Bar tender was nice but over task with waiting on tables, making drinks, prep work to close, fixing my drink oups, making substitutions with my meal and finaly trying to find my lost meal. Last visit was great. Maybe tonight if I was one of reg's Things would not of gotten lost or mess up. Then again maybe should not go in when it's getting close to closing time. But who knows. I know everyone wants to love Props because they are locally owned and we want so very much to support that. Since opening I have not reviewed "while they work the kinks out". Today, to make a long story of many short, the burger ordered medium was over cooked. My crab cake appetizer choice basically gave me indigestion for several hours, I think they have some kind of weird additive in it. The remoulade sauce had that same taste. I like the Ahi tuna but that side slaw is very heavy with kale or something or some thing... it's also thick cut. On a good note, your bartender Byron was the bomb!!! I've had the ribeye once, it was okay but very salty. I'd eat it again if someone else was paying. But the braised short rib with mashed potatoes is to die for. Food and drinks were not good. Broccoli was old asked for asparagus and it was even worse. Ordered a dirty martini and I got olive juice with a splash of vodka. Staff was indifferent, didn't really care. Requested two different wines on the menu and they were out of them. Other loyal patrons said they just raise their price is 30%. This is probably the best restaurant in Warner Robins. We've been there about seven times so far. One time, we even sat in at the chef's table (two people only), and watched them prepare the food. The chef was very well organized, and the people working in the back worked as a team, no bad attitudes were apparent either. This is not a chain, so I was happy to do business with a restaurant that takes their work serious. I enjoyed their aviation theme, it's ironic how they were the only aviation themed restaurant in and Air Force town. I have noticed that it has gone from a 45 min wait at 5:30P.M., to they recently have empty tables, and no wait. Hopefully it's a short lived problem because of the Labor Day weekend. I hope this restaurant continues it's momentum, and wish it well. read more

So this was my first time going to Props and it was pretty good. Our waitress was really nice and all the servers were polite. Our good was really good However my moms chicken Sandwich didn't have everything on it. And once all of us finished eating she still didn't get her new sandwich. Also, we were missing some sauces at the table. But they did apologize and gave us free desert and a free cake pop seeing as it was her birthday. For that reason I gave them four stars. read more

It's a very nice looking place from the outside and it gets better once you've made yourself in. It was a last minute decision for my wife and I who drove from Miami to eat here for our 1st anniversary as a married couple. I had the fried calamari don't think the honey sauce went well with it but it's was very good, my sister and brother in law had the fried lobster and waffles and crab legs. My sister in law didn't like the fried lobster very much due to the excess amount of breading. My wife had the seafood platter witch was AMAZING!!!! The crab claws were so good I almost ordered another order to go I mean wow. The sangria with Hennessy drink they had was pretty good too, pretty strong , just how I like it. The booths are very very uncomfortable for me, my wife said the same thing. Hey austin the wait will be 30 minutes. at every restaurant ever a 30 minute wait. You wait 30 minutes or less. this one oh no. 40 min pass by I go ask how much longer it will be they say 30 minutes longer crazy right what's worse is I stayed for another 30 minutes hour and 10 total in case they read this and don't understand time still. So after the hour I go back and say ok are we ready now no it will be another 30 minutes. I couldn't believe it I have a 1 year old it was hard to wait and hour and 10 minutes with him he wasn't going to make it another 30 Waffle House across the street has great service and a life saver for a hungry baby. All B's aside I've eaten here and the food is good but that waiting like that is uncalled for they texted me when my table was ready 2 hours and 20 minutes after we got there and had already made it back home from the Waffle House. The angel hair pasta with olive oil and tomatoes is absolutely delicious, and it's only 9 dollars. Second time I ordered it, I added shrimp. Total cost 15 dollars. The shrimp were a nice size and so was the amount(about 6). Coca cola cake was good. Can easily serve 2. Never have a wait at the bar and the lady bartenders are great. I would say the kitchen needs to calm down. They are a little rowdy back there. read more

Fourth time I've eaten here. They've got some great dishes. Love the tomato mozzarella it has really great balsamic vinegar. Salt and Pepper onion rings are really great. The burgers are awesome. The bread is mouth watering. Unfortunately the owner lets the employees hanging out chatting in the restaurant whenever they don't have anything to do. I've noticed it on all times I've been to eat here. The kitchen staff also yells in the kitchen so the whole restaurant can hear. No one pays good money to go out to eat to listen to the kitchen yelling at each other or wants to see the employees hanging out on the floor next to the kitchen. They need a better order up system or pagers for wait staff to get their orders. read more

My wife and I ate lunch at Props today for the first time. We had by far the best steaks we've had in the Warner Robins, Georgia, area. I had the 12 oz Ribeye cooked medium and my wife had the 10 oz Sirlon cooked medium well. The steaks were cooked exactly as ordered and the quality of the meat was clearly high. We both had baked potato, salad, and a dinner roll with tea and coke to drink. All for just under $50. A few weeks ago we paid about $40 for a similar meal ate at Logan's Roadhouse and food and service wasn't nearly as good. Amanda was our waitress today and she was outstanding. She checked on us regularly and kept our beverages full. We met the owner and bragged to him about our experience. read more

Finally middle Georgia has a restaurant that's not a chain joint, or filled with TVs blaring and microwave to table bar food. The food here is fantastic, they clearly care about what they serve. Megan our server was great. We have been here twice and both times we loved it. And $3 drafts! This is not a turn and burn food joint, and it's refreshing. The owner stopped in to ask us if we had any questions about the menu. Megan was friendly and knowledgeable. We will be returning soon to try a steak. The seafood is top notch in my experience and the salads were fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place to bring a date or have a nice night out. We went about 5:30pm and were seated promptly. It was much busier by 6:30 or 7:00. Timing is everything. Great job y'all! read more

I didn't know how to rate this restaurant that is supposed to be considered fine dining....obviously they don't know what fine dining really means. Just because you serve pricey steaks, for this area, doesn't justify the term "fine dining". Fine dining is not sports tv's and a lack of dress code; It's not loud wait staff and a hostess with an attitude. Fine dining is multiple courses and a quiet atmosphere, not music competing with your table conversation. Please be advised. My name is Lawanda Harvey. My husband and I ordered the following for anniversay May 1,2021. Lawanda ordered: Tbone steak (well done, with extra garlic butter), loaded baked potato, crab cake appetizer, ceasar salad with extra dressing the side broccoli. My meal was ok (bland food) except i got very ill while eating my food, with upset stomach and nausea so i couldnt all my food. My husband ordered ribs, coleslaw (which he didnt get it), hush puppies, fried corn (no butter at my husband request) but the corn had butter on it, also calamari ( no sauce for the calamari( too salty) was in the bag. After my husband he began to get ill with stomach, nausea. I know we didn't order the same meal but ate some of my steak. This ruined the mood of our Anniversary. My husband said his food wasnt good. We spent almost $100.00 and this ruined our dinner and the mood we had set for our Anniversary. I ended going to bed early due to my stomach was in knots, along several trips to the bathroom. Hands down one of if not the best restaurants in Warner Robins,yes there is a bit of a wait but that's to be expected of any place with top quality food and excellent service. If you want fast go to Macdonalds. But if you have out of town guest to impress or you yourself want quality go to props. Your not going to get ghetto proportions but proper proportions and great atmosphere. Everything was cooked to perfection fresh ingredients you can really tell care and pride was taking in the preparation of the food. We will never go back there again. We've been three times and the service is lack there of. I took my wife there for her birthday, arrived at 6:25 and didn't get our food until 8:30. My sister in law called in a to go order after we got a table and she got her food 30 mins before the waitress informed us that she forgot to put our order in. Not one time did management come by to ask us if there was anything they could do to make our visit better. And if your your disable, good luck finding a handicap spot because the owner likes to park his Porsche in the first available handicap spot. read more

I had such high expectations going to this restaurant. I went with a group of about 8 of us. To start most of the table ordered alcoholic drinks, but when they arrived they weren't exactly right. One member of my party inquired as to why since they get the drink every time they had gone prior to this visit. The bartender informed her that they were out of Grand Marnier but decided to send the drinks anyways. The manager came over and got new drink orders for everyone who's wasn't correct. Fast forward to about 15 minutes later and one of the party ordered another glass of wine. Another 20 minutes and two servers later, still no wine; when our server was asked about it we got a quick "I'm getting it". Food came out and my steak was overcooked but the plate was drowning in juice which made the potato soggy. When the server was informed she tried to correct two of us that it was the lighting that made it look over done; it was dry. Sent it back and asked for it to be made to go and my bill. This is where it really upsets me. When my check arrived there was automatic gratuity added to my bill ( they never informed us this) and this was done to ALL of our checks individually. Service wasn't worth the almost $65 in tips. As a table of servers we try to be understanding, especially if the place is busy, but it was far from packed. When my food finally came back out the manager presented it to me and this time it was undercooked. I refused to send it back again (I know better being a server myself).
