Miss Sandy the CEO called and apologized to me for the unsatisfactory workmanship of the two men that was sent to my home to replace the fallen insulation and or missing sections of our crawl space. I thanked her for taking time out of her busy schedule to respond. She appeared very concerned the job was not done right the first time. and vowed to make amends. She sent the two men's Supervisor Mr. Keenan out to perform a quality check of the work that had been sent to do. When he exited the crawl space,we sat to discus what he observed. He explained the condition the condition it was left it in, and it highly upset him, for they had not done the job satisfactory and he qualified that was not a not a representation of her business practice. She takes pride in her company and likes to have satisfied customers. Mr. Keenan took pictures to show Miss Sandy and guaranteed he would make it right to my satisfaction. We had paid a nice price for a nice job which fell short in every way. Today September 6, two men, Jasen and Alex showed up on time between 8::00 and 9:00 as scheduled, with the proper materials to complete what should have been done by the previous men. He rang my doorbell and introduced himself and stated they were here to restore what was necessary to keep our home cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter and without further a-due went right to work. Now I we are late Senior Citizens, so I could not join them two see what they did, so Jasen provided me with before and after pictures to show a nice view as well as explained what he and his counter partner had done. From those photos, it appeared they had met my satisfaction for a job well done. Before Jasen and Alex left, they cleaned up the area and carried away all the old sagging and deteriorated insulation. In addition Mr. Keene had returned a check Miss Sandy gave him to reimbursed me for the HVAC service done. I had to pay to call a service man to service my AC unit, which he found in excellent working order. I did not expect this, but that showed me she took pride in her company and wanted to make amends. You can read the condition the other two men left the crawl space in in my previous review. I take back my previous unsatisfactory rating of this company and wish to change the overall to five stars. Miss Sandy was very polite with me and it shows she take pride in her company , by the action she took. I also have this company doing my pest control. I also stated the you lady had put poison control boxes in with my food storage cabinets. Miss Sandy explains they were not poison, but contained a sticky substance to capture the insects for coming out again and will be change out quarterly and spray.ed This put my Wife and me at ease. I will be renewing my Pest Control Contract with this company at years end. Therefore, I now recommend this company to all. If you happen to be unsatisfied with calling them, rest assured the owner, Miss Sandy will make it right when brought to her attention. If you need pest control, call Pest Out. He just finished spraying and I called the customer service. After explaining everything, the lady tried to set me up to spray my honeybees. I told her that I would not like to kill my honeybees and if they are poisoned by their service, I'll sue them because it is a crime. The lady told me to stay on the line, and somebody will pick up the phone. After that I listened to some loops of some baroque music over 60 minutes. Nobody picked up the phone, and I did not have time to keep listening to that music. Totally unprofessional and not ethical at all company. They did spray. I took a photo of their green pickup. I found out the company name by looking at my Ring camera & zooming in on his hat as he rode up my driveway on his little Segway. 4 hours later here he is now in a silver suv w/3 of his coworkers or friends & they are stopped in front of my house w/their cell phones pulled out, most likely taking pictures of my property to talk badly about me on social media or tik tok which I will be looking for for legal purposes. They sat there for nearly a minute & then drove off when my husband & I got up & looked out of the front window. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE & now I do not feel safe.

When I signed the agreement, I was under the assumption the month of July was part of the $250 initial treatment to get an infestation under control, now I understand that all I was being provided was two initial treatments. I will continue to use them for the time being as I prefer supporting local and their technicians are high-quality to my knowledge, but am highly disappointed in the fact they refuse to honor the service agreement they provided me. If they make this right, I will adjust this review, but not until then.

Dennis has always been very timely in returning my calls and able to fit me into his schedule very quickly and with short notice. We were having an issue with mice getting in the house and even before making an appointment with Dennis he was very helpful over the phone and provided us with lots of helpful advice for us because I had mentioned trying to combat the issue on our own. Using his advice we were able to locate the area where we felt mice were getting in through the garage and sealed it up. At this point though, the mouse activity was increasing inside the home and we felt like we had thus trapped the mice inside and having never dealt with a mouse issue before, I was incredibly creeped out by it and called Dennis back a few days later to make an appointment. He fit me into his schedule quickly and was able to come out and set up traps that were safe for my child and pets to be around. Within a couple of days we could see an improvement in our situation as we started catching the mice :) Dennis even came back out to the house and provided me with some more traps to replace the ones I had used. They have provided me with wonderful customer service and I plan on recommending them to all of our friends and neighbors!
