I have tried to give other places a chance but nobody can do as great of a job as Vivian on pedicures. She knows exactly what I love and every time does the best job. I get ingrown toenails often and she's the only person who ever actually makes me toes feel better and I love the callus remover and she really scrubs your feet! Lynn is great at full sets and one of the male workers there (older gentlemen) forget his name but he takes his time and does a great job. I guess they are average on price I spend about out 50-60 when I go in for a pedi with callus remover and a full set gel nails. Only downfall is they usually are busy so make an appointment ahead of time if possible. read more

They do a great job! I get my nails and toes done every three weeks. The gel manicure looks great the whole time! If I go anywhere else I usually have to get my nails redone after two weeks. I try not to go right after work cause there is usually a 30min wait. read more

They are just an average nail salon, I like how they do toes but I hate how they do eyebrows, every time I get my eyebrows done here I get a rash where the wax was on my face. So I prefer other salons but it's not bad. read more

I have been coming here since I moved to GT 11 years ago. Yes they are under new management but my pedicure is still great. I got a gel pedi and paid the same as I did before or close enough. The foot and leg massage is much shorter but other than that I'm happy with service. read more

I regularly use ProfessioNail. I LOVE the results. I learned about nail gel a few months back and won't do anything else now. It's more durable, and they dry immediately. Of course, the pedicures are wonderful and I do them regularly now. How did I ever think I should do those myself? read more

After a whole year and a half I'm not coming to this place I finally decided to give it another shot and see if perhaps it was any different than my last experience there.. I went on a Thursday with my friend... we waited a whole full hour before they called her first.. as I sat there people who had showed up after me began to get called.. im pretty patient when it comes to things like this and an hour and half later, I asked if it was almost my turn... the girl said it was probably going to be another 30-45 min !? Like okayyyyy.. so I told her if I can make an appt for the upcoming Saturday because me and my friend had to leave. So as soon as they finished her we left. Came back on Saturday. My appt was at 1. Arrived like at 12:35.. in hopes to get there early and leave early. I waited 45 minutes, I didn't get called until 1:15 and it was only for my pedicure still had to wait another 40 minutes after my pedicure to get my manicure... I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt but I'm really going to try a new place from now on.. I refuse to wait 3 hours when I have an appt :) read more

These guys are hands-down the best salon in the area. I first came to them 5 years ago because another nail salon messed up my nails and resulted in me getting a fungus on every single nail. Andy cleaned them up, and when the fungus healed, Lee gave me a new set and I've been going to him ever since then. Lynn and KV have also done my nails on multiple occasions when Lee was out, and they have also done a wonderful job. Shirley has given me the best pedicures that I have ever had, and I have been to a lot of salons! I recently moved to Hawaii and have been to 2 salons that don't hold a candle to the wonderful work that these guys at Professional Nails (PN) have done. It's disappointing, and such a great reminder of the gratitude I have for PN. I feel so fortunate to have had a place where I could and feel 100% confident that I would get great service, and hope to find that again in my new location. read more

Been coming to this place for a while. Kim is definitely the best!! I always make appointments ahead of time to avoid the long wait. The last time I was there though the girl at the counter informed me that no one had written my name down the day before when I called to make an appointment and instead of trying to find me someone else to help me since it was their mistake she wanted me to wait for the 4-6 people ahead of me. I've been coming to ProfessioNails for the last 4 years and always went to Vivian and Cindy. This morning when I walked in to get service I was told that they were no longer working there. I thought about walking out with disappointment but they asked me to give them a chance, So out of convenience I did. I must say that I am thrilled that I made the decision to stay. I had a great experience with both of the technicians assisting me. Joseph gave me a pedicure. He took his time and my feet have never felt so clean and refreshed. Lan my manicurist talked me into getting Dip powder on my nails and I absolutely love them! The professionalism and interaction I received was far more than I expected after reading all the negative reviews from a local Facebook page. I will most definitely be back! My suggestion to all the locals is check them out for yourself before considering a new salon because they definitely deserve a chance. read more

I had really high hopes for this salon because two of my best friends go here & their nails are always really nice. However, after coming here today I don't know that I'll be returning anytime soon. I got there at about 1115-1130 and was promptly put at a station for a fill, which is nice because I've read many reviews about how awful the wait is here. I had Tony today. He barely spoke to me the entire time I was in his chair. Granted, we don't need to share our life stories with each other, but I would think he'd ask what shape I like.. is the length ok.. stuff like that. But no, nothing. He was very quick, I have to say but he also rounded out my coffin nails and now the shape is bugging me so much I might go to my normal nail salon to have them fix them for me. He never said thank you, never really asked if I liked them, nothing. I didn't complain because it's just not in my nature to say something to someone I feel isn't open to my comments. I paid the $25 for my fill (I feel like that's high for a fill and gel but whatever), and when I handed the receptionist my $100 bill she kinda gave me attitude and I felt like I was inconveniencing her. Let me start off by saying, My sisters and I been coming here for years, since I was 18yrs old and now I'm 28 and after today, I will no longer be going!! The new manicurists take no pride in their work or customer service. I went once, 2.5 weeks ago and that's when I found out that everyone that worked there previously was GONE!!except for one. So after I was done with my manicure and pedicure that day, I was so disappointed, I cried because I was so mad. They did a very poor job on my manicure and pedicure. Okay, now fast forward to today, I figure I give it one more shot, being their establishment is not far from my house and Ive been going their for YEARS!! Again, another disappointment, nails on my hand and toes looked liked my son did them. Acrylic nails on my hands are not same length, strokes of nail polish is uneven, polish all over my toes, the list goes on. I confronted them and all they can say was sorry. WHAT IS A SORRY GONNA DO FOR ME FOR AFTER I GAVE YOU MY HARD EARNED MONEY?!?!?! No one offered to fix the problem, which would require them to completely redo them or give me my money back. Professionail is hands down my favorite nail shop. I always get the soothe n' smooth pedicure ($23) and they never fail to get the callus skin off my feet. I also love that they use plastic covers on their spa tubs so you don't have to be afraid of contracting nasty germs on your feet. The only thing that I would like to see them do better is to get a wider selection of regular nail polish colors. They have plenty of gel colors but for those of us who stick to regular nail polish on our toes then their selection of colors is limited. read more

Since the owners have changed this place is becoming worst and worst. The owners and nail technicians speak ill of their customers all the time in their native language. They are rude and have no manners. The worst is when they rush through the mani/pedi and when they try to sell you more service and you decline they turn around and cuss you out in their language. I'm really upset with this nail place. me and my mom wanted to get a simple pedicure and they told us it would only be 25 min wait and it ended up being over an hour and 20 min an they even took a few people who got there after us before us. Will be returning soon! No long wait. Even though it was pretty busy, they were still able to get me onto a chair for a spa pedicure fairly quickly. The gentleman that did my service was nice, shaped my nails accordingly, and was still quick. I didn't feel rushed either. The massage was AMAZING!!!!!! I believe one of the many bests about this nail spa are the prices. Very affordable if you are on a budget such as I. I can only hope to have just as good as an experience next time. So I've been coming here for about two months. The first few times were average besides the wait time. I started making appointments to avoid the long wait times. Well today I made an appointment and was taken immediately. Everything was going well. I picked out my color and sat down to have my polished changed. While I'm looking at my colors, the technician walks away and goes to sit at the nail station to take another customer. I politely let him know that I was ready. Then he comes. Ask and proceeds to polish my toenails. I don't like the color because it is way too light. The polish is practically coming out like water because they've diluted it out so much. Another technician comes over to tell me that "my nail beds are too dark for the color I've chosen". So I respond, "I've had this color before plenty other places and never had this issue. Moral of the story, I was embarrassed and I will never come back here again. read more

This place is very clean and affordable for a basic mani. I came here on a Saturday night so it was a little busy but the wait wasn't too bad. Although, the woman doing my nails was rushing very fast, and it was hard to enjoy my mani. Even while I was picking a color when I first arrived, she was rushing me over to the seat so she could begin. Resulting in an impulse color choice which I now regret. I don't get manicures very often so I was looking forward to really relaxing and enjoying it. The tv's in the salon were playing "untold stories of the ER" which was not relaxing at all and actually quite queasy. She did a really good job as far as the execution of the manicure though. I am very pleased with the outcome, I just wished she would have taken more time to allow her clients to enjoy the process. It was a total of about 15 minutes. I've been too ALOT of different nail shops.. from Grand Terrace to Beverly Hills. It's ALWAYS a hit n' miss with each nail shop and then which technician you get assigned too- I wish I remembered my technicians name.. she didn't speak any English.. which made asking for pricing quite interesting.. but she did a pretty good job on my fill. $39 for a pedi and $17 for a BASIC fill and one replacement nail... I've been there twice now and both of the times- they did an amazing job on my pedi. as in the cleaning of my nails.. the massage was super weak.. but i'd rather have clean neat nails.. than a nice massage. I walked in 45 mins before closing on a Sunday and they were busy.. they stop taking clients at 5:30 so get there before that.. I saw them turn several patrons away after 5:30 when they close at 6 pm even though they had a ton of technicians still there... my regular nail shop take people even after their closed and never turn anyone away. these guys are worth my 15 mins ride to them when i cant go to my regular shop. i've searched high and low in the inland empire and these guys are pretty good/clean. i did like the receptionist she was helpful. if a nail shop ever just had good customer service AND good consistent nails they would make a killing! read more

Been coming here for over a year now. I used to love it. Now it is so annoying. I had an appointment this morning and had to wait an hour because someone else was in the chair. I'm not sure if they inform their staff of their appointments, or they think they can make it. I feel as if someone makes an appointment they expect to been seen at that time. A 5 minute delay is okay, but an hour after your appointment is ridiculous. My heart is breaking...they are good as far as the job; however it's the time management that gets me. read more
