceed with my 6:00 PM nail appointment, only to be told that my nail technician would not be available for another hour. The receptionist blamed the delay on my technician's timing, which was both inappropriate and inaccurate. I've worked with the same technician for two years, and she has always been professional, efficient, and respectful of her appointment schedule. It was clear that the salon had double-booked over my appointment. Their only solution was for me to return at 7:00 PM, which was not possible given my schedule. This experience was incredibly frustrating because I genuinely love the work of the nail technicians. However, I can no longer tolerate the level of disorganization, poor communication, and lack of accountability from management. As a result, I will not be returning, and I can no longer recommend this salon to others. The business needs to get control of its scheduling and customer volume before more loyal customers have similar experiences.

I understand she was upset. But I am too...It's my time and money. They didn't even last me one week. She fixed my nails, and it wasn't even the same French tip that I asked for last time at this point I just wanted to leave and get this over with. The minute I got up. I went to settle in with my kids for a second and the guy immediately called me over and asked them if I was going to tip. He didn't even give me one minute to settle in grab my kids and head to the counter. He just started saying this can't happen again. I should've came in sooner and I tried explaining my situation, and told him I called and it was okay to come in. "I called Saturday to get my nails fixed but I was already late for my party. Sunday it was Mother's Day. And unfortunately, Monday and Tuesday my boys got sick with a stomach bug & we're vomiting." but it wasn't acceptable. He said it's been one week I immediately corrected him and told him no it has been 4days ...when I showed him pictures with date and time. Even if I came one day after I still would've wanted all my nails be done they were just not sticking. You can see on my photos my nails aren't even grown out yet. Now that I got them redone. Let's see how long they last me. I'm disappointed with the service. I would've loved to given them a second chance. But his attitude killed it for me. I won't be coming back.

The owner Vivi is horrible. I made an appointment at 1:30p and called her when I knew I would be late. I arrived10 minutes late. When I arrived they had me wait and told me that I would be considered a walk-in as I was late (seriously) despite me calling and informing them. I wish i would have known as I wouldn't rushed to arrive. They told me to wait 20 minutes. I patiently waited and after 35 minutes (manager Vivi was no where to be seen as she was in the back and didn't peek her head out). I walked out, at this point i was not going to give them my money and business. Also the place inside is dirty, poor air circulation, rug floor has stains. No one checks in with you to update you. I would give it no stars if I could. There are other cleaner and better organized places than this one. This place is horrible and takes the cake. Don't waste your time and money.

Once seating became available, three members of our group were placed together for services, while my 8 year old daughter and I were seated separately on the opposite side of the salon, which limited our ability to enjoy the group experience. During the visit, the manager greeted part of our group and introduced his wife, giving them additional attention. While this may have been well-intentioned, it created an inconsistent experience for the rest of the group. I requested a basic pedicure with regular nail polish and declined any additional services. My daughter also received regular polish only. However, after reviewing my receipt, I noticed we were charged for gel services that were not requested. For reference, the $47 pedicure was mine, and the $15 manicure/pedicure was for my daughter--both were regular polish services. The total was higher than expected based on what was provided. I chose not to return to dispute the charges, but I recommend confirming services and pricing before payment and always requesting a receipt. Additionally, I later learned the manager apologized to the person who booked the appointment regarding the seating. As I was the one directly affected and still present at the time, it would have been more appropriate to address that directly with me.
