I was forced by an ocean carrier to use this company for storage and delivery. Their costs were exorbitant. They repeatedly put off delivery, promising tomorrow to do it only then to push it to the next day. This company is unethical and untrustworthy. A Pronto driver making a delivery at our company backed into my car, causing damages. The insurance the owner of Pronto provided cancelled so the insurer we were dealing with refused the claim. From my POV this was a terrible job to work. A man who's name is Mr. Gray wouldn't pay me the order I worked and I called him multiple time and he said that he'll send my check by mail on time but I still haven't received it yet. I don't recommend anyone working there. read more

Just booked their courier services last week for the first time since I delivered a shipment to the wrong airport for a customer. They picked up the shipment from Delta Cargo at the Dallas airport and delivered to my customer in Houston. Communication was great and their rates were competitive to other services when I called around. When they couldn't deliver in the same day they alerted me and asked if they could deliver the next day on a Saturday. They were able to hold my product overnight and delivered the next day within the window they promised. And, the final charge was lower than what was quoted so I was a happy camper. We have been dealing with Pronto for a few years now. We finally had to stop using them because their billing department is a mess. They would never put our PO numbers on the invoices though we continually asked them to. They also have been hounding us for almost a year now for $22 for a delivery that is not ours. We have continually asked them to provide an email or order from us to justify this charge to no avail. I'm guessing they are just hoping we will get sick of it and pay it. A reputable company would just take it off. But, I guess that says a lot about Pronto. Good luck if you use them. read more

Have used them for years without any issues. Recently one of their drivers destroyed a residents floor due to negligence when delivering a package to a figure in the thousands. The resident held us responsible since we hired them. Instead of discussing and working it out like responsible business owners, they told us to file a claim on the drivers insurance which was of course denied. They have since refused us service and will not answer calls or emails. 1 star rating is to generous. read more

We have been using Pronto delivery for years and have never had any issues up until now. Our usual guy, Ross, has always been fantastic and scheduling was never a problem. Lately every time I call in to schedule a pick up/delivery the person booking is confused and frustrated and can't seem to pull up our account despite us being long time loyal clients. Last time our courier was almost two hours late and put us behind schedule. He was very talkative and kept hitting on my employees and packed up our belongings very sloppy so that they moved around and our wooden materials developed cracks in them. When it came time for the things to be delivered back to our store he spent his time watching the girls pack up the things into his truck like a creep making them late back to our store. When I called to complain I was told by the dispatcher that the order wasn't specified for him to have been at our store the time we had it scheduled. When I spoke to the girl who scheduled it she was confused and said she was looking at the order right then and said that it clearly said 7:30 sharp. The driver said he went to the wrong location... Which one is it? Yesterday I tried scheduling another service and the gentleman could not find our company in the records and did not seem to know how to book the service. I called them this morning and their automated system will not let me leave a message. I'm done with Pronto and searching for another company. Very disappointing. I completely lost my trust in them. read more

their online estimation of cost on the freight side is very inaccurate. you might receive a bill $20.00 higher than what you were quoted. accounting says the system has no way of estimating extra charges. read more
