I feel attention to detail could be improved to keep a long term customer. I do want to mention the good things I expended here to be fair in my review. The inside waiting area was air conditioned and comfortable. The outside waiting area is also very spacious. The workers here are also all nice. Since it was my first visit and I got one of the most expensive packages here, unfortunately the results didn't fully deliver. The customer service at this location is horrible, especially from the employee with glasses who was working today. He was rude, dismissive, and gave me attitude when I was already dealing with an issue caused by THEIR car wash. I came here expecting a quick wash, but the wash had an emergency stop while my car was already completely drenched and covered in soap. This is now the THIRD time I've experienced an issue like this at this location. What really pushed me over the edge was the employee having the audacity to tell me to just go to another location while my car was STILL COVERED IN SOAP. He suggested the Anaheim location as if it were right down the street. Why should I have to drive to an entirely different location with soap all over my car because your equipment stopped working? I was so frustrated that I asked him to cancel my membership, and instead of helping me, he basically told me I had to go elsewhere to do that too. No effort to resolve the situation, no apology, and no consideration for the inconvenience whatsoever. I've paid for this membership for over a year, and having repeated equipment problems is frustrating enough. Being met with attitude and terrible customer service on top of it is unacceptable. After three separate incidents, I'm done giving this location chances and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Thankfully, we found Wash Me Now. I called on a Sunday morning expecting to schedule something later in the week, but they were able to come out the very same day. We live in a gated community with no access to a hose or water source, which can be a challenge for mobile detailers. Not for these guys. Their truck is fully self-contained and equipped with its own filtered water system, so they were ready to work immediately. For $180, we received a full interior detail that even included an exterior wash at no additional charge. The results were outstanding. The matcha stain that another company couldn't remove was completely gone. They cleaned up the residue left behind by the previous detailer and restored the leather to a clean, factory-like finish. The exterior looked incredible as well. The paint was glossy, the trim looked great, and the entire car looked better than it has in months. What impressed me most was the value. For less than $200, they corrected another company's mistakes, removed a difficult stain, detailed the interior, and washed the exterior. That's hard to beat. The Porsche honestly looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. Professional, responsive, reasonably priced, and extremely thorough.
