We saw a cockroach and I freaked! Normal reaction. We called ProCraft to have them come out and check for a problem. Over the phone he asked a bunch of questions and discovered that it was a type of roach that comes through the sewer, will not infest the house, and cannot be prevented. I went with Procraft over 5 years ago after I witnessed my old pest control company say they went to my house and serviced it, but I proved them liars with video surveillance. I thankfully found Procraft. Mike and Darren are genuine people, service is great and the price is spot on. ANT CONTROL: Every once in a while, especially around Summer and pool parties, I will notice ants near the rim of my pool. (in between regular services) All I have to do is call Mike and Darren shows up within 24 hrs, sometimes the same day, to make sure the ants are long gone before guests show up. I plan on being with this family company for a long time. TERMITES: Recently, my daughter bought a house that needed tenting. Was given a quote of $3000 through the escrow co. I called Mike. First he jokingly yelled at me for allowing an unknown company to inspect for termites, and then told me the $3000 was outrageous. (I don't know why I didn't think of calling Mike in the 1st place... stupid me) Darren came out to the house and gave me a written quote. 3 days later, the house was tented, no issues, quick and easy.. oh yeah, it was only $998.... Called Mike late one weekday and he came out within a couple of hours. This served to placate my wife who for some reason objects to the presence of rats in our kitchen. Mike was very helpful and reassuring. Answered any and all questions. Placed traps that were effective in removing our "visitor," and went around the house sealing it off from further visitations. He also analyzed our home and pointed out pests that I didn't even know were there (including black widows on the lawn chair my wife reads in). He sprayed for pests and I haven't seen any of the usual bugs that usually hang around. He even removed cobwebs from our eaves. I think the cost of his services were well worth the cost and lower than the average. I have asked Mike to service our house on a regular basis (I want to stay married after 36 years), and can recommend him wholeheartedly. After reviewing all their offers, I picked ProCraft because I felt Mike, the owner, would be the most suitable to all the needs and services I'm looking for. Here are some of the pluses. The service provided was for subterranean termites, carpet beetles, and regular pest control/prevention. - came the same day I called for an inspection - big impression made on attentiveness, thoroughness, and professionalism during inspections. - able to negotiate terms of service - respond to emails and calls within reasonable time - comes within a specific window of time he provided and calls you about 30 minutes before he's coming - as owner, checked all his employees' work after they complete the job, which is very important - thorough knowledge and answering of all the bug questions - has that footie to his shoes to not dirty my carpet, just a bonus The job was completed yesterday. Procraft is AWESOME like the 5-star rating says. Mike (who I think is the owner) really is as good as it gets. A month ago, I discovered termites in a closet when I ripped off the molding (was reflooring). I called 3 pest control companies. The first guy came out and told me I had to get my house tented and do drilling to kill the termites underground. He came to this conclusion without even doing an inspection! Procraft (Mike) came out next. First off, he had great manners offering to use a bootie before coming into the house. He looked in the closet and told me they were subterranean termites and he needed to do some drilling. He did a very thorough inspection and found more signs of subterranean termites in my garage that I never noticed. He cut open a mud tube and showed me the live termites walking around inside. He said that I didn't need to tent the house since these live underground (thank goodness!) and gave me a great price on the drilling (much cheaper than the first company). The wonderful thing about Mike is that he explains everything in detail. I told him that I saw a bunch of termites flying around right outside my garage and he asked what color they were and said "Yup, subterranean." I could have wasted a lot of money tenting the house had I gone with the first company.... not to mention all the trouble of moving out for a few days! So a few days after we get the estimate, Mike and another worker show up, do their drilling job. A few days later, I cut open the mud tubes and there wasn't a single termite anywhere to be found. I immediately signed up for his quarterly pest control service as well before he left. So it's been a month, and today I noticed a wasp flying in and out of my garage. Worried, I called Mike. He told me he was in the area and came over within an hour. He found the nest before I even pointed it out to him, said "that's a mud dauber nest," explained they were rarely aggressive and are helpful in that they eat the nearby spiders. Mike took care of the nest, no charge. True customer service at its best. I cannot recommend Procraft (Mike) enough. If you've got a pest problem, give him a call! read more

I called Darren and explained the problem we had with out "ant invasion" and he was out the same day and within a few hours. As soon as the weather warmed up the ants started coming out! We tried bait traps and would spray every trail we found but they kept showing up. I called ProCraft and was given an appointment window of 4-6pm. Patrick was our technician and he provided great service. He called 30 mins before 4pm to let us know he was on the way and was right on time. Payment was quick and easy. Mike truly understands what customer service is and prides himself on running a friendly, service-oriented business. Whenever I am around during a service, I follow Mike around the property. If its not the pests, we chat about everyday life; family, school, and the local community. As a 34 year old with a wife and 3 kids, I like to know who is visiting my home.
