Nissim, Martha and the Air Pros team made replacing our 30 year old A/C & duct system a TROUBLE-FREE experience. I had met with 6 contractors prior to meeting Nissim and he was the only contractor that did a heat-loss test to determine the correct size unit for our home and be so thorough. Nissim has extensive product knowledge, recommended needed improvements and delivered the A/C unit at a competitive price. The installation was done on time; the workers were experienced and thorough. Nissim didn't just settle for acceptable HERS test ratings on our new duct system but far exceeded the minimum requirements. We joked that Nissim was the Mike Holmes of A/C and having a 30 year old system, there were many things wrong. Nissim concentrated on the most important improvements and provided us with an excellent system, within our budget. We selected Air Pros because we felt confident that they would get the job done right. Anyone can get new equipment but how it works will depend on the quality and standards of the installers. The a/c in our server room wasn't working during the heat wave a few weeks back. We tried two other companies before we contacted Air Pros. This was our first time using their service and hands down, they were the best. The two other companies were slow on providing us with certificate of insurance, quotes, and when they were able to fix our a/c. This took about 4 days of going back and forth. We called Air Pros and they came out the same day within 45 minutes. From there, they did the diagnostic and gave us the best quote and the best service. They stuck by their quote even though they came out on a Saturday to fix our a/c. They were here for over 4 hours and was very thorough and explained to us the exact problem whereas the other two companies gave us the run around saying we needed a new unit and all the bs that came with it. A few months ago, I was looking to replace my aging HVAC system with a heat pump system. I researched a lot of companies and had several come out to give their bids and recommendations. Pros360 installed a new system for me about 5 years ago and were great then -- but even BETTER these last six months while they struggled through fixing a persistent problem caused by the manufacturer. I think they made about 10 or 12 service calls in that time and were constantly friendly, professional and SO hard working, while never showing any frustration of any kind. I have to call out Edward in particular, who spent more time trying to figure out problems, troubleshoot and talking to the manufacturer than I think any normal human could have tolerated -- and ALWAYS with good cheer and a smile on his (masked) face. Pros 360 talked us through the process of resetting the unit over the phone -- FOR FREE -- and it worked. No sweating it out in the miserable heat. I chose to buy from and continue to service my HVAC system with Pros 360 because I want dependability, and that is exactly what I get . The technicians know what they are doing -- they are extremely knowledgable and do a great job maintaining my HVAC systems. My latest technician, Blas, was extemely courteous and explained everything to me - what absolutely needed to be done and why, what could be done (for optimal performance) and what he believed could wait. Pros 360 and Alfredo were lifesavers! I had a constant rainfall on my kitchen window which was a result of condensation from the A/C Unit. After 2 different companies came out to see it and were unsuccessful, I searched for the best and found Pros 360. Alfredo came out, even helped me with the groceries from my car (I had to add), saw the problem and within 15 minutes in the attick solved the problem!! YAY. After having had a prior A/C repair company come by and try to convince me to replace the entire A/c unit it was refreshing to meet David from Pro360. I highly recommend Pros 360. My HVAC furnace would intermittently work due to the high limit switch being reached. In February 2023, I contacted Pros 360 and they advised that the return air was insufficient for the unit and additional supply returns were needed. Pros 360 spent a day enlarging the return air, adding new supply returns and enlarged the duct work. My unit has worked perfectly since Pros 360 completed the work and was done at a reasonable price. Through the LADWP AC Optimization program, pros 360 came to our 48 unit apartment building for service. They cleaned all the coils, tested every unit, installed new smart thermostats, added Freon and replaced filters in every unit. Diego and his team did all this work over two days.
