Came here after having a bad experience at the shop across the street and I have to say they SAVED THE DAY! Came to get my nails done for a special event and they put us in a chair immediately. The customer service was great; very kind and respectful and the quality of work was phenomenal! All I had to tell him was "medium almond with pink deep French tip" and the results were amazing. They worked quickly and efficiently but the quality of work was amazing. My sister and mother's nails came out equally as perfect as mine so every nail tech was really good! 10/10 experience and service. Thanks!

I've been there three times and every time I've been super pleased. I am going to villains night at Disneyland and so I asked them to work for their money and they did not disappoint. I love them. They are super fair priced. They don't ever answer the phone so don't bother calling, walk in and make an appointment or do it for the next time while you're there. All three times I did a walk-in and the longest I had to wait was 30 minutes. Would super recommend the gentleman there. He did my villain nails and I can't stop gushing over them.

I recently moved to San Bernardino. My mom, and I were looking for a new nail salon. We came here I am so happy we did. I loved the work and the price for two gel pedicures included callus removal was 70. I also got a full set which was 55. Great work and great pricing will be returning.

I love this spot. While they definitely aren't a high end salon, they make your money worth it and do their best. They are super cheap and always work with my designs. I appreciate they tell me they aren't capable of a design instead of doing a crappy job at it just to charge you extra. They'll work out what they can do with you and do a great job at it. I always take them complicated design and they are very patient with me and do such a good job when we find what they can do. I've had a couple nails fall off over time, but that's normal. For the most part I don't experience lifting or chipping.

They have some of the worst dispositions ever!! My daughter-in-love JUST left there about 15 minutes ago!! She asked the lady could she do them a little more narrow and the lady started taking them off saying ," you're too picky you need to go somewhere else" !! The Audacity!! We pay you money for a service and because you want to do a rush half ass job , you put her out?!? If I could give them NEGATIVE stars I would!! Stay away from this place!! The Vietnamese come here and set up shop and get our hard earned dollars and talk crap while doing them and have a stank ass attitude! They need to be boycotted!! read more

I've been going to Hermosa Nails& Spa for years, but my visit here was by far the worst I only came because they were busy. Right when I walked in I was met with a rude tone by the technician. I explained that I wanted coffin-shaped nails, and after removing my old set I asked her not to use the triangular shape she kept offering me. She insisted I try them anyway. When I refused, she abruptly turned off the lamp and told me I could leave because "I'm too picky." I paid the deposit and had my car in the parking lot-- it was confusing and upsetting. This is a busy corner and I got the impression I wasn't treated with respect. The entire encounter made me feel like a burden rather than a valued client. I found this place from a coworker, let me say that this is the best salon I've been to in awhile. It might be a little hard to make appointments because I tried for two days and they didn't pick up (they weren't even open) but I recommend making an appointment even thought they do accept walk-ins. It doesn't take long for them to take you if they aren't busy. The area is kinda sketchy but it's worth it. I got my nails done for 38$ :) (and the main lady does brows rly good too) read more

I've always loved coming to this place but this time I had the ultimate bad experience. I've never have had issues with getting my previous nails done by them off to get a completely new set. But wow the lady I got was ruthless she was clipping my nails so close to my skin then kept getting closer each time causing her to cut my index nail to bleed then she ended up cutting my pinky nail really bad where it was continously bleeding while she was removing the acrylic nail she tore my own nail and cut into my own nail. The worst experience ever I don't know if she was pregnant or not but to me seemed like it and that's the only reason I did not go off on her because otherwise I would of went off. I told her now I'm going to have to heal my nail and she said no we can still do your nails mind you my nail was bleeding. So maybe she needs to be less ruthless on cutting and removing the acrylic nails off one's fingers. I still paid the $10 for removal but NO TIP so frustrating that if you don't like your job then you shouldn't be there. Horrible service if I could give 0 stars I would. Took a pic to show finally got my nail to stop bleeding. read more

If I could I would give this place a negative star!! I went in Thursday after work and I had an appointment and still had to wait 1 hr 1/2! This was my 2nd time going due to my nail salon that I love is closed due to COVID and this will be my LAST time. The guy Justin isn't friendly at all I tried to hold a conversation with him and he said absolutely nothing, I've had 3 nail break in a matter of 3 days at the tip of the nail so it wasn't my fault. Went on Friday morning to have Justin fix one nail and he charged me but the girl before me had the same problem and he didn't charge her! Next problem the 2nd nail broke on Saturday morning in the same place went in and the nail doesn't even look the same as the others it's bumpy and thin (I told him I wasn't paying for this one) and this morning while shopping thumb broke in the same place too and it didn't even hurt! This time I'm not even going to go get it fix I will NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN! I've been getting my nails done for 20plus years and never had this happen,not to mention I've wasted 70$ this time! I didn't take a pic of the 2nd nail I was so pissed! Now I have to go to my granny's funeral with a nail missing! read more

Came here about 1.5-2weeks ago with my sister for some pedicures. My sister ended having/currently has an infection on both of her big toes because the guy who did them cut her cuticles out way too much and possibly used unclean equipment. Left her toes bruised and there is puss, I'll save y'all from a picture though. Never coming back. read more

Came in for a pedi and they sat me down and proceeded to ask me if I was Asian, which I replied with yes and then she asked me which part I'm from which was a confusing question so I asked her to repeat herself and she said "we don't serve Asians." I was shocked to hear this and ask her if she had a reason why and she just said she doesn't feel comfortable while the other worker just laughed in the background. Never coming here again because they are racists as hell and so disrespectful. No wonder they didn't have any customers. read more

I would never go here again the worst pedi ever in life. No massage! She just rubbed oil on my legs. She used hand soap on my feet to clean off the cuticle lotion off my feet. I waited over 30 mins and had an appointment for that and paid $40. Never Again! Don't even want to give them one star but it makes you rate to post. read more

I'll try and keep it simple. 1. The lady doing my nails glued our pinky's together THREE TIMES. And RIPPED THEM APART every single time. Which obviously hurt but I let it go. I then had an insane amount of nail glue covering nearly my entire pinky that we spent half of my appointment soaking and filing off because it was everywhere. And how was I supposed to enjoy my appointment like this ? 2 . When drilling under the nails. She drilled into my skin I'm not sure if she was rushing. Bc we were now taking a long time because I asked her to please remove all the glue she had gotten all over my pinky. Picture provided. You can see it's red and raw. 3. I just went on Tuesday. yesterday WEDNESDAY. My polish has already chipped !!!!!! $200 and my polish has already chipped after a day. Picture also provided. I came here once in February. And had a GREAT experience. That's what made me come back. And now I've spent money and didn't leave 100% satisfied with my service , from start to finish I was trying to overlook the bad experience I was having. I even considered asking for a NEW nail lady but I realized there were not many and I would have been probably stuck waiting for someone else to be available. Not to mention when doing the flowers. When wiping them off to redo them. You can see the white smears of her wiping them. So some of my French tip looks gray ? Something I didn't notice in the salon. Not sure if that's because of the lighting ? Or if I was just trying not to nitpick as I could tell the tech was already over it.

The girl who seemed like she was in charge barely made eye contact, and there was very little interaction with customers other than those she seemed to know personally. When I called to request the appt I was told someone would be able to work on both my feet and hands simultaneously, but the one girl who was available didn't appear interested and so I had to wait until another nail tech was done to receive service, and unfortunately she seemed to be overworked as well. The lady performing my pedicure did not do a thorough job, and my manicure obviously did not have enough time to cure--something I realized once I arrived at my car to find a few of my nails appearing matte rather than with the appropriate coat. After my services were performed, I stood and waited for someone to check me out for at least a few minutes before anyone even looked up, and could have walked out without payment if I was a less conscientious individual. Due to a lack of time and heading out for a trip, I didn't have time to return to ask them to redo the gel, and sure enough by Monday morning both my thumb "gel" nails had peeled off, and by Thursday two other fingers on each hand have began peeling as well. I will be returning to request some level of refund for services as I paid $85 for the services!! I wanted to give them a chance as they are not too far, but due to the poor customer service and low quality product I will never frequent them again, unfortunately.
