I cannot recommend this shop enough. My family has brought four different cars here over the years (a Honda Accord, Toyota Sienna, and Nissan Leaf), and (most recent) Tesla. Caliber Collision never cease to amaze us. Most recently, I went in for a minor fender bender with my Tesla I'd initially missed. I was exhausted and ready to pay out of pocket just to fix my mistake. Instead of taking my money, the manager, Mike, personally buffed out the scratches and used a heat gun/touch-up paint to restore the plastic. It looks brand new, and he did it out of the goodness and kindness of his heart. They also saved my kid $1,000 during COVID by sourcing quality used parts for his Leaf when new ones were overpriced and scarce. My husband is incredibly picky about paint blending, and they always go the extra mile to redo work until it's perfect. This is what good customer service is all about! This isn't just a repair shop; they truly care about their customers and their craftsmanship. If you want honest work and a perfect finish, come here. Unfortunately, I didn't have a "before" photo. I wished I took it. This is the " after" photo. The scratch marks are gone. The plastic scrape paint got touchup. Just wants to make it clear. This location doesn't repair anything on Tesla at all. They tried very hard to discourage me to go there, but my family had many good experiences there. I insisted. At the end, it was a wise decision. My damages was so minor that it doesn't need to go to special Tesla approved body shop. read more

After my accident, my car also randomly decided to stop working (unrelated to the accident apparently :( ...), and they fortunately had a mechanic on site so I didn't have to get it towed. I'm not sure how common it is for a mechanic to be on site, but I'm happy they were there. I was involved in a car accident a few months back and was finally able to get my car repaired. This is one of the approved repair shops by wawanesa insurance so I brought my car in to drop it off. I was kept informed throughout the process and my vehicle was ready a few days earlier than initially anticipated. My only concern is that the clear protective coat put over the rear bumper developed a few small bubbles. I brought my car back and was told it had to do with the cold weather and something about the material contracting and expanding with cold and heat. I don't know that I'm convinced about that being the reason for the small bubbles. read more

Caliber Collision was in my network for my insurance company. I checked out the one in Duarte because they had good reviews on Yelp. The downside to this location is that it does not open on weekends. I had called them ahead of time to make an appointment for a price estimate. They gave me a price estimate and they sent it in to my insurance company. I made another appointment to drop it off. They couldn't tell me how long they will have my car for because they needed to check underneath for any damage. I dropped off my car on a Monday morning. Front office staff was nice and went over what I needed to sign. They told me the person who will be contacting me is Israel. It was Tuesday afternoon and he still had not gotten back to me so I called him. He apologized that he couldn't call me back earlier and told me what needed to be done. Said it depended on when the parts will arrive and he could get it back to me by the latest Monday of next week. Glad that he called me on Friday saying that my car was ready. Israel was very patient as he went through the paperwork, told me what was fixed, and that I have a lifetime warranty with only the parts that were repaired from the accident (headlight cover and the surrounding areas of my tires). They have restrooms you can use, a seating area for customers, and a large parking lot. I docked off a star because of the inconvenience of their hours. Most of us work during the weekdays so having one day of the weekend open would be nice. I've been to several other Caliber Collisions and this one by far has to be the best one. I cannot even get a call back from anyone who will give me a reasonable explanation as to what is taking so long. They say a part is on back order, yet I can purchase it off the internet. My bumper is still not done as well as the side skirt or rear hatch. They when they keep sending me emails asking me to give them a review and I'm honest about everything, Mike has the nerve to swear at me like it's my fault and then hang up. Very disappointing results on front bumper damage repair. Insurance work. Terrible color match. White Miss alignment on bumper Missing push on rivets. Asked to replace opposite side light lens so it wouldn't look ridiculous. Told them I would pay the difference. Was not done Asked for my $100 high intensity headlamp back. Nothing but the cheap oem light. They replaced washer reservoir. Not sure why. When installing they crossed the wires. Now when I use front washer the rear comes out and rear the front comes out. Found this out after I completely took the bumper apart to redo this shody work. Now I have to remove a second time to get to the wires. Then they call me back 6 months later and asked for 180 that my insurance gave me and said I owed them. I paid them immediately and told them they will get the proper review they deserve read more
