The JImmy has a bad attitude, I heard he did good nails. So I went in and pointed to him,politly asking him to do it. He shouts NO!! I'm busy.. I'm like ok.. I'll never ask him again.Beautiful designs but can't get my nails shaped right. Got a pedi and the lady was digging so deep in my toes with that tool. It was painfull and annoying.They also need to work on their sanitation and upkeep. After my pedi she just rinsed the tub out with cold water. Yuck! wish I would have saw that before. I was surprised at the cleanliness and quality this place offers. The bars on windows alerted me at first but i decided to give them at try. Got gel manicures with a design on all fingers and it came out to $30!! I have paid 30 for french tip gels before and was surprised at how inexpensive this place is. The young girl is really good at designs, she took the time, people think I have stickers on my nails, that's how good the design looks. Definitely a favorite now :) read more

I have seen Jimmy for many years with the exception of not being able to get my nails done because of being pregnant and work and things like that not allowing me to but I started going back to him again and last time I made an appointment his dad who answered the phone and took the appointment did not write my appointment down so when I walked in at the time of my appointment I was on time according to my phone however there clock on the wall was that 5 minutes fast so it looks like I was late however by satellite time I walked in right on time and he looked shocked and said he didn't have an appointment written down for me and was with someone else so he told me it would be about 10 minutes that's fine no problem I went next door got my kid donuts and came back and waited and I waited for a freaking hour while he chit-chattin did her nails lotioned up her hands massage her hands and all this extra crap not even trying to hurry not even caring that he told me 10 minutes and it turned into over an hour which is so unfortunate because I loved Jimmy and he was the only one who did my nails the way that I absolutely loved but I felt completely disrespected unimportant and like he just didn't give a s*** about the fact that they f***** up not writing my appointment down read more

Arrived at 12:15 and the nail tech got started right away. I don't thinks she knew how to remove gel acrylic nails. Another tech came to help her so I had two techs removing my nails. And OMG my poor pinkie! Bled like crazy..... Then had me sit my fingers in acetone which burn my newly cut finger.. Sprayed alcohol on my fingers (ALSO OUCH!!). Overall, it took 1 hour to remove my nails... (never took that long anywhere else, and never hurt that bad!) Then I asked for fiberglass. This took another hour. This process wasn't so bad... I chose a really pretty color for my nails and went to a different tech for the color. The color is very pretty, it looks great... Great quality of polish.... Cuticles were straggly when I left.. So, it wasn't a nice relaxing experience (for a single mom- this is normally the 1 thing I spoil myself with- NEW NAILS!) The location is horrible- people fighting outside and yelling at each other. So again- I would return for a FILL or manicure (maybe) but NEVER again to have my nails removed. I should not be in pain or spend 2.5 hours to get my nails done. They also charge $1.50 for using debit when the sign on the door says $.50 FYI read more

If you ever stop by this nail shop, make sure you call ahead of time and schedule an appointment with Amy or Jimmy!! Jimmy only does fake nails and he is the absolute best! When I use to get fake nails over 3 years ago, I always had my nails done by him every two weeks and I would hate cheating on him because I would go elsewhere and they would always mess up and Jimmy would get on me about it (as he should). Found this place cause I was fed up with the others that I paid for "nothing". I was skeptical cause it was in a seedy partial strip mall between a check cashing place and a pawn shop (utt ohh) but I figured that some of the best places are usually "hole in the walls". I went in sat for a few and was serviced by Helen. She fixed me up right. The next time I went in she removed my nail coating (I just get very thin fiberglass coating over natural nails) painlessly and redid them to my complete satisfaction. She shapes well, is quick, funny, and paints great. Her designs are cute too. The heated fans take FOREVER....it's best to just use the little standard fan (it's way faster). They do not offer Shellac or gel but they do offer UV gel coating which is good for natural nails. The avatar pic is NOT a picture of the actual salon so you may feel bamboozled if you go expecting the place to look like that cause it SOOO doesn't, but the work of the technicians make up for the dowdy interior/exterior. The only issue I would have so far with this facility is the baby that a couple that works there have. While the technicians are wearing masks to prevent breathing in the fumes, the baby is toted around the facility by another worker with seemingly no regard to what his little lungs are inhaling. read more

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received, on top of that probably the dirtiest nail salon i have ever been to. The lady just got done with my toes and wheels over the same cart with the same nail clippers, file, and ect. and proceeded to use on the lady next to me with out washing or cleaning. When I came in I let them know I needed a fill and a pedicure. Finished up with the pedicure and a lady walks in they take her and tell me to come back later for my fill. This was my first time here.....it will also be my last time. Kim did my nails. She was a very nice lady. She was very slow and must've cut me like three times. My daughter was also with me. She got her nails as well and they cut her multiple times as well. There was also bugs in the bathroom. And right after that we wanted to leave and not even get our nails finished because there was a bug infestation in the bathroom. Went in to this establishment and asked them for a price to do a fill, remove old inlay and polish with glitter on the tips. I kept hearing this guy say "can't do". Then I am quoted a price for $55. Total rip-off joint, especially in this neighborhood! I went to one of my old places I used to go and got it all done for $15. Something is definitely wrong with this place. I would give 0 stars if I could. Getting nails done should be relaxing. This experience was stressful, 3 nail techs stood over me speaking Vietnamese loudly while one took an hour and a half to fill my nails. The shape looked horrible I asked her to redo it she told me it looked good. She was so rough at one point I had to ask her to let go of my hand because she was squeezing so hard. They didn't have the first 2 gel colors I asked for and the 3rd was almost gone. Bottom line they were rude, invasive, rough and did a horrible horrible job on my nails. By the time they finally got to painting I was so over it. Waste of my time and money because now I have to go get them redone by someone else. read more

Annie and I had a miscommunication the first time I came in and I left not happy with my nails. I came back in to show her and she stood by her work and fixed the nails they look much nicer this time. Just be clear about what you want and check your work carefully and you will leave happy. I use to always come to this place when I was in high school and me and my friends would go get our nails done. Even after high school I continue to go here because the service was great the people were great and I feel like I've been taking care of. I just left after receiving probably the worst service I've ever had in getting my nails done. I went in to get a gel fill and a pedicure and I walked out with just a basic pedicure and the lady who gave me my pedicure didn't even blend in the lotion on my legs it was by far the worst service I've ever gotten. I asked for a nail design on my toes I didn't get it they move me from the pedicure spot over to where I was going to get my nails done and then proceeded to go and take care of other people who were there and there was one lady who just wasn't helping anybody. In their defense the two main people that I always went to we're not working today but I don't see myself ever going back I traveled 30 minutes because I don't live close to this nail shop just to get my nails done and I didn't even get my nails done I only got a basic pedicure I'm so disappointed at the service and at the experience. read more

This is the worse nail salon I've ever went to, nail tech was very rude Because she thought I was 30 mins late to my appointment. Mind you I was a walk in and called before coming all the way from Elk Grove. I showed a simple design and the older lady said she didn't do design just polish. The rude younger one said she did but she had no time for me. Anytime I asked either of them questions they totally ignored me and were talking to each other about my questions n their language. The man who took my call was sweet but should have said they were too busy for walk ins. I swear it's so rude to think just because you speak a different language doesn't mean we don't know your talking about us. First time there and last time needless to say they left me sitting in the chair 35 mins before I walked out with no service.
