The nail tech cut 6 out of my 10 fingers, the lengths were uneven and had to ask several times to file down. The first nail popped off 4 days after getting them done..the second popped off two days later and that's when I decided to take them all off.. definitely not worth the $35 I spent to have them done. Not to mention I said No gel but he went ahead and did it anyways. This used to be the only nail salon I'd go to, and I recommended it to everyone but it's gone way down hill in the past year or so. read more

My first time here was 2 weeks ago. After my regular place botched my nails I looked through Yelp for some suggestions. This one is a bit out of the way but will now be my GO TO place!! The place was PACKED so I worried it would be a long wait - it was only about 10 minutes (if that). FABULOUS pedicurist!! Even when cutting out my ingrown nail I hardly felt a thing. Another gal began my full set while I was getting my pedi done which was a little odd because I had to twist my body in the spa chair so she could reach both my hands... which also meant I had to turn the massage chair off sooner than I wanted to so my hands wouldn't be bouncing around. Once my pedi was done I was moved to a station so she could finish my nails. The nail job itself is excellent!! Two weeks later and they still feel strong when usually by this time I've already broken one or two... she did a fabulous job with the acrylic. The only bad thing was there were quite a few polish spots left on my fingers. I had to clean them up when I got home. No biggie since everything else was pretty much awesome! Another thing I loved was the sound control. At my previous salon & spa, the women there yammered on and on to eachother... LOUD... and not in English, so of course many customers feel like they're being talking about. Not relaxing at all. Here, they were soft spoken, even when they were only talking to each other. The TVs were low, it was great!! Also, they're not pushy trying to get you to purchase ad-ons. They ask what you want and do it, they're not trying to guilt you into spending more, love that! Waited an hour and a half for them to only have time to do my daughters nails. Charged me $26 to paint her nails and toes (I saw ticket). At register it says they add a dollar for credit card charge. So should have been $27. Final charge was $28. It's only a dollar, but be careful they will over-charge you. Never coming back here, sad. What a waste of an afternoon. read more

I have been to several dozen different nail salons, and although this one is not the most aesthetically pleasing, they do great work! This place is clean which is very important and what I love the most is that they use new bags to cover the spa with. This is great because instead of placing your feet in the tub everyone places their feet in, they put a clear bag and throw it away after every use. DON'T GO HERE!!!! I came here on Tuesday May, 28th 2019 with my two daughters. I was a walk in and asked the receptionist if she had anyone available for two gel polish only for my daughters for they're hands and feet. I clearly told the receptionist i did not want polish i wanted GEL. The receptionist said ok and had me pick the colors from a gel booklet. I pick the colors and she goes up to the workers and tells them we wanted gel color for both my daughters. I heard her myself tell them. The workers say yes yes ok and went ahead and put regular sloppy polish on my daughters nails. It wasn't only not what I asked for but it was a horrible job. When I told the receptionist she apologized and said they will fix it but the workers were PISSED OFF yelling at me saying i didn't tell them. They were so rude in front of my children and other clients. They wanted me to pay for the work they had done and I said its not what I asked for and they said ok but were taking polish of I said ok that is fine. They came up to my children and yanked on they're fingers and squeezed my daughters fingers causing her pain and discomfort while removing polish. Both my daughters left crying cus they were scared. The receptionist apologized and I asked her what was the owners name and she didn't know or was scared to tell me. The receptionist was kind and I appreciate that but the nail technicians all were rude and talking about me and my children giving us dirty looks. I never ever will come here I regret not calling the Police for hurting my daughters hand while removing polish. I asked for names but they ignored me. I went across the street to AMERICAN NAILS and they treated my daughters and I so good and with respect. read more

It was my first time coming here since I usually go to my usual place in corona (which is way better and charges less) and they got me in pretty fast, hence the 2 star review instead of 1 star. I got Linda who was constantly on her phone, extremely rough, and did an overall bad job. She also took that nail machine straight to my nail bed which is horrible. I hate doing bad reviews but i must do it so that it doesn't happen to others!! PROFESIONAIL IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! We (family) have been going here for many years but just 2 weeks ago i came to find out that it was under new management!!! I gave them a chance since i saw about 2 familiar faces. I got the usual pedicure and gel manicure. My pedicure was OK just not great like it used to be when Cindy was there!! And it was more expensive, prices went up!! The pedicure wasn't the problem my manicure was!! I wanted to just get gel color no manicure but the person who did my nails started saying that i needed a manicure it was a must and that it would help the gel last longer so i went with their suggestion and paid more for the full manicure!! I wanted 3 different gel colors instead of just 2 and the manager butt in and said that they would do it at no charge this time but if i wanted 3 colors next time they would charge me an additional 4 dollars because of the process!! This was a Thursday that i got them done, by Saturday the Gel had already came off on most of my nails!!! Chunks big pieces were coming off all together!! Due to my busy schedule i wasn't able to make it back in until Wed but by then i only had one nail left with a lil bit of gel!! I called before arriving and when i get their I show the receptionist who has been there since before, she recognized me as soon as i walked in and said they would take care of me and do them again. So they did, they put gel on my nails at no charge just the tip of course! As they were doing them i noticed that the lady that was doing them was not being careful she couldn't even keep track of what hand had been put into the dryer!! I had to tell her which hand was next otherwise i she would have put the hand that had been drying twice!! It was a mess but i went with the flow! Finally she was done with my nails and i went home!! But again by Friday all the gel was coming off i called again and spoke with the receptionist and told her so she made an appointment for me to come back on Monday when she would be there and she offered to give me a full set this time with 25% discount!! At this time i was already getting upset because it was twice that i had to go back, just felt like it was a waste of time and money to go back for the 3rd time and still get charged for their mistake!! But i went to the appointment and when i arrived i was convinced that i didn't want to get my nails done by them again, i just wanted a refund and go somewhere else!! But the manager or owner Stephanie did not want to give me my money back she talked me into getting a full set, she said she would put a layer of powder over my nails and then gel on top and she would take care of me herself so i said yes i gave them another chance but she charged me with the 25% discount i paid but i wasn't satisfied that i had to pay for their mistake again!! So i left to pick up my son from school and about an hour later that same day the gel that Stephanie the owner had put was coming off my nails weren't shiny any more they looked ashy and you could see the parts where the gel had peeled off on top of the layer of acrylics!! So after picking my son up i went back and showed them! The receptionist said she would let the owner know and she would have him call me!! Stephanie came up and said she would fix them again but i told her NO that i didn't have time for a 4th time and I left!! Later that Night the receptionist called me saying she had tlkd to the boss and they would give me a full refund of what i had spent with them for all the inconvenience and they were really sorry for everything! I went 2 days later and the nice receptionist wasn't there just Stephanie so i asked when she would be back and they told me the next day, but Stephanie said i didn't have to wait for her that she would give me back what i had paid when they did the acrylics only! I then said well i really think i should get my full refund since day one, she became upset that i was asking her for the full refund and kept looking at my nails and with attitude said thats fine and grabbed the money but kept going back and forth wether she would give me half or he full refund after arguing with her she did give me the full refund but she was not happy about it!! THAT WAS MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE NEW MANAGEMENT AND I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE GOING THEIR ANYMORE!! NOR WILL I TAKE MY MOM AND I WILL NOT LET THE REST OF MY FAMILY GO HERE!!! I came here for a pedicure, It's my first and last time I came here I just paid $30 pedicure with tip that I shouldn't of tip because she did a horrible job can't even scrub my heel right! If I could give them NO Star I absolutely would because that's what this Salon deserves. I have been going here religiously for over 9 years and Vivienne has always done an Amazing job. Much to my surprise I heard they were under new management and Vivienne was no longer working there. I have been very reluctant to give them a try but finally decided to and I had an overall HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I made an appointment for 5:30 and had to wait over 45 minutes to even sit in the technicians chair all the while the front reception just kept telling me she'll be finished in 5 minutes. Well clearly she doesn't know how to tell time. Then once I sat down I was already extremely annoyed only to be further disappointed by a hideous gel manicure. They have phased out all the old gel polish and are now using this horrible watered down version of gel Polish. I had to request 3 coats and it is still paper thin. Needless to say it has only been 6 days and my gel is peeling off when normally I could go almost 3 weeks without a chip. Oh and they have also raised their prices for crappy customer service and cheap gel products. I will not be giving this Salon any more of my business nor will I be recommending it to anyone. read more

I have tried to give other places a chance but nobody can do as great of a job as Vivian on pedicures. She knows exactly what I love and every time does the best job. I get ingrown toenails often and she's the only person who ever actually makes me toes feel better and I love the callus remover and she really scrubs your feet! Lynn is great at full sets and one of the male workers there (older gentlemen) forget his name but he takes his time and does a great job. I guess they are average on price I spend about out 50-60 when I go in for a pedi with callus remover and a full set gel nails. Only downfall is they usually are busy so make an appointment ahead of time if possible. read more

They do a great job! I get my nails and toes done every three weeks. The gel manicure looks great the whole time! If I go anywhere else I usually have to get my nails redone after two weeks. I try not to go right after work cause there is usually a 30min wait. read more
