She cleaned, made a few tweaks, did a test patch and it was perfect again. turns out I had the embroidery bobbin inserted from the previous owner.. I ended up getting the correct one and I'm so glad I did because once I got home, I couldn't find the regular bobbin. New to sewing, so still learning my sewing machine! When I called him to tell him about the situation the only "solution" he offered was to place another order and that he can maybe give me a discount on the embroidery. I understand that he doesn't want to take a loss but why do I the customer have to lose when he recommended those shirt styles. How was I suppose to know that this material would be completely different? I trusted his expertise and it failed and now I'm stuck with shirts that I can't use and $300 to the trash. My only advice for others is ask for samples of the materials before placing an order so you can see for yourself what you will receive because once you pay there's nothing you can do if the material doesn't work for you.
