I won a gift certificate from a Tricky Tray for a free large pizza. The value of their certificate was $18. I told him I'm by myself. I don't eat a full pizza so can I get something that's equivalent to that I would've even taken less. value. The guy then proceeded to tell me his pizza was only worth six dollars and he made a big deal after he donated this gift certificate and he gets a tax write off from it then I said what can I get for six bucks and he said well I'm not serving you and then told me to get the F out. Why donate if you're gonna argue with a consumer? Sounds like a very very cheap place and he's getting very big overhead for his pizza. He's getting $12 so I'm just letting somebody know that they're not pleasant there. At first, I thought this place was convenient because they are one of the only places that deliver to Panther Valley. The food was ok so i dealt with it. After many instances of them forgetting part of the food order, I started using them less. Last week i ordered food and the wrong food came. I tried to not make a big deal of it even though I couldn't eat the food. The owner was nice enough and we worked something out. (Which i never used) Last night was my final straw. I ordered food and paid online. When the guy came he said the card didn't go through and I would have to pay again. I did so and sure enough today I was charged twice. I called the restaurant and they said they would take care of it but we will see. The lack of organization and care are what gives this 1 star. Although their pizza and other food is delicious, I am unable to give Sonny's any stars! Let me briefly explain why: I put my mask on and stopped in to grab a quick slice. They do have a sign on the door asking all customers to do so. After ordering my slice, I noticed everyone working behind the counter were wear their masks except the guy actually making the pizzas'. I asked why he doesn't have a mask on and the girl behind the counter said, "he has one put it keeps falling down". I asked that they please have him put it back on, which she did. Let me start off by saying the delivery driver got to my location and didn't bother coming in. I work at domino's and I had to call the store back because he couldn't do his job and simply come inside the store. Then I called and the lady on the phone said it will be a 5 dollars more for the driver to come back down the hill. I was sitting outside in my car waiting for him to actually deliver my food and the 62 year old delivery driver didn't even stop, he just kept on going also he didn't have a mask on. When he works for a food business. I didn't like the way the driver talked to me and one of my employees. He asked what she was shacking her head for. Never again. All women beware I don't need to be yelled at after a long day of work. My husband placed an order and was told 25 minutes. When I got there 20 minutes later I was told the pizza would take 45. I said my husband ordered 20 minutes ago. Best calzone I've ever had!!! Their sauce is amazing also. Tried a slice of sicilian pizza it was not great. Tried a plain slice it was ok.

Best take out Italian food in the area for sure. Pizza, pasta and sandwiches are great. I just wish they would be more upfront regarding when orders will be ready. Just about every time I pick up an order I end up being quoted 20/25 minutes and have waited up to 45 (not for necessarily large orders, either).
