I've been getting my nails done here for about a year. I usually get white French tips gel nails and #1 on their pedicure menu. The prices are about the same as any other nail salon. The owner is friendly and its a nice atmosphere. In my opinion going during a weekday in the morning is best. Too crowded on weekends. It's difficult to communicate a special design unless you show a picture of it on your phone thought. Other than that, im happy with their services. read more

Got a Mani/Pedi here for the first time Monday evening. The Seniors (those who have long experience at this job), were working and did an amazing job both on me and my sister. She also received coffin style nails, which can be difficult to achieve if you are unaware how to do so. Those came out exquisitely. Great service. Quality establishment. The employee don't care about you the lady doesn't take time they have such a poor service!! I was cut because of her working fast and didn't want to stop after letting me bleed they don't have sterile products. Not a good place at all!!! One of the worst nail salons I've been to! Service is slow and not very good and on top of that, they cut three of my fingers. They had me wait for twenty five minutes before I sat in a desk and then waited another ten minutes. She stopped in the middle of my manicure/full set and told me to wait five minutes and ended up waiting at least 15 minutes. Never coming here again! read more

I went to Pro Nails because my other nail place is closed on Mondays and I really needed a manicure. They were nice enough when I came in, but really pushed me to upgrade my gel manicure to one with tips, which I didn't want and insisted on not wanting multiple times. I was also pushed to get a pedicure, which after 5 times of asking, I finally gave in. My nails were okay, not as good as my regal place, but no real complaints besides some misshaped nails. The main reason for my low review is due to the way they treated another customer while I was in there. She had come in to get her nails fixed because she had come in a couple days before and got a gel manicure but the color had totally faded and some places, I saw it from a distance and it did look super blotchy. They redid it and tried to charge her full price after they agreed to fix it! She tried to explain that she shouldn't have had to come and get it fixed in the first place, and she should have to pay for their bad polish. They were so rude to her and tried to accuse her of not getting her nails done there in the first place! Because the guy that did her nails wasn't there and she couldn't remember his name! They made her show proof through her bank account on her phone!! I just felt like that was the worst customer service and it made me wish I didn't get that extra pedicure. I definitely will not be back. Also I didn't like how she made me use the ATM even though they clearly had a credit card machine. I just feel like they are scam artists and they will not get my business again. read more

I really like the way Wynn does my nails but they are way over priced. Plus, they post one price & somehow manage to charge you $1 more. I know it doesn't seem like much but it adds up. Really need to find another nail salon. read more

There is no zero button but if there was one, they deserve a zero. I come here very once in a while to receive a pedicure. They had someone who's never done pedicures try and do my pedicure. I do not mind training but under supervision only. I continued to guide him to get clean instruments when he kept digging in others carts after they had just worked on another person without sanitizing. After the 3rd burn on my toe from scraping my skin off with the buffer AND mechanical buffer, I kindly asked if I could have someone else. They let a new person come, who completely rushed through the process. They continued to ask me if I wanted gel after telling them no several times. There was no apology given and no thank you. All I received was "come again" I was in there for almost 2 hours on a Saturday and I now have 3 huge blisters on my toe nail bed. I will never give them my business again and if you choose to, I'd suggest to make an appointment with an experienced worker. read more

I was pretty disappointed in my gel manicure. I paid $75 for a mani/pedi with gel polish and my nails started chipping and peeling in 2 days! Unacceptable since I had to pay that much for it. It is now a week later and they are all peeling off. I would go back and ask for them to fix, but I have not had any spare time as a working mom. It is very important to get it right the first time. This was the first time I came into pro nails and I have to say I left disappointed. I went in for a fill my nails ended up so short it seemed as if I just polished my natural nails. The girl I saw didn't seem to care if my nails were crooked or even matched with my other hand, it was so bad a another nail tech stepped in to fix my nails. They look sooo much better jus very short. The lady still had the audacity to charge me full price for my service. I myself work in the customer service field and try to accommodate my clients. They failed to do so! Then the nail tech that did my 7 yr old daughters polish didn't even ask her what color she wanted so they managed to disappoint both of us! read more

Worst experience ever. Staff was rude and unclear on how long it would take to do my daughters nails.... I am a single dad raising my daughters... I suprised my daughter with getting her nails done because of her good grades in school... I sat here I. This rude and unwelcome staff for over an hour watching 5 other walkings get called ahead of my little girl. My daughter was on the verge of tears seeing everyone get called back before her... im so disappointed and upset. Was customer for several years, but will NOT be going there again. Had scheduled appt, and manicurist was 25 min. late. Poor pedicure, sloppy paint job, forgot my massage (plan I paid for) was on personal calls 3 x during appt,, overcharged by $5. Used to be a good shop, but services have seriously declined. Do not go to this salon unless you want your gel peeling within a few days and rude service. There are several wonderful people who work there I've had my nails done by but there are a few bad ones and heaven forbid you get one of the bad ones good luck. First off they were out of the color I picked out which was fine. No biggie but when she started on my nails I instantly realized she was not hardly getting the sides I'm assuming due to her not wanting to clean them up with her freshly new set of nails and getting my color on them. I kindly asked her to please get the sides and if she didn't want to mess her nails up to use a brush to clean up any excess that might touch my skin. She refused and said I will put it on the sides but if it gets on your skin it's not my fault and they need to go under the light after making that little bit hard after it dried and leaving me to have to try to pick off. I said once again politely you should have used a brush before having me put them under the light. She then took two of my nails which had completely uneven coloring on and tried filing down the sides literally leaving almost like a paper cut feeling minor cut on the side. Barely any of the polish got on my skin but the fact she refused to clean them up in any way was beyond me. Then to top this whole experience off the clear coat that goes on top, she was so inconsistent with and got all over my skin making my gel mani only last but a few days because they began to peel. I would save your time and money. There are plenty of other nail places out there who have all great staffing without the few rude people this location employs. read more
