Im always looking for the best place to get my nails done . Has to be convenient, clean ,friendly, good TV or good music. The spot is definitely convenient right in my neighborhood next to my cleaners. Right off the back this place has gorgeous foot tubs . I felt like a mermaid . It was giving Ariel getting her first pedicure. They are playing The Cost in the salon speakers . Which is my most preferred radio station for relaxation and nostalgia. I loveeee coming here! The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and the people here are genuinely kind and accommodating. It's one of those hole in the wall spot that makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Vivian is my favorite!!! She's incredibly skilled at what she does and always takes the time to make sure my nails turn out exactly how I want them. Every detail is perfect, and I always leave feeling happy and well taken care of. I get waxed from Vivian and she always does them so clean and I always feel so comfortable with her :) What I appreciate most here is that you don't have to be shy about asking for what you want - they're never annoyed or dismissive. I needed to get my nails done quick, wasn't able to drive 40 mins to my regular nail place. This place is walking distance from my place so I decided to give it a try. Kelly was super nice and was able to service me even after walking in 5 mins before closing time. Got a full set with gel polish for $35, not bad. I didn't give them a 5 star because the shape is not really what I wanted, but will work until I'm able to make the drive to my girl. This will place will serve as backup. read more

I only came to this place because it's the only one that was open at 9 am and I would never go again. I asked for a gel manicure and ended up only asking for regular nail polish because they filed my nails so much that I didn't want to damage them anymore!!!!! They did not remove my cuticle properly and the shape of my nails was horrible!!!! I went at 9 and at 1 pm one of my nails broke because my nail was so thin!!!! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a bad experience the first day I went in for a pedicure and a fill. The nail gel polish on my hands was horrible. The man tried to shape my nails, and paint them, but it was not the best. He left acrylic on my pinky nail even after he shaped, and painted it. I addressed it to him and he tried to fix it. After I left and got home my nails were bad. The polish was bumpy and coming off. The shop was closed by that time so I went back the next morning and a lady tried to fix it. It looked fine before I left, but again like 5 mins later the polish was bad again. I have added photos of the first night and the next morning. There was no point of going back to fix the nails if that was the 2nd time I went and the same thing happened. I would not recommend. read more

Tbh best prices, and excellent service!Everyone has a specific technique so if one fells try the other because it's well worth it! TMI I get ingrowns and Vicki always saves me! I have been coming to Golden Nail Salon for two years I believe. My favorite person here is Hannah! She does an outstanding job on PEDICURES. Believe me she takes her time, knows if you have ingrown nails, where the pain is and all that. I did get a mani from her once and she also did a great job. (I hardly paint my hand nails) I repeat Hannah takes her time so if you are in a rush I recommend you to go with someone else. You will not regret it. Believe me. They have good gel color selections. Otherwise take your own regular nail polish just Incase. They don't have much variety in the regular colors. (Please excuse my toe hair lol) I also got a mani this day. I have been coming to this salon for a little less than ten years and let me tell you, it's great! I come here regularly to get my nails done and have even had a facial in the past. The staff here have grown to be my extended family - they are always very cheerful and willing to strike up a conversation. I would recommend anyone in this salon to take care of your manicure/pedicure needs. They always take their time and make sure you are pleased with their work. They don't have the best variety of designs on display but several times I have gone in and showed them pictures I have found online and they are always more than happy to accomodate me. The spas are clean and washed immediately after each guest is finished - but if that's still not your thing they also use the little tub buckets like old fashion pedicures. The only thing I would definitely say this salon lacks is lack of polish to choose from. Their polish is not name brand and a lot of the colors are starting to thicken. This never really bothers me because I have about 100 nail polishes at home so I always bring in my own colors. They do take appointments but they don't have an appointment book so 98% of their customers are walk ins. I've never made an appointment and I've never had a problem or had to wait an extremely long time. Overall, this place is really great. You won't leave here unsatisfied, promise! read more

HORRIBLE PLACE! If I can give it ZERO stars I would. The only reason I came in here was because it's closer to my house. But, I should have known based of the previous reviews. In the future, I'll prefer driving over 30 minutes to my regular nail salon. I don't even know where to begin. First off, I kept getting HURT MULTIPLE TIMES!!! I asked the guy with the glasses that seats in the middle that I wanted short nails. (These are Acrylics ... not my nails... and look how short he did them) When he was shaping them they were mostly good but when he got to my thumb he literally went so short (as shown in the photo) one thumb was short and the other longer. I let him know and instead of taking of the shortest to even it out to the rest, he did the rest short when I had told him not too. Each request I will get a "no" proceeded with whatever HE wanted to do!! Secondly, I have a cut and told him not to put alcohol in that specific nail.. and once again, he told me "no" and still put alcohol. As shown in the second photo, he didn't put acrylic in the corner of my pinky and I let him know once again.... and once again he said "no" and did whatever HE wanted. Overall, I will not be coming back. I don't know how this guy got his license. I got hurt MANY times. Including when I was getting me pedicure done. I kept getting stabbed and it was very painful. They charged me 28 for my nails when it should have been the most 18. I had the discussion with one of the ladies I'm guessing the owner and she just stayed quite. When I paid they only discounted $1. This place is just BS and I do not recommend anyone going here. They should get there license removed. UPDATE: 2 days later and the gel is peeling off. Jon and Vikki did a great job on my gel nails! I got a really pretty purple (607) and love them. After getting them done I went to wash my car and one of the metal poles at the wash hit one of my fingers hard and put a chip in my nail. I went back in and they fixed it right away for free! If I could give zero stars, I WOULD! Every time I come here, I have the worst experience ever! Came here to room gel nail polish from my toes the lady put the remover on and left for 30 mins to eat! I had complained multiple times to the other nail techs that my toes were starting to burn and they kept telling me to wait. At one point I took the foil off myself. I have been coming here forever. Unfortunately i wont come back. There are just too many mistakes with my nails everytime. The lengths dont match. The angles dont match. Some look fat and others thin. I have to ask repeatedly for them to cut them down. They leave the natural nails underneath that are lifting and collecting dirt. They use tips that are bigger than my actual nail and then the acrylic nail is jagged on the side and volkects dirt and then lifts or breaks. They lift within days. They have unjured my nail beds repeatedly and you can see the repeat bruises growing up like the rings in trees. Some of the bottoms of the nails are rounded and others are flat. Three weeks ago they didnt have the right acrylic color and they didnt tell me until it was half done. I was upset and he offered to paint it to look natural and i ended up with cotton candy pink. i was so upset but i didnt have time to fix it. I was reprimanded ay work becaude we have to have natural colors only. I went back the next day and he charged me for a color change! And today i asked for a very, very simple design--a single red glitter heart on my ring fingers--and the hearts are lopsided, uneven and she put silver glitter to try to hide the mistake even when i said no. Language barrier accounts for some of this, but honestly, its just bad workmanship. I tried to work with them but im done. read more

I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure and this is what I came out with. I was kind and spoke to the lady in charge who refused to give me her name. She was polite at first and offered to fix them at a later time. After my friend went in for a gel manicure and came out with the same results I decided to ask for refund so that I could go somewhere else to get my nails fixed. The lady turned mean very quickly, she shut me out. I went in person to try to talk to her and she also asked me to go in so she could see my nails in person again only to waste my time. She said it was the nest they could do and couldn't give me a refund. I did not get my nails fixed not a refund. Also when I went in the second time, there was over 15 people present not including the employees. I thought this was rather awful considering we are in a mid-pandemic. read more

I came into the salon to remove my acrylics and the nail lady that tried to remove my acrylics was obviously in a rush because when she tried to remove my acrylic on my right index finger, she cut too deep into my actual nail that my fingernail was now full of blood. I cried at the salon and will never bother to come or recommend anyone here again because after she saw my finger was bleeding and I told her to leave my finger alone she went back and cut it more! My Go To Spot For Nails , Its a very small location! They are always busy so its best to make an appointment or go during the week. Prices are much cheaper than other places! They have a very nice staff. I give 3 stars because they should really consider remodeling (maybe a paint job and some new equipment/furniture) to brighten the place up! A new lady did my nails and everything went well except when I went home I noticed she forgot to paint my smaller toe on my right foot. I came back the next day and she painted it with no problem.
