The jobs were completed neatly, within estimated times (based on book times which I had read prior to bringing my 2013 GMC Savana van in). The price was well within normal expectations, both for the time and for the local area. I confirmed the work afterwards by examining the brake and power steering fluids, noting the work area under my hood clean and neat around the fluid storage sections. I also noted that, without asking, they filled my windshield washer fluid. Nice touch. :) I was promptly called when the job was finished and found my van doors locked when arriving, believe it or not something that too many stations fail to do. I was pleased with the work and feel lucky to have such a professional service station so close to my home.

Then there was a phone call from the owner asking the employee if she was ok. Minute after he started conversing with her. My husband is even tempered, laid back and non confrontational. I guess the owner saw he was biracial on the camera, and that apparently made him scared for the female employees safety. (He could hear the whole conversation) Oh by the way my husband works for Suffolk County jail system she was probably safer with him in there. We will drive elsewhere the next time we need a screen fixed or buy the materials online and do it ourself next time since it isn't thay hard. I've had the monthly membership for a while now. They're almost never open on time which is such a…read morewaste of my time, having to drive all the way there just to see that it's closed. I've seen the workers sitting in the back for up to half an hour waiting for the boss to wake up and open the business AFTER business hours have started. In terms of value, I wouldn't say I'm getting the most out of my monthly membership because they're closed at inconsistent and random hours and half the time I drive by for a wash I can't really get one. The quality of the wash is great, however, consistency and reliability are equally important for a business.

I standby that review, however, I bought the Ruby membership a Few weeks ago and since, this car wash has been closed the two times I've been there when there when they are supposed to be open. It's not convenient, especially in the winter months when you want to get your car washed more frequently. The first time they were closed, I mentioned it to the owner, and he said it was because the machines broke down. At least leave a sign at the entrance that you're closed due to mechanical issues. I won't stop going to this car wash, but I will not pay for a membership that I can't use when I need to use it.

They have a comfortable waiting room and Kim is great. She's knowledgeable and personable and fun to talk with. They took my insurance so I had no charge.
