I like to get dip because it usually lasts about 2 weeks for me, and I like the color options. My nails looked ok. A little thick, but ok. Well, 2 days later, I lost the polish on TWO nails, just doing mundane day-to-day things. I called the salon and they told me to come in. The same guy that did the original, did the 'repairs.' Things were fine. My repaired nails were tender- but I thought maybe it was due to the extra buffing. They held up ok, on my 9 day vacation. When I went back to work, I lost a most of polish on my right ring finger-- I could NOT believe what I saw-- my fingernail was GREEN!! What the actual ----?!?! Is it a FUNGUS?! My polish was on for less than 14 days total. (For the record, I have kept polish on my toes much longer without any issues). This should NOT have happened. Bad technique??? Bad cleaning practices??? Well, whatever it is- needless to say, I will not be back to this shop. Period. I removed all of the polish and attempted to buff off the green on the one nail. This was 5 weeks ago and my poor, sad, tormented nails are still trying to recover.

Manicure itself was trim and 30 seconds in lukewarm water... no massage or anything outside of that. Absolute worst nail experience of my life! Update: Went back today and the manager filed them all down underneath, took him about 10 minutes. I tipped him for his time. He gave me a gift card on my way out. They never asked for inspiration or how short or long he just cut them. He also never asked for the shape i wanted. They started painting, the french tips was uneven and the base was not smooth. They also left acrylic on my skin and under my nail which can cause contact dermatitis. Also to top it off one of my nails fell off on the third day of having them. The vibes were nice but they barely talked to you and it was awkward. I do not recommend this place.

So nice to have a technician pay attention to their customer, instead of distracted looking at the door, tv, or phone. I had a very negative experience with my last salon visit. The nails were trimmed so much that I swear he was cutting at the root. It was so painful. Patricia was very attentive and the whole experience was painless. Her salon is well organized and clean.
