A must go for me when I'm in the Charlottesville area. I love the space here and how many seating areas there are, indoor and outside. This place is fun for a day visit or at night! They typically have live music at night or sometimes a DJ. They have a variety of food trunks typically as well as in house food. We enjoyed oysters from a pop up stand this past time. The staff and friendly and the crowd is variety between locals, students, and families during the day. Definitely come here if you're in the area! Good brews and vibes.

As part of a 4-day 40th wedding anniversary celebration, we all (3 generations) came here for a light dinner & beer/cider. This place has everything we needed: a fenced-in playground for the kids (good for our 6 grandkids aged 7 & under!) , a good-enough, bar-food-style menu for all, lots of space for kids to roam relatively safely (watch your kids near the driveway that slices through the outdoor space), a good menu of ales (although my favorite heffeweiser was not available) & ciders, live music (too loud for us to eat indoors, but more than enough picnic tables for our crew outdoors), & big tub of candy sitting on the bar. One of our meals arrived undercooked (chicken tenders were raw inside) & they did the right thing by crediting us for that item. Come for the family fun, stay for the beer & music.

Pro Re Nata is an amazing brewery / music hall in Crozet, Va. They have something for everyone kids, adults, young, old, and even our furry family members. The staff were amazing. I attended a private event there and it was an amazing experience. Their spaces are unique and inviting. Definitely recommend checking out Pro Re Nata. Their food is above the typical brewery fare, and really really good!

Pro Re Nata is a gem!! Great beers/ciders! Live music! Pin ball machines! Outside seating! Boneless chicken wings & pizza! Great staff/service!

Great place to stop for a drink! I built my own flight and loved the choice to sample so many beers, ciders, and seltzers. I probably won't try the blue raspberry again, but how fun to have the option! I also like the atmosphere here, a great view of the mountains and lots of outdoor games and picnic tables. The staff are really great, even coming around the bar to play with my very-welcomed dog and bring him his own water dish. The food is operated by Dinos (same as the pizza at the Dairy Market in C'vile, for my locals), and has a good selection of options. I've also seen food trucks around in the past. I'd like to come back for live music, and maybe to try some more of their choices.

My wife and I went to the recently opened Pro Re Nata + in Staunton VA for dinner. There was a food truck on site so we wanted to try the offerings to go with my Hazy Skyline IPA and my wife's Don Juan cocktail. I ordered the pulled pork with apple slaw, pickle and moonshine bbq sauce. My wife ordered the smash burger with American cheese, tomato and aioli sauce. She said the burger was ok, but not something she would order again. My pulled pork came out a few minutes after the rest of the meal and the bottom bun was completely soggy! The drinks were spot on and we decided when we go back we are going to try one of the Pro Re Nata pizzas. You wouldn't know that they have only been open a week based on the level of service by the staff! We will be back soon to try their fall seasonal beers!

Beer is pretty good. Not the best I've had in the area. Staff is friendly. The pizza made by Dino is good but the crust doesn't look like it does on their website. It's average pizza, definitely not artisanal like I expected. I like the place because we could bring our dog. Place is clean and carries a lot of energy.

Have come here many times to watch friends perform and just enjoy nice weather. The live music inside can be VERY loud to the point you can't have conversation, so if you're hoping to chat while listening to music, maybe sit outside because the music will still carry out there. The food trucks are great, especially the pizza one- some of the best Detroit pizza in Charlottesville. A mix of UVA students and adults and is dog-friendly.

Unique brewery with lots of space. Indoor, outdoor, upstairs outside. Very cool set up . They have a stage for concerts ! Our party enjoyed several beers and lunch here . They have rotating food trucks. We got large pepperoni pizza and pretzel . Pizza was so good ! Good selection of beers and all fresh & flavorful. Staff were friendly and helpful .

Started with a frose, a sparkling Costo vino and the red and reserve flights. We enjoyed them all and they paired very well with the crispy shrimp wonton and the truffle fries. The basil pesto and burrata was just ok compared to the heirloom tomato BLT and grass fed sliders which were both delicious. BLT needed a little more bacon but we were trying to share between 3 people so maybe that was the problem lol. Service was friendly and prompt. Bit of a walk from parking lot which can be a challenge since spaces are close together. We were just grateful the rain stopped before our walk over to the restaurant which is all gravel so not great for heels. Frose is a bit over priced compared to everything else but we really enjoyed our visit to this peaceful and culinary oasis.

From the moment we arrived, the hostess and waitstaff were attentive, welcoming, and full of recommendations. I went with a wine flight (because variety is a must!), and every pour was a hit. As for the food? We indulged in pasta, sliders, short-rib grilled cheese, truffle fries, and a charcuterie board everything was absolutely mouthwatering. We ate, we sipped, and we were very merry! I'm already counting down to a summer return so I can soak in those breathtaking mountain views from the patio.
