I am a cancer patient and a senior citizen currently self quarantined and in shock because I have never been spoken to like that EVER! I merely asked for reassurance that a repair service would not alter performance and he lost his temper yelled at me with profanity and like a crazed person said he hopes he transmitted the covid 19 virus to me.
