They were also surprisingly thorough in also cleaning outdoor spaces, appliance interiors, doors, light fixtures, and other nooks and crannies that it never would have occurred to me to request they cover. The one who cleaned the kitchen did not do a good job. The inside of the fridge (which was requested) was not done at all. The counter were wiped down but were not clean at all. The cleaner did do a decent job on the stove though. They also arrived early, which most of the time would not be an issue. However, I wasn't able to sequester my cats before they arrived, and they freaked my cats out. The heavy chemical smell did not help them. Unfortunately, I don't think I will hire their services for a deep clean of my kitchen again. I may decide to give them another chance when I need a deep clean of the bathrooms.

The team of two were in and out in 1 hour, 45 minutes and able to clean my one bedroom apartment thoroughly (including fridge, cabinets, and oven). They were extremely thorough, even getting to places previous cleaners did not like under the bed. They nicely packed items thrown around in bags for me to sort through which I really appreciate. When finished with each area they asked if I wanted to check the area first for anything missed, another thing I appreciated. They offered to take out trash bags at the end but I told them they did enough and sent them on their way :) They are definitely worth booking and are extremely thorough! Up until now, most of my experiences had been positive, which makes this situation even more disappointing. I had a cleaning scheduled for 7:00 AM today, and the company provides a one-hour arrival window. While they've been inconsistent with arrival times in the past--sometimes arriving before the scheduled time and other times 20-30 minutes after the arrival window--due to the inconsistency in arrival times I usually prepare an hour in advance and wait up until 30 minutes past the hour block. I had never experienced a complete no-show until today. By 8:00 AM, nobody had arrived and I had received no communication. I called three different customer service numbers listed on their website, Yelp, and Google, and could not get anyone to answer. I left multiple voicemails, one at 8:00am, another around 8:30am, and then around 9:00am. It wasn't until around 9:00 AM that I was finally able to reach someone after calling one of the numbers like 2-3 times in a row to which I was advised I would get a call back after they tried to reach out to the cleaning team. Even then, I didn't get a call back but I called again and customer service told me they were unable to get ahold of the cleaning crew and could not provide any update on where they were or whether they would be arriving. I canceled my cleaning because at this point I had blocked out my schedule from 6:30am-9:00am in hopes someone would show up. To make matters worse, there was already a hold on my card despite the fact that no cleaners ever showed up. The customer service representative said he would speak with finance about getting it reversed. After waiting for hours with no communication, I canceled the appointment and decided I will not be booking with this company again. Reliability and communication are extremely important, especially when customers plan their day around a scheduled service. It's unfortunate because I had been a repeat customer for about two years, but this experience and the lack of customer service have completely changed my opinion of the company. I cannot recommend them based on my experience today.

I wasn't going to write a review but the more I think about it, I don't think it was a job well…read moredone. I was thankful that Lilian was able to provide service on Sunday, which is when they're usually closed. But I ended up having to reclean 75% of what was done so it feels like it wasn't worth the money or time waiting around. The floor was still dirty so it wasn't cleaned well. After the cleaners left, I busted out some new slippers and the bottom of them turned dirty. When I decided to steam mop afterwards, I had to change out the pads a few times as it turned dark from not being cleaned. I also noticed the large sliding glass doors leading to the backyard had streaks. There was a window that got missed above the sink and so it was cleaned haphazardly at the end. When they left I noticed there was streaks on the window. I had asked for a door to be wiped cause it was visibly dirty and one of the cleaners proceed to wipe it. Then she asked me if it was okay. I said okay bc I had given up at that point as I saw she just moved the dirt around and didn't clean it at all :').
