Mark quoted me a price for my POOL Electrical Repair unit and everything needed to be replaced since this house is 30 years old and its been hanging on by a thread especially lately. He took every unnecessary thing out and installed every necessary part in flawlessly! Not only did Mark give me the pricing sheet before we installed early on he then surprised me by saving me another what was it like 60 bucks on what he quoted me before because there was no need for a part to be replaced. I mean I would have never known the difference. He is an extremely honest hard working Electrician who really understands his field and values his clients. Before reaching out to anyone regarding any Electrical work, trust me reach out to Max Voltage FIRST!. I got quotes from several different companies and decided to use this one because the guy who came…read moreout seemed pretty cool and seemed to listen to my concerns. Originally they wanted to run the electrical conduit across the middle of the wall. I told them I needed the electrical conduit run at the baseboard so my car door doesn't hit it. The guy agreed to run it along the baseboard. We also talked about the gauge of wire needed and breaker size. They weren't the cheapest bid but I was ok with that. On the day of the install the electrician told me he would need to shut off the power to drill into the wall and connect the wire. I told him no problem. I left him alone to do the work. After some time I went outside to see how things were going. He had run the electrical conduit along the middle of the wall and not along the baseboard. I told him that the conduit was supposed to be lower and he replied with " Who said?" I told him that I discussed it with the guy who originally came out. He then talked about some coax cable that was in the way. I pulled it away from the wall and asked if that was enough room. He said yes. Then he wasn't sure how to secure the conduit along the baseboard because the coax cable cable ran along it. I pulled the cable off the wall so he could run his conduit along it. I was annoyed with this because it seemed like he was just making excuses. I also noticed the hole in the wall that he had made by accident. I didn't say anything about it. I wanted to see how he would handle it. After the job was done I checked out the work. It looked good. He was gonna help me program the charger but it was taking too long ( not his fault) so I paid him and he left. He never mentioned the hole in the wall he made. A 2 days later I noticed that my solar panels were not producing any energy. I found that the breaker and disconnect were off. He had shut them down to connect the wires safely but didn't turn them back on. If he didn't feel he could turn them back on properly he could have told me. I wasted a day and a half due to that. I do appreciate them giving me 10% off for paying cash. I guess it's all a wash.

I contacted his company to set up an emergency appointment and he personally came out promptly in a timely manner. Within less than an hour, he had not only fixed my immediate problems, but he went above and beyond and showed me a fuse box issue I had. He got on top of that problem too and fixed everything. I've attached a picture of how my fuse box was before he put in totally new wiring. In other words, he's not the type to just fix the obvious, but he troubleshoots and expeditiously gets to root causes, with great success. Hais prices are extremely reasonable and I was impressed at the amount of knowledge he has in his skillset. He kept me informed every step of the way of what he was doing and how things worked and should be working. He is caring and gave me some great advice of how I could avoid having some of these problems in the future. He taught me some things that I didn't know before and I really appreciate him for that. On top of that he has a very pleasant and friendly demeanor, has an outstanding work ethic, obviously has pride in his work, and is very thorough. As I logged on Yelp to leave this review, I noticed a couple of negative reviews. I couldn't believe anybody could have a bad word to say about him, so I looked and from what I can see, it appears a couple of his previous clients were most likely not happy with the warranty company he is partnered with, not his fine service. Dwayne arrived timely he is professional, polite, kind and compassionate. He was able to assess quickly that it was not the water heater it was the breaker unit . He drove on a Friday afternoon in rush hour to get the part that was needed came back and replaced it.
