Many complaints seem to come from people who either didn't read the fine print on promotions like Groupon or walked in without doing any research on what they actually wanted. If you're unsure, call the shop. I called Po multiple times before coming in, and he answered my questions every time. One thing I respect is that Po won't blindly do work just because a customer asks. If something doesn't make sense or could cause problems, he'll explain why.
