We had a sewer backup issue affecting the back unit/ADU while also dealing with separate toilet issues in the front house. Mick responded quickly, diagnosed both problems efficiently, and got everything resolved the same day. The front house issue turned out to be worn toilet flappers from normal wear and tear. The back unit issue was a main line grease buildup/clog that required drain clearing and camera inspection work. We had a sudden and major sewage problem due to a failure in our almost 100-year old home that had a rusted out cast iron refuse pipes. He even offered to come buy and give a second opinion for free - even though he knew another plumber was already on their way. The other plumber gave me a small estimate to put a collar on the one exposed piece of rusted out cast iron with numerous holes in it. George suggested that it might be good to go under the house before committing to any work. That was a game-changer. He did a thorough diagnosis of what the problems were and validated all of this with still pics and videos in real time that allowed me to actually see a number of leakage problems. Not just one. Since I had worked underneath our home on a number of occasions (although not in several years) I was more than knowledgeable about the plumbing layout. It was abundantly clear that we needed to update the entire system. He gave me what I consider to be a very fair estimate for the work. The price he quoted me was fair and especially given the magnitude of work that needed to be completed. After another company removed the sewage and soil, George and his crew were able to completely replace the entire drain piping for all of our bathrooms, toilets, shower, bathtub, clothes washers, and even discovered a clogged vertical drain line in the kitchen that they also replaced. Throughout the entire process he kept me informed multiple times a day - both before, during, and after all of the work was completed.
