Careful everyone they are charging $12 labor fees and hoping no one notices ! I have a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan which only takes six quarts of oil and does not have a skid plate or any parts that they have to remove or do labor to . Prompto in Dover, extremely busy, understaffed, and the manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. Not only to the customers but the employees. These guys are pushing out the cars as fast as they can . 5* for the guys 1 * for the female manager. Bad attitude, and professionalism make a big impact not only on the customer but the employees.Will not bring my car there again. There's nothing better than when you've waited last minute to get an oil change and it's the last thing you want to do and then within 20 minutes it's done and it's done WELL! I was warned. Didn't listen. My car requires synthetic oil. Went here last week, had them do a routine change. Ever since my low oil warning light keeps flashing / beeping. It wasn't prior to going there. Confirmed it's not a fuse issue. A friend told me they use recycled oil. Decent place for a cheap oil change. However they apparently need a larger spot or maybe open all 3 bays on a Saturday when it is obviously their most busy day. Been in line for over 40 minutes and still 2 cars in each of the 2 out of 3 bays lines. That 3rd bay seems to be decoration only. There is a line behind me extending out into the road also. Just waited over an hour in front of an empty bay while they worked on the same car! They advertise a 10 minute oil change but clearly do not stand behind that! I totally understand that things come up and people call out but the fact that no one even tried to communicate that there was a problem is frustrating especially while I could clearly see someone with a clip board standing and looking out the window for a solid 20 minutes. Getting your oil changed shouldnt be a big freakin production, and these guys keep it simple. You pull into the stall and its like a NASCAR pit crew draining your oil before you even step out of your car. The only suck part is when there is a line of cars waiting, but still beats the other places. read more

Do not go to this place. My mother had an oil change here back in January, ever since then the car has been acting strange. Just disovered the problem yesterday when the car was due for another oil change. We did it ourselves this time around. The oil change she paid for was never done! They never drained or change the filter. Drained 12 quarts of oil and slug combined from the car. I am disgusted that they would put my mother and her family in danger with plain laziness and disregard for life. Her grandchildren rides in the car with her. Imagine the heartache they could have caused. Stay away from this place to save your life and longevity of your car. Do the oil change yourself or find someone you trust to do it for you and you will discover the difference of mobility and sound in your car. read more

My wife just left pissed off at the way she was treated. She was talked to in a condesending voice, questioned numerous times like they didn't think she could do anything, and questioned why she was driving the car she was, and then when she stood up for herself the guy walked away and refused to work on her car. Brought my Subaru here. When they started the car for me the leave, there was visible oil spraying out of the car. They then proceeded to tell me that whoever did it before did it wrong and stripped the threads. Well they did the oil change. I then immediately took it to the dealer. They put the wrong oil filter on it which explains why oil was spraying out. The dealer put on the correct oil filter, topped off the oil and it was fine. Prompto tried to say the filter was correct when they did it and insinuated that I changed it between them and the dealer. Manager was uninterested in talking about it. Refused to refund the oil change and refused to cover the cost of the dealer fixing their mistake. A few years back they did not tighten the oil plug on my wife's car. Shady business. Poor quality. Poor customer service. Quick and cheap isn't better in this case. Avoid if you want your car to not be ruined. read more

Fast, friendly enough, and reasonably cheap. I've gotten the oil changed in my Honda Accord during several lunch breaks from work and never have trouble getting back in time. The techs seem competent enough and I've never had issues. One was nice enough to point out that my radiator fluid was low without trying to pressure me into a sale. read more

I also liked this chain enough to recommend it to my family. It is clean,fast and consistent. The recent issue I had was that the Dover station has become religious. The last time I was there, a man and the manager were discussing the religious pamphlets that were on the shelf behind me. The man kept leaning over me to access the material, and the music playing was also religious. I was very uncomfortable. If I want religion, I will go to church.
