I don't have enough good things to say. I've been seeing Amanda here for lip augmentation for years. The place is beautiful and clean and in the most chic location right on Gramercy Park. Every employee that's ever helped me here is beyond friendly and professional, from front desk to nurses. They don't try to up sell you and will give you honest advice on your skincare concerns. And if you're a returning client they give you deals and money off on your birthday month. So I've been going back every June since probably 2014. Great experience! I came to the Gramercy location for Juvederm lip injections. The office was very nice, modern and clean. The receptionists were polite, great first impression. I received my service from Sari and she did an amazing job. She is very knowledgeable and knows what shes doing, made me feel very comfortable even though it was my first time getting my lips done. I spent nearly 3hours trying to get my groupon redeemed for the amount I had paid for it. I originally bought a Groupon full Juvederm for my lips. However, the date had expired. I called to see if I could use the 450.00 towards botox. They said sure.... I was then consulted that I should use their 6-12 treatments of Sculptura. When I asked how much that would cost, they said they would send me a quote. In the meantime 2 hours later I finally was administered the botox in my forehead. 1 week later I had spock eyebrows. Beside having to deal with the 2 not very pleasant front desk women; 1 whom seem to not have a clue and charged me an additional 400.00 for BOTOX!!!. Finally after another 45 mins. they figured out how to put the code in. So basically it cost me over 600.00 for Botox (and I did not get that much). I decided that I would return to the place that is the best to have them fix their mistake and I ended up buying from my place 5 Sculptura treatments. It cost half of what Enhance quoted me. Yesterday 1/10/17 was my first time going to this medical spa for a Hydra-Facial Treatment. The receptionist was gracious and nice. My Esthetician Nerelyn was amazing. Prior to the facial I had a consultation about Botox and possible eyelid surgery in the future. She was very through and answered all my skin care needs and provided pricing information for me. I had the Hydra-facial and I will never go back to a traditional facial. It was about 45 min she went over the steps before the treatment. I felt great while she was doing the facial and she explain all concerns along the way. My face today looks great and dewy, great experience, nice staff, very clean and proper, I highly recommend! I will consider going there for my Botox for the first time and reasonable price at a prestigious place!!! read more

At many doctors offices you are met with cold & personality-less employees, forcing awkward interactions... Not at Enhance. Every employee I met at Enhance was so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable! I'm not much of a morning person, so of course the morning of my appointment I was a hot mess but Chanel (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) at the front desk was so nice about everything. My appointment was for 11 AM. I didn't have to wait long at all once I was there. Less than 5 minutes. *Make sure to print out & fill out their paperwork at home/in advance and bring it with you to their office--it helps speed up the process. Alina did my consultation. She was so helpful, a sweetheart, and knew what she was talking about! I asked her a ton of questions about various procedures despite having an appointment for one procedure. She gave me detailed information and explanations of EVERYTHING I asked her about. Anna was my medical assistant, she was fabulous. Sweet, funny, helpful, knew what she was talking about. BY FAR THE BEST! Dr. Gladstein and PA Sari Katz, are hands down equally the most talented cosmetic health care providers in the industry. Whether you are looking for a natural enhancement or even a correction on a procedure that was poorly/incorrectly done you will be blown away with the results of these talented women. I have had several procedures done by the PA Sari who is a naturally talented injector and has been fine tuned by Dr. Gladstein. I first went to Sari because I wasn't satisfied with my previous lip enhancements, after going to Sari my first time not only did she correct but made my lips look AAAAMAZING! I will never go anywhere else! Sari also corrected my asymmetrical cheeks using Juvaderm's Voluma. When it comes to Botox Sari just gets it, she is conservative and knows just where and how much to make you look your best! Since my enhancements I have gotten SO many compliments and am constantly finding people just starring at my lips. (In a great way!) The staff is always so friendly, helpful and gorgeous and both offices are so high end and gorgeous I could live there! Last week I found a groupon for juvederm at this location so I gave it a try. I have gotten juvederm twice before at two separate locations and Enhance is by far the best experience I've ever had! Angela and her assistant (forgot her name sorry!) were so nice and they took at least 20 minutes actually putting in the juvederm where as at the other places I've been quickly and carelessly did it in 5 to 10 minutes. They made sure it was absolutely perfect and even at every angle. Worth every penny read more

I had a Juverderm injection there and I was very impressed with Sari who did the procedure. She was very concerned that I was numb with a cream she put on the injection area. She then tok her time and made a lot of small injections that distributed the Juverderm very evenly. The result was perfect. it has been about 4 months since my initial visit with Angela -I had made my next appointment about a month in advance because I needed a specific day and time but about 4 days before the visit the office manager calls and asks me to come a different time saying someone had made a mistake on the schedule- super annoying, but I explained i could not. she complied- after much thought I called back to take a earlier appointment and left work mid-day because I'd really hate to inconvenience someone messing with my face. My visit this time was at the Brooklyn location with Sari- the brooklyn office is equally as beautiful and clean. Got my lips done in their Brooklyn location a few days back and I am ABSOLUTELY in love with them. Angela did my lips, and she made sure she addressed everything I wanted her to work on. She took her time and injected tiny amounts into my lips just so that they don't look overdone. She said, since my lips are small, it cannot accomodate too much product in one place. And the best part is, the procedure is not painful at all. I was super scared before Angela started injecting, but once she did, I couldn't even feel a thing. I purchased a groupon for juvederm lip enhancement. My first impression was that the office was nice, but the manager was kind of rude and clearly catering to non-groupon customers first. I overhead her gossiping about a patient and telling the receptionist to put my chart behind others, even though I got there early. When I was finally taken back into a room, I was told a PA would be performing the procedure rather than the doctor. She proceeded to put numbing cream on my lips and take "before" photos. We went over my medical history, and I indicated that I had to take blood thinners, and that I have a connective tissue disorder. 30 mins later another PA comes back and tells me they can't go through with the procedure because of my medical disorder. It would have been nice if they had told me this when they first took down my medical history, instead of having me wait for 30 mins in numbing cream! I was then informed I would have to contact groupon myself to initiate the refund, because they couldn't bother to at least cancel it. I understand that they had to make the right medical decision, but I'm annoyed they weren't more courteous, didn't seem to care that I traveled a long way for my appointment, and didn't even offer to let me apply the credit toward another procedure. The office manager just glared at me, and told me to contact groupon so I walked out. Such a disappointing experience. read more

I knew I could trust my friend because she has more experience in this than I do; she was receiving services from a different medical spa until she found Aesthetic Arts and hasn't returned to her previous spot since. I decided to make an appointment which was simple to do, by the way, and they immediately answered the phone. Upon entering, I was impressed by how clean and presentable the office looked. I was greeted by 2 ladies who were very welcoming and helpful in calming my nerves. I also appreciated that they maintained my privacy and did not disclose any personal information as there were other clients in the waiting area. I met with Dr. Sari in her office, one-on-one, to talk about the service I was interested in receiving and to ask her all the questions I had. Talking to her is very easy and not once did I feel rushed. Right afterwards, we proceeded onto the service, which was Juvederm lip injections. As mentioned earlier, I was nervous before my appointment, but Dr. Sari is confident in her practice which reassured me that she knew what she was doing. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole session, making sure I approved of how I looked along the way. It wasn't nearly as painful as I assumed it would be and I did not experience any bruising. Dr. Sari is very gentle and precise. My lips turned out to look exactly like how I asked. At the end of my visit, I was given very clear after-care instructions. Yet again, the staff made sure all my questions were answered.
