I went to get my sandals back (work not finished) and refund. If you have shoes there I would get back and take your business somewhere else. Current views of my Review should prove customer beware.

    clean leather and bottom replaced.

After reading reviews I decided to take the drive to their location. My boots looked terrible but they are super comfy so I wanted them repaired. I paid to have both cleaned and new soles put in. They came out like new. The girl that helped me was knowledgeable and helpful in what the boots needed. The price for the work is reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked them up. Friendly service. The store is clean and stocked with leather products. Loved the music that they play! Thank you for great service and I highly recommend this place. Good quality work not cheap .

I was looking for places that resole boots and found this one to be closer to me with good reviews. Customer service was fast and efficient. Two week turnaround wasn't too bad. When I got them back they were cleaned and resoled with vibram soles. It's been about a month and they've held up great. Definitely recommend this place if you need boots resoled.

I brought in white designer sneakers for cleaning, but they came back with yellowing, stains, and damaged-looking sole edges. The shoes looked cleaner before I dropped them off. Extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this place if you care about your shoes.

Shoes resoled and reconditioned great value

Came in to have my belt repaired. The cost was half of what I expected and they did it while I waited. Really a pleasant experience.

I don't usually write reviews however I felt like after reading some reviews i'm not the only…read moreperson who feels this way. I called to ask for a rough estimate for a very simple repair on my vintage Australian UGG boots. The sole was completely intact and had simply separated, so I was only looking for a basic re-glue, not a resole. I understood that they might need to see the shoes in person for an exact price, but I was hoping for an estimate. Instead, the conversation became unnecessarily uncomfortable. I was repeatedly interrupted while explaining what I needed, and the tone of the conversation felt very condescending. At one point, when I explained that I wanted the boots repaired as soon as possible, he commented that it was summer and then brought up having Chanel boots in the store, which felt completely irrelevant to what I was asking and just bizarre?? Almost like he was trying to show off his customers shoes. I was eventually quoted $25 for the re-glue which was also insane but after the way I was treated on the phone, I decided not to bring my shoes in. I understand that a business may need to see an item before giving an exact quote, but there was no reason for a simple pricing inquiry to turn into such an uncomfortable interaction. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I won't be returning.

Champ Shoe Repair replaced the worn/missing heel tip, glued down some material that had started peeling, and also treated the material because the black dye would transfer onto my skin whenever I wore them. I would literally come home with black marks going up my feet and legs from the straps! The gentleman did good work, and everyone I interacted with was very friendly. I believe this may be a family-owned business, which I always like supporting. There was, however, a bit of a language barrier, and I misunderstood exactly what was included in the price. I thought more of the bottom sole was going to be replaced. When I initially picked them up, I spoke with who I believe was his son, but he wasn't sure exactly what work had been included on my ticket, so I left the shoes there again. When I returned later and spoke with the original gentleman, we were able to clear up the misunderstanding. For me personally, the repair was also a little pricier than I expected--probably more than I originally paid for the shoes! But I really like these heels and wanted to save them, so I went ahead with it. Overall, they did a good job and were very kind. I haven't worn the heels yet to see how well the dye treatment worked, so I'll have to update my review once I do. I wouldn't discourage anyone from coming here at all; for my own budget, I would probably shop around for a less expensive option next time.
