I've been here twice for breakfast and loved it each time. The first time I had an omelet with a side of Bacon and Toast. The iced coffee I had along with this meal didn't do the trick. I like sweet and flavorful coffee but this iced coffee tasted bitter. The second time around I ordered challah French Toast along with home fries and bacon. I also had a large Tropicana orange juice with my breakfast. My meal cost approximately $20 each time I came here. The pancakes are very good here as well. The service is decent; it's a little awkward ordering your food here since a couple of the workers turn their back while you are ordering. However, they do a great job at memorizing your order and getting it correct. There's plenty of room here to dine in and enjoy your meal. In the front of the establishment, there's an area to order a salad, sandwich, pasta, etc. Definitely a great place to come hungry and leave full & happy. read more

We needed a place to go near we where, and the door man recommend this place. The best thing was that it was walking distance from the place we were at. It's clean, there is a good variety of options and there's plenty of seating. I was going to get a burrito but at the last minute I changed my mind and went for a chicken parmesan sandwich. It was a good choice. I'm not saying it was the best chicken parmesan sandwich I've ever had, but it was really good and I really enjoyed it. My aunt had an egg white wrap. I asked her how it was, and she said it was good. At the end of the day, this really a fast food restaurant, but it's a really good one. The next time I have to be near here. I'll be back. My favorite place a to grab a quick breakfast. My go to used to be their two egg sandwich with American cheese and beef sausage, but lately I've been into omelets. But you'll bet I'll still get it here. The beef sausage is perfect. I still don't know what it is, if it's a sausage link, but it's just the right amount of salty that it goes perfect with anything. I also want to point out that the service here is amazing, the cooks are friendly, the cashiers are friendly, and I've never had a single, less than happy interaction from anyone working here. Another thing I want to point out is the consistency of to-go orders. Every order I've picked up is always on time and piping hot. With every order, they give you a little baggy with utensils, napkins, salt, pepper, ketchup and hot sauce. Always. Before last Thursday 5/14 I would've given a 5 star raving review, but that all changed. I have been coming to this location for years as I work on 53rd Street. I rave to anyone who'll listen that their coffee is the best in Manhattan and always recommend the establishment to coworkers and the public I deal with. Thursday 5/14 I got my usual large coffee very light with half and half. When I went to take a sip back at work, it tasted funny, bad.. almost like soap.. I had a colleague taste it as well and they agreed... it was bad. I was going to return but the nature of my job prevented me from returning that day. Friday 5/15 I returned and ordered the same thing, thinking about the day before but thought that it was a one off, been coming there for years and never ever did I get a bad anything. Unfortunately the same thing happened. This time multiple coworkers tasted and agreed. I immediately returned with said coffee and explained to the young lady who served me a few minutes earlier that it tasted like soap. She immediately scoffed at the idea saying it was very cold. I said that the temp was not what I was complaining about... just then the gentleman who prepared the coffee overheard and said I used too much half and half.. again, nothing to do with my complaint. I asked them both to taste it and see for themselves, neither did but both said that nobody had ever complained and that I somehow was the problem. The gentleman proceeded to dump my coffee into the sink and poured me another one.. practically threw it and moved onto the next customer. By the way, tasted just as bad! I am appalled at the lack of customer service, curtesy and basic respect. I have been coming there for years and everyone was always very nice and courteous! They seemed to be too quick and defensive. No apologies were offered either. If I were working in a business and got a complaint I'd at least apologize and not be so dismissive and I definitely would've tasted it. Shame on them. I hope someone in management reads this and not be so dismissive of it. I left there feeling like it was me, but again confirmed by coworkers that it tasted like soap. Needed a good breakfast after an intensive workout at the gym! A lot of the trainers at the gym recommended The Mill so me and friend wanted to give it a try. I ordered pancakes which were fluffy, buttery, and come three to a stack. My friend "make your own" omelette with toast that he said was cooked and seasoned very well. I'm originally from NY and was visiting and as soon as I got off of the subway I was like I need a slice of pizza ASAP. Then I saw this sign that said pizza and decided to go in. I honestly wasn't expecting much, just a solid slice of pizza. But I was blown away at how delicious this slice was! It was thin and crispy, the sauce was perfect and the mozzarella was fresh and stringy and just amazing. $4 for a marg slice so compared to other places in NYC it was not cheap but I didn't even care because it was so good. I'm actually kind of bummed I never went here when I lived on the UES because it's so good! They also have sandwiches and other options (it's like half pizzeria half deli), so I thought that was interesting too. I walked in from Lexington Ave and I was met with create your own salad bar as well as a refrigerator full of fresh sandwiches. They had a large variety of soups that looked delicious as well. There's a mini seating area between Part 1 of the store and Part 2. In the 2nd part of the store, they had create your own pasta OR create a combo with 1 entrée and 2 sides OR an abundance of different pizzas (sold as a whole or by slice). They also sold fresh squeezed juices in the mini fridge area. I decided to create my own pasta because it seemed like a better deal than the combo option (which was around $10.25). Sauces: pesto, alfredo, alla vodka and marinara. Protein: chicken, meatballs, shrimp. Comes with 2 free toppings. I got meatball penne pesto alfredo with corn and broccoli. It came out to $9 which is a bit expensive but it is midtown. Brought it back the office to eat. The meatballs weren't that great but the rest of the pasta was on point.
