After cleaning the area thoroughly with baking soda, I saw that it had corroded part of the tire well. Nikki hooked me up with an appointment the same day. Kenny explained that he could sand it, put some rust proofing, and spray it with primer to make sure it doesn't keep spreading. They knocked it out in less than 24 hours and made it look brand new! I was impressed with the quick turnaround, the quality of the work, and super reasonable price. Having to go to a body shop always sucks because it means something went wrong with your ride, but these guys honestly made it painless from the drop-off to the after-hours pickup. The fact that I didn't have this hanging over my head any more within a day was the best feeling. Next time you need a body shop, look no further!

Back in November of 2021 my 2020 Toyota Camry was involved in a hit & run. Being very limited with time due to work and school I took my car here due to their Overly-hyped ads on Social media. Big mistake. I left my car there in the beginning of December and got it back before Christmas. I thought it was a little short of time due to the fact that the car was only there for about a week. After picking up my car when it was supposedly "finished" that very same night on my drive home, the car was smoking from the tail pipe. A little detail about that, the exhaust had to be replaced and whoever installed it "forgot" to check the exhaust of any paper or plastic. Well that burned up, The very next day I checked out the work and it was absolute horrendous. The back panel was supposed to be replaced, and instead it was just straightened out with a hammer and sent on its way. The rear bumper had to have been painted by a 3 year old, the paint on the ground effect looked like they over sprayed it and dripped, the paint on the damaged rocker panel was terrible, and to add salt to the wound the passenger side rocker panel was damaged as well and it wasn't like that when I took the vehicle. I get ahold of Bill, and I asked him what the issue, why was my car done in such a very short time and why did the work look like it was done by some high school drop out. According to him and I quote. "We couldn't find parts and it was the holiday season, so "figured" you wanted your car back as soon as possible." Which infuriated me more due to the fact that ZERO effort to communicate with me was made. I was not aware that parts were on back order. It wasn't until that I took the car back that he mentioned that. They went ahead and "finished" the job. I took my car back to them and they replaced the back panel, but didn't align the quarter panel which was ALSO in the insurance estimate so now there's a Distortion in the metal on the right rear quarter panel. My father who did body work for over 45 years was very disappointed, I myself did body work as well and we couldn't believe the trash job they did. To add even more salt to the wound. Some TRD parts under the vehicle are no longer there. Unfortunately this business has been reported to the BBB. This was unacceptable. I really didn't want to leave such a negative review but I hope this helps anyone to avoid this shop at all costs. Oh yeah I found extra parts in the trunk and I found a slab of wood under the car. Mind you I wouldn't have made this review if their job quality was as good as they portray on social media. Communication is terrible Service is terrible Initially I wanted a refund I paid 2k But gave them the benefit of the doubt. Backfired twice. Save your time go elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Charged me $850 for an autozone clutch, took 7 weeks to do a 2 day clutch job. Broke a sensor which…read moregave me 2 check engine lights and made my car die, then charged me $150 extra to fix it. Left my exhaust hanging. Let my car run out of gas which clogged my fuel filter, left my wheels loose. Car failed a week after I got it back and they didn't want to look at it. Kept raising prices on me from initial quote to two labor price raises and didn't ever give me an itemized invoice to sign before they started the work. The shop used to be my go to and I've been going there for years, my family has been going there for decades, but it's just not what it used to be anymore. Total I got charged $2000 for a clutch that other shops charged $1300 for. It was very unfortunate, I hope others make better choices when picking a shop to visit.
