I ended up throwing it away. Most concerning was the atmosphere. Despite very few customers, service was slow, and a supervisor was loudly berating employees the entire time. The staff looked defeated and deflated. Culture starts with leadership, and the contrast between this location and other locations in the city--where employees are welcoming, smiling, and engaged--was impossible to miss. I hope management takes a hard look at what's happening here.
