I need to give huge praise to both N&S Towing in Beltsville and operator Will for being there for me when I was involved in a highway car wreck on I-95 in January. While I was alone on the freezing night sitting on the guardrails while the fire trucks were blocking off the highway, Will came up to me and was an incredible presence and kindness that I've only experienced in my home town in New England. A bunch of thieving and conniving people running this company.. all they do is attempt to get the most money out of you as they can, and to put the cherry on top they took my car key thinking I would not come back to retrieve my car and blamed the police that they mistakenly took it... and I don't want to get started with the addition hidden fees they put.. There should be an option for no stars. They towed my car from an accident, requested by police officer, and charged an excessive $700 worth of erroneous charges on a Friday night, called to get amount to try to pick up my vehicle, guy with attitude tells me they closed at 12p and its 76.00 per day, so come Monday I will have additional unnecessary charges. Are we seeing a theme here with this company, no one will probably use them under normal circumstances, so they have to get police referrals and take advantage of people. read more

On the way back from the Eastern Shore my Q5 broke down on the Beltway. I was able to navigate across 6 lanes of traffic and make it to an exit. And then N&S to the rescue. Will arrived promptly and carefully loaded my car on his flat bed. Will knew the best and fastest route to get my Q5 back to Silver Spring Audi and was extremely courteous all the way. Once we arrived, Will carefully unloaded my care and took the time to position it, ready for Audi Service. All in all, Will turned a difficult situation into a pleasant experience. Over charging people and they are saying they charge when they are not open as well I called in on Saturday but they closed early at 12noon. That isn't my problem if you guys close at 12noon and I shouldn't be charge paying $438 for 3days...... was $538 but the lady said that she took a day off like come on now you guys are seriously over charging all the customers. read more

My truck was towed by this place because of the Rockville city police dept and everything was super easy, and a seamless process but rather pricey! For a 24 hour hold in their lot it was $374! The price jumps to $438 after 24 hours! So just a heads up. I gave them 4 stars because the gal I dealt with was very nice and super fast but I couldn't do 5 stars because the price for an already crappy situation was so high! The police told me it would be around $250 so I was really shocked when she told me $374 but I had to get there within 45 min or it would go up. I made it with 2 min to spare thankfully and had my truck back in under 5 min with everything still in the bed (my fiancé's work equipment). This was probably the best towing experience I've had aside from the cost! read more

What a nasty attitude!!! if I had the option to give 0 stars I would do it! they wanted to rip me off and charge me $55/day which I paid $370 for. Keep in mind I am a student and have no money and no one to help me out. so after I paid the $370 the lady gave me 2 days to pick up the car and bring in the title. so I had a company that was offering me $300 for the car to junk it and so I can at least get some of the money I lost back. Now she wants to charge me another $110 for the car because I'm not giving it to them to sell for parts. I would NEVER!!!!! recommend such a place. what type of customer service is this. no wonder they will go out of business. read more

My 18 year old daughter was in an accident and N&S towed our car. The driver was highly professional and courteous. He took the time to talk to my fragile daughter, giving words of comfort. He told her that even he, a big guy, cried but felt better after his first accident as a kid so she will be too. He also told her what to do so the chemical from the air bag deployment is wouldn't sting later. Amazing! read more

I had the BEST experience with N&S Towing today. The owners treated me with care and compassion during this traumatic car accident. They were patient with me as I went back and forth with my rental car company and did everything that they could to help me get my belongings from my severely damaged car. The owners were friendly and easy to talk to and were extremely PROFESSIONAL. I don't ever want to be in another situation where I need my car towed lol but N&S Towing will be the first number I dial moving forward if needed. They towed my totaled vehicle away from an accident. It might have been a shaky first conversation we had, maybe because I was so emotional, but they were pretty easy to work with. The lady (and I'm sorry I can't remember her name) made an exception to let me get my stuff out when they were closing, and actually reached out to me when it was time to get the car moved to the scrap yard. Towing companies get bad rapport because of the nature of their business, but they deserve a pat on the back when they do a good job like everyone else! read more

N & S charged me $186 for a tow a mile away to a place that could service my car. I later found out that their price is twice that of other local towing companies. A police officer referred me to these guys which makes me feel double cheated. Why don't they refer people to a moderately priced company? Anyways, when I got to the servicing area the mechanic was out of town and I asked if I could be towed up the street since they were still there and the police told me to go here. they said it would cost me another $186 to be towed less than a mile down the street while on the same job! These guys will gouge you without thinking twice. Find a trustworthy towing company. N & S is not for you. read more
