I cannot write this without tearing up. My house is clean!! I mean, CLEAN!! Really, really clean!! Things I didn't realize were dirty are clean. These three heaven-sent women are the best. They cleaned everything - under the bed, the kitchen walls, behind the toilets, in the closet door tracks, light fixtures, surge protectors, smoke alarms, chair-rail, baseboards, cracks, crevices, crannys and nooks....if it existed, it got moved, dusted, swept, washed and/or polished. I do believe that if my cats had not hidden, they would have bathed them and trimmed their nails. I cannot say enough good things. This was my second experience with a housecleaning service and there is absolutely no comparison. The first company was rude, inefficient, undependable, more expensive and they made me feel so bad that it took me two years to find the courage to try again. From my first contact with Evelyn to my initial cleaning to my second be-weekly housecleaning yesterday, I have been nothing but satisfied. Everyone is pleasant, timely, polite and extremely professional and hard-working. They truly go above and beyond what is expected. I don't even want to use my kleenex because I do not want to ruin the little fan/flower that they created. I have always cleaned my own home, and been somewhat anal about it, but I have been ill for quite some time and things had gotten out of control around here. I do not have the strength any longer to do anything but the most rudimentary household tasks. However, with time, my huband and I adjusted and accepted the fact that what "used to be," could no longer be what is. However, the ladies from Progressive not only rescued my home from what it is, they bypassed bringing it back to what it was and they took it to a whole new level. I always thought I was a perfectionist when it came to what I considered a clean house but, honestly, they put me to shame. They not only clean that which can be seen, they clean that which is not readily visable. They even found a pair of earrings I thought I lost 3 years ago. Well worth the cost. They made us proud! I found Progressive Cleaning on Yelp when we suddenly needed a move-out clean due to our landlord's unexpected decision to sell the condo we rented. It was a matter of pride for us to leave the unit in better condition than we found it and Progressive Cleaning did not disappoint! Although our notice came out of the blue Evelyn graciously worked us into her schedule during a very busy week. I left a detailed voicemail message and she called me back later the same day. Her team came at the end of their work day just to help us out. They were tired from working all day but they still cleaned everything like crazy! All the appliances shone and were cleaned behind and under, every shelf was wiped clean, the cabinets were cleaned top to bottom, the bathrooms sparkled, the bamboo floors glowed (and that's hard to do!), the windows were totally clear with no streaks, even the balcony was spotless. It was such a thorough cleaning and everything looked so beautiful that the landlord volunteered to split the bill with us because he didn't have to have anything cleaned to put the condo on the market. We left feeling that we more than lived up to our obligations even under such sudden stress and Progressive Cleaners put the cherry on top. We were strangers to them and they treated us like family. We've used Progressive Cleaning for 3 months now, and are very pleased and looking forward to becoming regular clients. I was initially too prideful to call someone to clean our house, but I was simply unable to keep it up the way it needed. We're a busy family, my husband and I are parents with 2 young toddlers, and let's just say, there aren't enough hours in the day to do half the things we want to do, let alone the things we NEED to do -- and regular household cleaning is one of them. So when our 3 young ladies came in and cleaned our home (after not having had a thorough cleaning in years), they cleaned house so well, 13 year old fixtures and crevices looked shiny and brand new again! Evelyn was very responsive when coordinating our visits. The other thing ladies are punctual, professional, and politely sweet. And they work REALLY hard! My first cleaning was a bit pricey, but in all honesty, it was a testament to just how much cleaning needed to be done (about a 4-1/2 hr cleaning). And when they were finished, the deep clean they did was WORTH EVERY PENNY. Special care and detailed cleaning was given to problem areas, and the place is spotless and smells fresh when they're done. The 2nd and 3rd cleanings took less time, and we were not disappointed. LOVE LOVE LOVE Progressive Cleaning! I chose them based on their Yelp reviews, and am so glad I did. I called Thursday asking for cleaning to be done by 4pm the next day. With less than 24 hours notice, they got me onto the schedule for the next morning so they'd be done before my guests arrived. I received emails and calls from the owner, Evelyn, confirming the time. The cleaners, Norma and Yessenia, arrived 20 minutes early; I was at the grocery store and Evelyn called, was super polite, and wanted to be sure everything was okay. Norma and Yessenia were super patient waiting for me to get home. They got right to work. They did a deep cleaning under all the furniture, and polished everything until it was clean and shiny. They paid close attention to details - like scrubbing window moldings I've ignored for months, and cleaning the tip-top of a cabinet that all previous cleaners have skipped. They chatted with my son when he got home, and said good-bye to him as they left. I wasn't sure if I'd do more than a single cleaning to get ready for guests, but I'm so in love with this team that I think I'll be signing up for regular cleaning help. I usually clean my apartment but since work has gotten busier, I get home later and on the weekends I don't feel like cleaning. After seeing the Yelp reviews for Progressive Cleaning, I decided to give the company a try. I requested an initial cleaning through the online form. Evelyn emailed me quickly with an estimate and a date and time. The ladies showed up promptly at 7:00 a.m. the next day. They scrubbed the bathroom completely. I have white grout and tile and they did an excellent job cleaning the stubborn dirt from the grout that I could never quite get. My kitchen looks how it did when I first moved in. They washed the dishes, wiped down appliances and counters, and mopped the floor. They also vacuumed and dusted the bedroom, living area, and dining area. They even vacuumed my dogs' bed. I also work from home on the day they came. Except for the sounds of dishes being washed and the vacuum, they kept noises at a minimum. The only time they asked me to do anything was for me to lift my feet when they vacuumed near the sofa. All in all, I had a very positive experience and the ladies will be coming back every two weeks to clean. read more

Progressive Cleaning has turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made . . . ever! At first, I was hesitant about hiring a cleaning service since I'm single with a small 2 bedroom condo. And, even though I had not mentioned it to Evelyn, I was seriously considering discontinuing the service. But, after the last cleaning, I'm sold! I don't believe I have ever seen my place sparkle the way it did when I walked through the door after work. Been a client since 2005. The maids follow directions to a T. Always on time. Very hard workers, and they are very through and timely. I have also used them for 2 rentals I had as well for move-out cleaning. They were amazing and the units were extremely clean from top and bottom each time. and the new tenants thought the kitchen appliances were new! Also, my husband is very hard to please but the maids won him over too when they cleaned his closet and dusted his shoes and vacuumed his closet so it looked beautiful. I would never use another service. Believe me my family always says complimentary comments on how clean my house is. I have had a very efficient progressive cleaning crew come every other week for almost a year now. Most of the time it has been three gals and when only two it just takes alittle longer. I have been very pleased with their cleaning and care in handling my furniture and treasures as well as woodwork. It is so great to have the whole house cleaned at once.. When I first contacted the company I was promptly called back and the crew has always been on time on the scheduled day.
