It started to get dark and was very cold and rainy. No one local responded to a roadside assistance bidding call. These people drove quite a distance to get to me, and were 100% kind and gracious. They were professional and knowledgeable, but more than that, they clearly viewed me as a person more than just a job. They were down-to-earth, warm, calm, and capable, and they tried various things until the situation was resolved. I sent the truck in with nothing but a dead battery and 10 grand worth of parts and got it back broken down. They told me there was metal in the transmission and they didn't know how to delete the DOD (weeks were spent discussing the build) which didn't matter either way given I gave them every part to rebuild and bullet proof the transmission had the truck sent straight to Chevy and the transmission had 0 metal in it and nobody has been able to figure out why my truck is broken down a week later, absolute unprofessional bums.

I think that was so kind, and a positive human interaction during what was a terrible day. David and his team made sure to take care of my car, and when they saw me at the body shop they even followed up and asked how I was doing.
