Daughter had an unpleasant experience last week. The quality wasn't as requested, tech was rude and impatient. Other customers were treated fairly and greeted, even those that didn't wear masks. Signs were posted for masks to be worn and some still received service. Got the deluxe manicure and pedicure on a Saturday morning for the first time at this location. I was asked if I wanted a drink which I declined and asked for water instead. I never received my water. While I have no complaints about the pedicure, the manicure is below mediocre. This is a picture of my nails which were done only an hour ago, they look as if it's a week old manicure. The lady that did them was pregnant, Karen. It was very quick and sloppy. After she left I asked another associate to do a touch up and they still look bad. The polish was old and lumpy so the strokes were not smooth. There were air bubbles on the nails and the edges of the nails are unpainted. The paint around the nail beds is uneven. I will not be returning to this location for future services. read more

Sub par service, the lady doing my nails drew blood but she was pleasant enough and it was an honest mistake no big deal. Ryan however was rough and callous with my mother and what I wanted to be a spa day out for her was not such a great experience. The manager however took the cake, he proceeded to almost push my mother out of her seat when we were done and when he heard me complain to the receptionist avoided us at all cost and would not come talk to us. Today came in for a new full set, Steven was my manicurist and from the second he sat down he was completely rude to me. I was going to do a set i had seen before and when he asked what i wanted i pulled my phone out to show him the inspiration picture and he cut me off before i finished my sentence and said "just tell me what you want".. Got my nails done a few weeks ago and they turned out pretty sloppy. I got a set of NexGen and the powder was spread unevenly, and the finishing coat was applied to look clumpy. I also don't think the technician used the correct size for my tips because my real nail is still poking out the side (see picture). The NexGen was fast, but it is evident in the quality of my nails. Took my daughter here to get Acrylic Nails w/ Gel done for her Birthday. They did a horrible job and had to go back for them to fix as my daughter was to embarrassed to complain. I went here today because i heard they were under new management (they were horrible under last management team); the experience was just as bad. Took AN HOUR to get my hands and toes PAINTED. If you want to avoid Covid choose another mail salon! Every pedicure and manicure seat were filled with people waiting.. all chairs are 2 ft apart, salon is filthy and there was an adult customer not mass to wear a mask and not one employee said a word. I wanted to give 3.5 stars but I'm really grateful that they got me in when they did so they get an extra half star boost. :) I decided last minute to get a mani pedi after work and went in about 45 minutes to close. I knew I might be asking a lot so I was fine with coming back the next day but they said they were able to get me in. They were very abrupt though so I wasn't really sure what they wanted me to do. I don't do stuff like this regularly. I stood up by reception for a bit till someone realized I was lost and was directed to pick out a nail color. I then sat and waited, and was soon escorted to my chair. John came over and started prepping for my manicure right as I started to wonder why they seated me if they weren't ready. Again, I know they were busy and probably just wanted to get out of there but more communication would have sufficed. Eva did my pedicure-- I opted for the Prosper Deluxe, which came with extra lotions, scrubs and a hot stone massage. I wish I'd skipped it because I used to work at a spa and I could tell that neither tech was a trained MT, and didn't ask about how the pressure was. She seemed distracted. I just couldn't relax. I will say though, both John and Eva did just about the best job tending to my nails. The polish completely covers my nail and they took extra care to do all the cuticle stuff. Even though they were both quick I wasn't worried about being nicked, as I've had that happen in the past. By the time I left it was about 45 minutes after they closed. The girl who checked me out thanked me for waiting when I first got there, which was really sweet because I should have been thanking them more! I will definitely try this place again, because it really is a beautiful location with excellent manicurists and pedicurists, but maybe just not when they are not so busy, or right before close. They had no problem starting to sweep, clean, and talk about their days like I wasn't even there. read more

Can I give this ZERO STARS??? Worst Nexgen ever . The salon is dirty, the implements used on me were not autoclaved (I did not see them being pulled from an autoclave package), and the staff is unprofessional. The guy who did my nails cut my cuticles to the point I was bleeding, used the drill on my naked nail and messed up on the steps of nexgen. I have had enough Nexgen to know exactly what is put on first , second , and third and he did not do it the correct way. I have glue all over my cuticles, my nails are super uneven , and I legit can not get to another salon fast enough to have them redone. Then they tried to over charge me by $20.... I came here with a friend and we both wanted full sets with gel. After being argued with for a good 10 minutes because they wanted to do dip instead of gel, the process of getting our nails done finally began. The man that I got didn't seem to know what he was doing at all, and he put on at least 3 layers of the pink powder that goes over acrylic sets. The nails are extremely uneven and I mentioned it to him and he tried to fix it but there is way too much to fix. Then when it came to shaping the nails, I asked for square and there's so many layers of polish that it just looks like blond on my fingers. The man was also not very friendly. Then when it came time to pay, it took multiple people to get me the correct price for a full set with gel. Overall I'm extremely unhappy and will be going somewhere else to get these fixed. My pedicure was okay, well, for about 4 days, then started chipping and peeling. I've NEVER had a pedicure that didn't last at least 2 weeks. With so many nail places out there, I chose one that was closest to my new house hoping I'd get lucky, however I do not think I will be going back. Not very clean and the guys who did my nails was very aggressive with the drill when taking my nexgen off, if all nail techs used that drill file like him, I'd have no nails left by my second manicure. My nexgen also started seriously cracking off in chunks after just one week. I just read the reviews and see that my experience was not an anomaly. I had two men do my mani/pedi and both were horrible. The manicurist cut my skin on my thumb with the electric buffer and my thumb was bleeding. My nails look horrible as he rushed to finish them after he made me bleed. Then the pedicurist was so rude and rough. I told him the "massage" was hurting and he laughed and kept hurting me. Then when they were done, the basically hurried my friend and I out. Instead of offering a discount or to not make me pay for the horrible job, they charged me full price. Decided to give this place a try as I was short on time and couldn't make it to Frisco. Was very disappointed. They sat me next to an employee taking a nap in one of the massage chairs and then had to wake her up so that she could give me my pedicure. The pedicure itself was the worst I've ever had as it was painful, causing me to bleed twice and ultimately giving me an infection in my big toe. My toe was swollen and in pain for almost 2 weeks after the pedicure. I've never had this happen before, and I will not be returning. read more

Horrible worst visit to a nail salon ever. The guy doing my nails not only cut me but then got an attitude when I asked him to not cut anymore of my cuticles. Later this same person asked me did I smoke weed and was I high in front of my daughter who was next to me getting her nails and toes done. Then the guy doing my feet was extremely ruff with my feet, toes and legs it really hurt. And they charge $3 to scrub your heals. Since moving to Prosper I have had a difficult time finding a great nail technician. I am incredibly hard on my hands (I weld, woodwork and fabricate metal). Even though I work in a construction zone, I always like my hands and nails to be nice. I went into PDNS a few months ago desperate, asking to have my nails soaked off, just to be done. But Kevin, one of the owners, asked me to give him a try. I always do the French manicure nexgen. He did an amazing job! No lumps, beautiful white line and smooth overall shape. They were beautiful and lasted 3 weeks in my crazy world. I have continued to go to him or Tom. Plus, Cindy has made my crooked eyebrows even again! I highly recommend them to anyone! read more
